本发明涉及一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法,属于生活日化用品技术领域。
背景技术
表面活性剂(surfactant)是指具有固定的亲水亲油基团,在溶液的表面能定向排列,并能使表面张力显著下降的物质。表面活性剂包括:阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂。
城市里的公共厕所是城市基础设施的必要组成部分。通过表面活性剂的研究,可以得到更适合公厕中使用的清洁配方,中国公厕数量在2000年时,既有11万座,据不完全统计,2014年有近40万的公共厕所遍布在中国的大小城市,公厕的卫生状况已然成为一个城市卫生状况的缩影,然而,大多数城市的公厕依然是脏、乱、臭,严重影响了城市面貌。
公共厕所使用频繁,而且人员往来复杂,导致公厕里的细菌大量滋生,容易造成交叉感染,对人们的健康不利。表面活性剂种类繁多,使用范围广泛,表面活性剂具有高效的清洁及消毒功能,它与污垢和在污垢与固体表面之间发生一系列的物理化学作用(如:润湿、渗透、乳化、增溶、分散、起泡等)获得洗涤效果。有阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂和两性表面活性剂。研究表面活性剂在公厕中的实际用途,其在抑制细菌滋生,去除公厕中的异味,防止废物粘附在便器表面有较大应用前景,对于解决城市公厕的脏、乱、臭问题,有较大意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法。
本发明阐述了表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法,由以下组分组成:去离子水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸钠、十六烷基溴化吡啶;
进一步的,本发明的表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法,由下述步骤组成:
(1)配比:由100份去离子水、65份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、18份直链烷基苯磺酸钠、12份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2份三聚磷酸钠、1.5份硫酸钠、1份十六烷基溴化吡啶按比例组成;
(2)混合:将上述配方混合均匀,即可制备得到表面活性剂清洁配方成品;
(3)储存:将制备好的成品,存储在5-45℃的环境下,避免阳光直射。

脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚CAS号为:68131-39-5;
直链烷基苯磺酸钠CAS号为:42615-29-2
十二烷基苯磺酸钠CAS号为:25155-30-0
三聚磷酸钠钠CAS号为:7758-29-4
硫酸钠CAS号为:7757-82-6
十六烷基溴化吡啶CAS号为:140-72-7
本发明的积极效果在于:
1、通过对表面活性剂进行合理配比,达到抗菌、清洁的效果,该配方适合在公厕中使用,其具有清洁、抗菌的效果,同时价格较低,较为经济,使用后,排放的污水水体达到《污水综合排放标准》的规定要求。

为能详细说明本发明,下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述。
实施例1
一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法:
(1)配比:由100g去离子水、65g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、18g直链烷基苯磺酸钠、12g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2g三聚磷酸钠、1.5g硫酸钠、1g十六烷基溴化吡啶按比例组成;
(2)混合:将上述配方混合均匀,即可制备得到表面活性剂清洁配方成品;
(3)储存:将制备好的成品,存储在5-45℃的环境下,避免阳光直射。
实施例2
一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法:
(1)配比:由500g去离子水、325g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、90g直链烷基苯磺酸钠、60g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、10g三聚磷酸钠、7.5g硫酸钠、5g十六烷基溴化吡啶按比例组成;
(2)混合:将上述配方混合均匀,即可制备得到表面活性剂清洁配方成品;
(3)储存:将制备好的成品,存储在5-45℃的环境下,避免阳光直射。
实施例3
一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法:
(1)配比:由100g去离子水、650g脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、180g直链烷基苯磺酸钠、120g十二烷基苯磺酸钠、20g三聚磷酸钠、15g硫酸钠、10g十六烷基溴化吡啶按比例组成;
(2)混合:将上述配方混合均匀,即可制备得到表面活性剂清洁配方成品;
(3)储存:将制备好的成品,存储在5-45℃的环境下,避免阳光直射。
试验一、排放检测:
取上述实施例3中制备液体10克,按1∶200的比例,与2000克水混合,取混合液体进行水体检测,检测结果符合GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》及GB50014-2006《室外排水设计规范》的要求。

1.一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:由以下组分组成:去离子水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、硫酸钠、十六烷基溴化吡啶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面活性剂清洁配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:一种表面活性剂清洁配方的制备方法由下述步骤组成:
(1)配比:由100份去离子水、65份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、18份直链烷基苯磺酸钠、12份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2份三聚磷酸钠、1.5份硫酸钠、1份十六烷基溴化吡啶按比例组成;
(2)混合:将上述配方混合均匀,即可制备得到表面活性剂清洁配方成品;
(3)储存:将制备好的成品,存储在5-45℃的环境下,避免阳光直射。
