本发明涉及空气净化器领域,具体涉及一种三效结合过滤型空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体上设置有进气口、出气口和风机,所述净化器本体的左右两面均设置有进气口,所述进气口外可拆卸的设置有粗过滤网,沿空气在净化器本体内的流动方向,所述净化器本体内依次设置有除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置。本发明所述的三效结合高效过滤型空气净化器将除尘过滤、水过滤和吸附净化三种方式相结合,可以实现对空气的分级过滤净化,过滤净化效果好,能充分去除空气中的有害物质。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器领域,具体涉及一种三效结合过滤型空气净化器。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,我国雾霾天气日益严重且频繁,随着空气质量日益恶化,人们开始注重室内空气质量对人体健康的影响,用于净化室内空气、提高空气质量的空气净化器应运而生。然而现有技术中的空气净化器大多为单一过滤方式,过滤净化效果有限,不能充分去除空气中的有害物质。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种三效结合过滤型空气净化器。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种三效结合过滤型空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体上设置有进气口、出气口和风机,所述净化器本体的左右两面均设置有进气口,两面进气,进风量更大,可提高过滤效率;所述进气口外可拆卸的设置有粗过滤网,粗过滤网可初步过滤空气中的大颗粒杂质,且拆卸方便,方便清洗;沿空气在净化器本体内的流动方向,所述净化器本体内依次设置有除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置,在风机的作用下,外界的空气从进气口进入净化器本体内,然后依次经过除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置的三级过滤净化,最后净化后的空气从出气口处排出到室内。所述除尘过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的无纺布过滤装置和光触媒过滤装置,无纺布过滤装置可以先初步过滤空气中的粉尘等颗粒,过滤后的空气再经过光触媒过滤装置充分过滤PM2.5等杂质;经过除尘过滤后的空气再经过水过滤装置,可进一步去除粉尘和有机杂质;所述吸附净化过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的活性炭过滤装置和紫外灯杀菌消毒装置,经过水过滤装置净化后的空气进入活性炭过滤装置,可充分去除有毒有害的有机气体杂质,然后再进入紫外灯杀菌消毒装置进行杀菌消毒,最后排出到室内。
作为优选,所述水过滤装置包括水过滤网、水槽、水泵和喷淋装置,所述水泵的进水口通过管道与水槽连通,所述水泵的出水口通过管道与喷淋装置连通,所述喷淋装置设置于水过滤网的正上方,所述水槽上设置有与水过滤网相连的回流口。水槽内的水在水泵的作用下进入喷淋装置,然后从喷淋装置的喷头处喷出到水过滤网上,然后水沿水过滤网流下,从回流口回流到水槽内。
作为优选,所述无纺布过滤装置和光触媒过滤装置可拆卸,可以方便的进行拆洗,所述光触媒过滤装置包括设置在固定框上的光触媒过滤网,所述光触媒过滤网为表面涂有纳米二氧化钛颗粒的金属网,过滤除尘效果好。
作为优选,所述活性炭过滤装置包括多层活性炭吸附过滤层,分层逐级吸附过滤,净化效果更好。
作为优选,所述出气口通过管道连接有制氧装置,可以根据需要调节空气中的氧含量。
作为优选,所述风机设置有两个,动力更强,过滤效率更高。
作为优选,所述水槽设置为透明水槽,可以随时观察水槽内的水的多少和干净程度,方便及时添加或换水。
作为优选,所述水槽可拆卸,可以方便的加水或进行清洗。
作为优选,所述水槽为抽拉式水槽,所述水槽上设置有把手,更加方便加水或进行清洗。
由此可见,本发明所述的三效结合高效过滤型空气净化器将除尘过滤、水过滤和吸附净化三种方式相结合,可以实现对空气的分级过滤净化,过滤净化效果好,能充分去除空气中的有害物质。与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

如图1所示,一种三效结合过滤型空气净化器,包括净化器本体1,所述净化器本体1上设置有进气口2、出气口3和风机4,所述净化器本体1的左右两面均设置有进气口2,所述进气口2外可拆卸的设置有粗过滤网5,沿空气在净化器本体1内的流动方向,所述净化器本体1内依次设置有除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置,所述除尘过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的无纺布过滤装置6和光触媒过滤装置7;所述吸附净化过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的活性炭过滤装置13和紫外灯杀菌消毒装置14。
作为优选,所述水过滤装置包括水过滤网8、水槽9、水泵10和喷淋装置11,所述水泵10的进水口通过管道与水槽9连通,所述水泵10的出水口通过管道与喷淋装置11连通,所述喷淋装置11设置于水过滤网8的正上方,所述水槽9上设置有与水过滤网8相连的回流口12。
作为优选,所述无纺布过滤装置6和光触媒过滤装置7可拆卸,所述光触媒过滤装置7包括设置在固定框上的光触媒过滤网,所述光触媒过滤网为表面涂有纳米二氧化钛颗粒的金属网;所述无纺布过滤装置6包括设置在固定框上的无纺布过滤网。
作为优选,所述活性炭过滤装置13包括多层活性炭吸附过滤层。
作为优选,所述出气口3通过管道连接有制氧装置15。
作为优选,所述风机4设置有两个。
作为优选,所述水槽9设置为透明水槽。

1.一种三效结合过滤型空气净化器,包括净化器本体(1),所述净化器本体(1)上设置有进气口(2)、出气口(3)和风机(4),其特征在于:所述净化器本体的左右两面均设置有进气口(2),所述进气口(2)外可拆卸的设置有粗过滤网(5),沿空气在净化器本体(1)内的流动方向,所述净化器本体(1)内依次设置有除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置,所述除尘过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的无纺布过滤装置(6)和光触媒过滤装置(7);所述吸附净化过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的活性炭过滤装置(13)和紫外灯杀菌消毒装置(14)。
2.如权利要求1所述的三效结合过滤型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述水过滤装置包括水过滤网(8)、水槽(9)、水泵(10)和喷淋装置(11),所述水泵(10)的进水口通过管道与水槽(9)连通,所述水泵(10)的出水口通过管道与喷淋装置(11)连通,所述喷淋装置(11)设置于水过滤网(8)的正上方,所述水槽(9)上设置有与水过滤网(8)相连的回流口(12)。
3.如权利要求1所述的三效结合过滤型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述无纺布过滤装置(6)和光触媒过滤装置(7)可拆卸,所述光触媒过滤装置(7)包括设置在固定框上的光触媒过滤网,所述光触媒过滤网为表面涂有纳米二氧化钛颗粒的金属网。
4.如权利要求1所述的三效结合过滤型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述活性炭过滤装置(13)包括多层活性炭吸附过滤层。
5.如权利要求1所述的三效结合过滤型空气净化器,其特征在于:所述出气口(3)通过管道连接有制氧装置(15)。
