Abstract
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置。本发明所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置可以自动清洗过滤网,清洗操作方便,而且将除尘过滤、水过滤和吸附净化三种方式相结合,可以实现对空气的分级过滤净化,过滤净化效果好,能充分去除空气中的有害物质。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体涉及一种方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置。
背景技术
[0002] 现有技术中的空气净化器大多需要用到过滤网进行过滤,然而过滤网在使用一段 时间后,其上会附着有大量灰尘等杂质,影响其过滤效果,因此过滤网需要定期进行清洗, 然而现有技术中的空气净化器在清洗时,需要先将净化器的外壳拆开,将过滤网拆下才能 进行清洗,且清洗后还需要再将过滤网重新安装,操作比较麻烦,因此需要一种可以方便清 洗的空气净化装置。另一方面,现有技术中的空气净化器大多为单一过滤方式,过滤净化效 果有限,不能充分去除空气中的有害物质。
发明内容
[0003] 为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置。
[0004] 为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案: 一种方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体上设置有进 气口、出气口和风机,沿空气在净化器本体内的流动方向,所述净化器本体内依次设置有除 尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置,在风机的作用下,外界的空气从进气口进入 净化器本体内,然后依次经过除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置的三级过滤 净化,最后净化后的空气从出气口处排出到室内。所述除尘过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方 向依次设置的无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网,无纺布过滤装置可以先初步过滤空气中的粉 尘等颗粒,过滤后的空气再经过光触媒过滤装置充分过滤PM2.5等杂质;所述水过滤装置包 括水过滤网和水栗,所述净化器本体底部设置有水槽,所述水槽上设置有分别与无纺布过 滤网、光触媒过滤网和水过滤网相连的回流口,所述水栗的进水口通过管道与水槽连通,所 述水栗的出水口通过管道分别与喷淋装置Ϊ:和喷淋装置S连通,所述喷淋装置ί设置于水过 滤网的正上方,所述喷淋装置过设置于无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网的正上方,所述水栗 与喷淋装置ί、喷淋装置Ii之间的管道上均设置有电磁阀。正常净化过滤操作时,水槽内的 水在水栗的作用下进入喷淋装置Ϊ;,然后从喷淋装置Ϊ;的喷头处喷出到水过滤网上,然后水 沿水过滤网流下,从回流口回流到水槽内,实现水过滤的作用,且水可以循环再利用。当需 要对无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网进行清洗时,打开水栗与喷淋装置红之间管道上的阀 门,水槽内的水在水栗的作用下进入喷淋装置II,然后从喷淋装置建的喷头处喷出到无纺布 过滤网和光触媒过滤网上,然后水沿过滤网流下,从回流口回流到水槽内,实现对无纺布过 滤网和光触媒过滤网的清洗。
[0005] 作为优选,所述吸附净化过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的活性炭过滤 装置和紫外灯杀菌消毒装置,所述活性炭过滤装置包括多层活性炭吸附过滤层。经过水过 滤装置净化后的空气进入活性炭过滤装置,可充分去除有毒有害的有机气体杂质,然后再 进入紫外灯杀菌消毒装置进行杀菌消毒,最后排出到室内。
[0006] 作为优选,所述水槽设置为透明水槽,所述水槽可拆卸,可以随时观察水槽内的水 的多少和干净程度,方便及时添加或换水。
[0007] 作为优选,所述出气口通过管道连接有负离子群发生装置。空气负离子由于带有 负电荷,能使通常带正电荷的室内尘埃、烟雾、病毒、细菌相互聚集,失去在空气中自由漂 浮的能力迅速降落,从而净化空气。
[0008] 作为优选,所述进气口外可拆卸的设置有粗过滤网,粗过滤网可初步过滤空气中 的大颗粒杂质,且拆卸方便,方便清洗。
[0009] 作为优选,所述净化器本体上设置有控制装置,所述控制装置包括控制器和控制 面板,所述控制器和控制面板电联接,所述风机、水栗、电磁阀和负离子群发生装置均与所 述控制器电联接,控制器可以控制风机、水栗、电磁阀和负离子群发生装置的开关,更加方 便操作。
[0010] 由此可见,本发明所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置可以自动清洗过滤网, 清洗操作方便,而且将除尘过滤、水过滤和吸附净化三种方式相结合,可以实现对空气的分 级过滤净化,过滤净化效果好,能充分去除空气中的有害物质,采用水过滤的方法,水可以 循环利用,更加环保。与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而 易见的。

[0014] 实施 1 如图1所示,一种方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,包括净化器本体1,所述净化器本体 1上设置有进气口 2、出气口 3和风机4,沿空气在净化器本体1内的流动方向,所述净化器本 体1内依次设置有除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置,所述除尘过滤装置包括 沿空气的流动方向依次设置的无纺布过滤网6和光触媒过滤网7,所述水过滤装置包括水过 滤网8和水栗10,所述净化器本体1底部设置有水槽9,所述水槽9上设置有分别与无纺布过 滤网6、光触媒过滤网7和水过滤网8相连的回流口 12,所述水栗10的进水口通过管道与水槽 9连通,所述水栗10的出水口通过管道分别与喷淋装置ill和喷淋装置Ε15连通,所述喷淋 装置釘1设置于水过滤网8的正上方,所述喷淋装置&15设置于无纺布过滤网6和光触媒过 滤网7的正上方,所述水栗10与喷淋装置1:11、喷淋装置II 15之间的管道上均设置有电磁阀 16。

1. 一种方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,其特征在于:包括净化器本体(I),所述净化 器本体(1)上设置有进气口(2)、出气口(3)和风机(4),沿空气在净化器本体(1)内的流动方 向,所述净化器本体(1)内依次设置有除尘过滤装置、水过滤装置和吸附净化过滤装置,所 述除尘过滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的无纺布过滤网(6)和光触媒过滤网(7), 所述水过滤装置包括水过滤网(8)和水栗(10),所述净化器本体(1)底部设置有水槽(9),所 述水槽(9)上设置有分别与无纺布过滤网(6)、光触媒过滤网(7)和水过滤网(8)相连的回流 口(12),所述水栗(10)的进水口通过管道与水槽(9)连通,所述水栗(10)的出水口通过管道 分别与喷淋装置ί (11)和喷淋装置i (15)连通,所述喷淋装置I: (11)设置于水过滤网(8)的 正上方,所述喷淋装置Ii (15)设置于无纺布过滤网(6)和光触媒过滤网(7)的正上方,所述 水栗(10)与喷淋装置I (11)、喷淋装置S (15)之间的管道上均设置有电磁阀(16)。
2. 如权利要求1所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述吸附净化过 滤装置包括沿空气的流动方向依次设置的活性炭过滤装置(13)和紫外灯杀菌消毒装置 (14),所述活性炭过滤装置(13)包括多层活性炭吸附过滤层。
3. 如权利要求1所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述水槽(9)设 置为透明水槽,所述水槽(9)可拆卸。
4. 如权利要求1所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述出气口(3) 通过管道连接有负离子群发生装置(17)。
5. 如权利要求1所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述进气口(2) 外可拆卸的设置有粗过滤网(5)。
6. 如权利要求1-5任一所述的方便清洗的环保型空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述净化 器本体(1)上设置有控制装置,所述控制装置包括控制器和控制面板,所述控制器和控制面 板电联接,所述风机(4)、水栗(10)、电磁阀(16)和负离子群发生装置(17)均与所述控制器 电联接。
