背景技术
随着科技的不断进步,智能化的电子产品已经走入千家万户。如液晶电视、电脑、打印机等。这些智能化的电子产品,会产生大量的静电吸附。静电荷的产生会吸附空气中的灰尘和细菌,而灰尘的长期积累又为细菌的滋长提供的有利环境,长此以往影响人们的身体健康。因此,需要经常对电子产品进行表面清洁,去除由于静电而吸附在电子产品表面的灰尘和细菌。而电视、电脑的屏幕更是灰尘和细菌的滋生地,并且由于其材料的特殊性,简单的擦拭常常无法彻底清除屏幕上的灰尘和细菌,甚至长期以往会损坏屏幕,必须要使用特殊的清洁剂进行清洁。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供了一种光亮型屏幕清洁剂及其制备方法,创新性的加入了香料型抑菌剂与中药植物型抑菌剂配合作用除菌,并以天然的皂角提取物和温和的表面活性剂为去污成分,能够彻底清洁屏幕吸附的灰尘和细菌,并且使用后能够在屏幕表面形成保护膜。

所述植物提取液A包括以下重量份的原料:山楂2~6份、五倍子3~7份、丁香2~5份、乌梅3~6份、鱼腥草5~10份;
所述香料提取液B包括以下重量份的原料:肉桂2~6份、花椒1~5份、豆蔻3~7份、白胡椒2~7份、丁香4~9份。
进一步地,优选为包括以下重量份的原料:
所述植物提取液A的制备方法为:将配方量的山楂、五倍子、丁香、乌梅、鱼腥草混合并粉碎,加入5~10倍乙醇回流提取3~6小时,将提取液浓缩至原有体积的20~30%。

(1)将配方量的香料提取液B加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苄叉丙酮、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌使原料完全溶解;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的皂角提取物和植物提取液A,搅拌溶解并混合均匀,即可得到所述光亮型屏幕清洁剂。
本发明提供的光亮型屏幕清洁剂的配方中,将低刺激性的阴离子、阳离子、非离子型表面活性剂复配,具有极好的协同增效作用,具有较强的去污能力,结合天然的皂角提取物能够彻底清洁屏幕吸附的灰尘,且表面活性剂还有一定的抑菌和抗静电作用。
苄叉丙酮在配方中作为光亮剂,为屏幕增加光泽度,乙二胺四乙酸二钠可以和屏幕上的尘粒中的金属离子形成螯合剂,防止小晶体对屏幕表面的划伤。
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷有较强的消泡性能、快速的破泡能力、挥发性低,兼具聚醚类消泡剂和有机硅类消泡剂的优点,其加入到配方中,能够抑制由于表面活性剂的加入引起的泡沫,在进行屏幕擦拭是易于操作,一喷一擦即可清洁屏幕。
植物提取液A是以山楂、五倍子、丁香、乌梅、鱼腥草为原料,经乙醇提取得到,所得产物具有光谱的抑菌作用;香料提取液B是以肉桂、花椒、豆蔻、白胡椒、丁香为原料经乙醇提取得到,所得产物中含有多种醛类物质,具有防腐抑菌的效果;其与植物提取液A联用,可显著增强光亮型屏幕清洁剂的抑菌效果,且香料提取液B还可赋予清洁剂清香的气味。

所述植物提取液A包括以下重量份的原料:山楂6份、五倍子3份、丁香3份、乌梅3份、鱼腥草5份;其制备方法为:将配方量的山楂、五倍子、丁香、乌梅、鱼腥草混合并粉碎,加入9倍乙醇回流提取5小时,将提取液浓缩至原有体积的25%
所述香料提取液B包括以下重量份的原料:肉桂5份、花椒1份、豆蔻3份、白胡椒4份、丁香7份。其制备方法为:将配方量的肉桂、花椒、豆蔻、白胡椒、丁香混合并粉碎,加入8倍乙醇回流提取5小时,将提取液浓缩至原有体积的25%。

使用实施例1~3光亮型屏幕清洁剂清洗手机屏幕之后,使用营养琼脂培养基采集手机屏幕不同部位的10个点,随后将培养基放入35℃烘箱中培养3~5天,观察细菌的生长情况,结果表明,各实施例清洗后的手机屏幕表面均无细菌残留,培养后生长的细菌数目为0。

Claims (7)
1.一种光亮型屏幕清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
椰油酸二乙醇酰胺 1~4份;
α-烯基磺酸钠 1~5份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.5~3份;
苄叉丙酮 3~5份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠 3~7份;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 5~10份;
皂角提取物 5~10份;
植物提取液A 5~10份;
香料提取液B 30~80份;
所述植物提取液A包括以下重量份的原料:山楂2~6份、五倍子3~7份、丁香2~5份、乌梅3~6份、鱼腥草5~10份;
所述香料提取液B包括以下重量份的原料:肉桂2~6份、花椒1~5份、豆蔻3~7份、白胡椒2~7份、丁香4~9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光亮型屏幕清洁剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
椰油酸二乙醇酰胺 3份;
α-烯基磺酸钠 2份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 2份;
苄叉丙酮 4份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠 4份;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 8份;
皂角提取物 7份;
植物提取液A 8份;
香料提取液B 50份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光亮型屏幕清洁剂,其特征在于,所述植物提取液A的制备方法为:将配方量的山楂、五倍子、丁香、乌梅、鱼腥草混合并粉碎,加入5~10倍乙醇回流提取3~6小时,将提取液浓缩至原有体积的20~30%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的光亮型屏幕清洁剂,其特征在于,所述香料提取液B的制备方法为:将配方量的肉桂、花椒、豆蔻、白胡椒、丁香混合并粉碎,加入5~10倍乙醇回流提取3~6小时,将提取液浓缩至原有体积的20~30%。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的光亮型屏幕清洁剂,其特征在于,所述皂角提取物的制备方法为,将皂角粉碎,放入3~6倍的水中浸泡提取1~3h,反复提取三次,过滤,合并浸提液,并浓缩、真空干燥成粉末,即可得到所述皂角提取物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的光亮型屏幕清洁剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为碳链长度为12~14的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的光亮型屏幕清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将配方量的香料提取液B加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中加入配方量的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、α-烯基磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、苄叉丙酮、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,搅拌使原料完全溶解;
(2)向步骤(1)中加入配方量的皂角提取物和植物提取液A,搅拌溶解并混合均匀,即可得到所述光亮型屏幕清洁剂。
