本发明公开了一种自动供油装置,包括储油罐(1)、水泵(3)、和过滤箱(7);储油罐(1)安装在底架(2)上,所述水泵(3)输出端与进油管(5)一端连接,进油管(5)另一端与储油罐(1)上端输入口连通,储油罐(1)下端输出口连接出油管(4)一端,出油管(4)另一端与过滤箱(7)连接;进油管(5)上安装第二阀门(51),出油管(4)上安装第一阀门(41)和单向阀(42),单向阀(42)流向为从储油罐(1)流到过滤箱(7)中。本发明提供一种自动供油装置,结构简单,能够实现自动供油,避免人工操作。

背景技术
在工业生产中,往往需要进行润滑油等油液的储存和供给。
传统需要人工进行供油控制来实现储油的转运和供给,这样将消耗大量劳动量
发明内容
本发明提供一种自动供油装置,结构简单,能够实现自动供油,避免人工操作。
为实现上述目的,本一种自动供油装置,包括储油罐、水泵、和过滤箱;
所述储油罐安装在底架上,所述水泵输出端与进油管一端连接,所述进油管另一端与储油罐上端输入口连通,所述储油罐下端输出口连接出油管一端,所述出油管另一端与过滤箱连接。
作为本发明进一步改进方案,所述进油管上安装第二阀门,出油管上安装第一阀门和单向阀,单向阀流向为从储油罐流到过滤箱中。
作为本发明进一步改进方案,所述过滤箱内侧面安装液位传感器,液位传感器与控制器连接,控制器控制单向阀启停。
作为本发明进一步改进方案,所述过滤箱上安装第三阀门。
与现有技术相比,本一种自动供油装置由于通过启动水泵将需要油通过进油管通入储油罐中,并利用液位传感器进行设定,但达到设定高度时,控制单向阀启动来关闭出油管,因此实现自动供油的目的,装置整体简单方便。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本一种自动供油装置包括储油罐1、水泵3、和过滤箱7;
所述储油罐1安装在底架2上,所述水泵3输出端与进油管5一端连接,所述进油管5另一端与储油罐1上端输入口连通,所述储油罐1下端输出口连接出油管4一端,所述出油管4另一端与过滤箱7连接。
作为本发明进一步改进方案,所述进油管5上安装第二阀门51,出油管4上安装第一阀门41和单向阀42,单向阀42流向为从储油罐1流到过滤箱7中。
作为本发明进一步改进方案,所述过滤箱7内侧面安装液位传感器6,液位传感器6与控制器连接,控制器控制单向阀42启停。
作为本发明进一步改进方案,所述过滤箱7上安装第三阀门8。
本一种自动供油装置在使用时,首先关闭第一阀门41,打开第二阀门51,启动水泵3 将需要油通过进油管5通入储油罐1中,当需要进行输油时,打开第一阀门41,自动输入到过滤箱7中,并通过液位传感器6进行设定,但达到设定高度时,控制单向阀42启动,关闭出油管4,因此实现自动供油的目的。

1.一种自动供油装置,包括储油罐(1)、水泵(3)、和过滤箱(7);其特征在于,
所述储油罐(1)安装在底架(2)上,所述水泵(3)输出端与进油管(5)一端连接,所述进油管(5)另一端与储油罐(1)上端输入口连通,所述储油罐(1)下端输出口连接出油管(4)一端,所述出油管(4)另一端与过滤箱(7)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动供油装置,其特征在于,所述进油管(5)上安装第二阀门(51),出油管(4)上安装第一阀门(41)和单向阀(42),单向阀(42)流向为从储油罐(1)流到过滤箱(7)中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自动供油装置,其特征在于,所述过滤箱(7)内侧面安装液位传感器(6),液位传感器(6)与控制器连接,控制器控制单向阀(42)启停。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自动供油装置,其特征在于,所述过滤箱(7)上安装第三阀门(8)。
