Abstract
本发明提供的是一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板。在发泡水泥板层外面包裹有平面板层和立面板层。经过发泡水泥板操作,锚固孔制作,装饰层制作,外包层水泥砂浆制备步骤完成。本发明具有封闭、防冻、抗水和搬运不破损的优点。适宜作为设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板应用。

技术领域
本发明提供的是建筑领域的材料,具体地说是一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板。
背景技术
发泡水泥板是近年发展起来的墙体保温材料,其生产工艺是,将水泥与纤维和添加剂混合,加水制浆,在浆料中加入双氧水或铝粉进行搅拌,然后从搅拌器中倒出到模具内,固化后起模,然后裁切,成为保温板。由于这种保温板板面直接裸露,因此在运输途中或搬运过程会严重破损,而且板体微孔直接裸露,因此保温效果差,而且施工麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服现有发泡水泥保温板存在的缺点,本发明提供了一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板。该保温板通过芯体制造和外包层的设置,解决发泡水泥保温板制造的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在发泡水泥板层外面包裹有平面板层和立面板层。
发泡水泥板操作:
用木板钉合槽形模具,然后在槽形模具底部灌注水泥砂浆,再将发泡水泥板层嵌入到磨具内,四边留有设定宽度间隙,在发泡水泥板层上部继续灌注水泥砂浆,水泥砂浆填充设定宽度间隙内,并形成上平面。实现发泡水泥砂浆的包裹,形成封闭层。
发泡水泥板层制备过程中,由水泥、玻璃微珠、硅藻土、有机纤维与水混合搅拌,然后加入双氧水发泡,待发泡后从搅拌器内倒出,经过养生后切块,成为发泡水泥保温板。
锚固孔制作:
在上平面上分别通过钉孔凹陷磨具压制出锚固钉孔,用于与墙体锚固。
装饰层制作:
待水泥砂浆包裹层固化后,在上平面上涂抹装饰层,在装饰层上喷涂涂料,形成具有涂层的发泡水泥保温装饰板。
外包层水泥砂浆制备:
由水,水泥,石英砂,减水早强剂,有机硅防水剂组合构成水泥砂浆,其中减水早强剂采用木质素铝磺酸钙,其中机硅防水剂采用有机硅水溶液;
积极效果,本发明具有封闭、防冻、抗水和搬运不破损的优点。适宜作为设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在发泡水泥板层2外面包裹有平面板层1和立面板层1.1。
发泡水泥板操作:
用木板钉合槽形模具,然后在槽形模具底部灌注水泥砂浆,再将发泡水泥板层嵌入到磨具内,四边留有设定宽度间隙,在发泡水泥板层上部继续灌注水泥砂浆,水泥砂浆填充设定宽度间隙内,并形成上平面。实现发泡水泥砂浆的包裹,形成封闭层。
发泡水泥板层制备过程中,按质量比,水泥50份、玻璃微珠10份、硅藻土10份,有机纤维1份与水50份混合搅拌,然后加入20%双氧水5份发泡,待发泡后从搅拌器内倒出,经过养生后切块,成为发泡水泥保温板。
锚固孔制作:
在上平面上分别通过钉孔凹陷磨具压制出锚固钉孔,用于与墙体锚固。
装饰层制作:
待水泥砂浆包裹层固化后,在上平面上涂抹装饰层,在装饰层上喷涂涂料,形成具有涂层的发泡水泥保温装饰板。
外包层水泥砂浆制备:
由水,水泥,石英砂,减水早强剂,有机硅防水剂组合构成水泥砂浆,其中减水早强剂采用木质素铝磺酸钙,其中机硅防水剂采用有机硅水溶液;
优选水50公斤,水泥30公斤,石英砂10公斤,减水早强剂2公斤,有机硅防水剂1公斤。
技术分析:
在发泡水泥原料中使用了玻璃微珠和硅藻土,增加了孔洞性,成品具有多微孔,与现有技术相比所使用的原料不同,所以具有创造性。
锚固孔的设置,锚固孔为封闭的孔状机构,通过锚固钉将具有封闭层的发泡水泥板钉在墙体上,使其牢固,而且锚固孔不透水,便于装饰涂层的封闭性,与现有技术相比,具有区别特征,所以具有创造性。
本发明的发泡水泥板具有装饰层,与直接贴附相比,能实现一次保温和装饰步骤,所以节省施工时间和工序,因此同样具有创造性。
用于包层的水泥砂浆中加入了有机硅防水剂,因此是包层具有防水性能,从而提高抗冻性,在包层水泥砂浆中加油有机硅防水剂是特征之一。
现有发泡水泥保温砖直接贴附在墙体上,进行墙体保温,而将发泡水泥板包上包层,使之成为封闭结构,不但提高了整体强度,而且也增加了保温性,因此与现有裸板相比,具有创造性。
综上所述,在原料中使用了玻璃微珠和硅藻土,制备锚固孔,附带装饰层,在水泥砂浆中加入有机硅防水剂,以及发泡水泥保温板的封闭包层制备,都与现有技术有着显著的进步和实质性的效果,其技术效果是可以预期的,均会产生创造性,此分析请在审查过程中给以认定,做出创造性的结论。
特点:
1、通过外包层将发泡水泥保温板包裹,提高了整体强度,具有耐搬运性,其强度高,保温性能好,并且能够防水抗冻。
2、在制备发泡水泥保温板的过程中,加入玻璃微珠,提高了保温性和整体强度。
3、由于在水泥砂浆中加入了有机硅防水剂,因而所形成的外包层能够防水,提高抗冻性。
4、由于在外包层的平面上设有锚固孔,有利于通过锚固钉与墙体结合,并且不破坏整体强度和防水性。
5、由于在平面包层外涂抹有装饰层,因而具有整体装饰效果,减少施工量。
6、本发明能够直接贴附于墙面上,作为建筑物保温应用,也可组合成墙板或隔墙板,用于室内建筑物的隔断与砌筑。
Claims (4)
1.一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板,在发泡水泥板层(2)外面包裹有平面板层(1)和立面板层(1.1),其特征是:
发泡水泥板外包层制作:
用木板钉合槽形模具,然后在槽形模具底部灌注水泥砂浆,再将发泡水泥板层嵌入到磨具内,四边留有立面板层设定宽度间隙,在发泡水泥板层上部继续灌注水泥砂浆,水泥砂浆填充设定宽度间隙内,并形成上平面、下平面和立面的外包层;
锚固孔制作:
在上平面上分别通过钉孔凹陷磨具压制出锚固钉孔,用于与墙体锚固;
装饰层制作:
待水泥砂浆外包层固化后,在上平面上涂抹装饰层,在装饰层上喷涂涂料,形成具有涂层的发泡水泥保温装饰板;
外包层水泥砂浆制备:
由水,水泥,石英砂,减水早强剂,有机硅防水剂组合构成水泥砂浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板,其特征是:发泡水泥板层制备过程中,按质量比,水泥50份、玻璃微珠10份、硅藻土10份,有机纤维1份与水50份混合搅拌,然后加入20%双氧水5份发泡,待发泡后从搅拌器内倒出,经过养生后切块,成为发泡水泥保温板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板,其特征是:其中减水早强剂采用木质素铝磺酸钙,其中机硅防水剂采用有机硅水溶液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有外包层的发泡水泥保温板,其特征是:水泥砂浆配方:水50公斤,水泥30公斤,石英砂10公斤,减水早强剂2公斤,有机硅防水剂1公斤。
