Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织空调机组热交换系统,包括喷淋水池、水泵、全自动水过滤器和板式换热器,喷淋水池通过热水管路与水泵连接,水泵通过热水管路连接到板式换热器并再通过热水管路接回喷淋水池内,全自动水过滤器安装在水泵与板式换热器之间的热水管路上,板式换热器上还设有冷水管路。本发明利用现有的纺织空调的加湿除尘喷淋水泵,通过合理的管道布置把板式换热器和喷淋水泵结合在一个系统里,并且在管路中加装全自动水过滤器,过滤掉杂质避免堵塞板换和喷嘴,喷淋水先经过板式换热器在进行喷淋给送入车间的工艺风进行降温加湿达到要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织空调机组热交换系统。
背景技术
目前,纺织空调机组内的表冷器,为固定式表冷器,整体固定在纺织空调内部,室外温度较高时作热交换使用,其余大部分时间处于不使用状态,因表冷器的特殊构造其整个迎风面为间距3.2mm的翅片,阻力大。不使用时因阻力大整个空调能耗非常大,另因表冷器翅片间隙小表冷器迎风面很容易积累污垢,使得表冷器整体堵塞严重,造成恶性循环,也减少了表冷器的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、清洗方便且使用寿命长纺织空调机组热交换系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种纺织空调机组热交换系统,包括喷淋水池、水泵、全自动水过滤器和板式换热器,所述喷淋水池通过热水管路与水泵连接,所述水泵通过热水管路连接到板式换热器并再通过热水管路接回喷淋水池内,所述全自动水过滤器安装在水泵与板式换热器之间的热水管路上,所述板式换热器上还设有冷水管路。
作为优选方案:所述板式换热器由一系列具有波纹形状的不锈钢金属片叠装而成。
本发明利用现有的纺织空调的加湿除尘喷淋水泵,通过合理的管道布置把板式换热器和喷淋水泵结合在一个系统里,并且在管路中加装全自动水过滤器,过滤掉杂质避免堵塞板换和喷嘴,喷淋水先经过板式换热器在进行喷淋给送入车间的工艺风进行降温加湿达到要求,原喷淋水因长期循环容易兹生藻类等微生物,而用板换后因喷淋水温较低所以藻类生长率很低,保证了水的清洁性用,先进的温度自动控制系统精确控温,实时监控各种温度和相对湿度。
本发明通过板式换热器替代原表冷器,减少表冷器的运行风阻,送风机节能降耗明显,使用寿命长方便清洗,换热系数高。

如图1所示的一种纺织空调机组热交换系统,包括喷淋水池1、水泵2、全自动水过滤器3和板式换热器4,所述喷淋水池1通过热水管路5与水泵2连接,所述水泵2通过热水管路5连接到板式换热器4并再通过热水管路5接回喷淋水池1内,所述全自动水过滤器3安装在水泵2与板式换热器4之间的热水管路5上,所述板式换热器4上还设有冷水管路6。所述板式换热器4由一系列具有波纹形状的不锈钢金属片叠装而成。
本发明提供了一种板式换热器是由一系列具有一定波纹形状的不锈钢金属片叠装而成的一种新型高效换热器。传热效率高,对数温差大,重量轻、占地面积小,清洗方便,而且容易改变换热面积或流程组合,使用寿命长,应用广泛,适用于多重介质换热。

本发明通过板式换热器替代原表冷器,表冷器不使用而用板换代替,整个表冷器拆掉不用,空调风可从原表冷器功能段无阻碍通过,大大降低了风阻节约了能耗,使用寿命长方便清洗,换热系数高。

1.一种纺织空调机组热交换系统,其特征在于:包括喷淋水池(1)、水泵(2)、全自动水过滤器(3)和板式换热器(4),所述喷淋水池(1)通过热水管路(5)与水泵(2)连接,所述水泵(2)通过热水管路(5)连接到板式换热器(4)并再通过热水管路(5)接回喷淋水池(1)内,所述全自动水过滤器(3)安装在水泵(2)与板式换热器(4)之间的热水管路(5)上,所述板式换热器(4)上还设有冷水管路(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织空调机组热交换系统,其特征在于:所述板式换热器(4)由一系列具有波纹形状的不锈钢金属片叠装而成。
