Abstract
一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,由多层结构组成,由外向内依次为PE保护膜、人性界面层、硬化层、结构层、PET基材、吸光层、黏着层和离型膜。本发明使用基材为PET,上面涂上一层光学胶,利用压花技术,转印微米结构,以湿式工法,精密涂装高效的吸光材料石墨烯层,能够完全吸收来自显示屏上面的光源,不漏光,加上来自显示屏的光路径经过薄膜复合结构体的聚光及放大,可以增加20%~30%的辉度,然后上面再涂装一层硬化层,保护石墨烯薄膜,以及提供保护膜受到外力的割伤,与人性界面涂装,提供硬化层最外一层的疏水性层,可增加使用者的良好触控触感及保护层的效果。相比传统之显示屏保护膜,另外增加光学辉度的极致化效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏用保护膜,尤其是一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜。
背景技术
传统的显示屏用保护膜,其结构主要如图1所示,基材也是由PET(PolyesterFilm)所组成,基本上仅能保护显示屏的外力割伤,以及触感的改良,并无光学性增光的效果,给使用带来了不便。
发明内容
为改善上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,由多层结构组成,由外向内依次为PE保护膜、人性界面层、硬化层、结构层、PET基材、吸光层、黏着层和离型膜。
优选的,所述的吸光层为石墨烯纳米级薄膜。
优选的,所述的黏着层为压敏胶(PSA)。
优选的,所述的PET基材为微米级光学基材。
优选的,所述的结构层由一光学胶(Optical Monomer)所涂装,再经精密压花工艺所完成,依靠光路径经过微结构时入射角与出射角的变化(n1sinθ1=n2sinθ2)来产生聚光及放大效果。
优选的,所述的硬化层由高分子有机硅化合物(Polydimethylsiloxane)所组成,提供结构体接口硬度,到达保护膜层的效果,加上硬化层之边际效应,可增加薄膜0.5%的穿透率(OpticalTransmission)。
优选的,所述的人性界面层(Functional Layers)提供硬化层最外一层的疏水性层涂装,可增加使用者的良好触感及保护层。
本发明使用基材为Polyester Film(PET),上面涂上一层光学胶,利用压花技术(Embossing),转印微米结构(Micro Texture),以湿式工法(Wet Coating),精密涂装高效的吸光材料石墨烯层(Graphene Film),能够完全吸收来自显示屏上面的光源(BeamSource),包括光谱范围400nm~780nm广泛的可视光(VisibleLight)与短红外线(Short Infrared),不漏光,加上来自显示屏的光路径经过薄膜复合结构体的聚光(Condensing)及放大(Exaggerating),可以增加20%~30%的辉度,然后上面再涂装一层硬化层(Hard Coating Layers),保护石墨烯薄膜,以及提供保护膜受到外力的割伤,与人性界面涂装(Functional Layers),提供硬化层最外一层的疏水性层(HydrophobicLayers),可增加使用者的良好触控触感及保护层的效果。相比传统之显示屏保护膜,另外增加光学辉度的极致化效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清晰、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图2所示:一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,由多层结构组成,由外向内依次为PE保护膜、人性界面层、硬化层、结构层、PET基材、吸光层、黏着层和离型膜。
使用时,按照一般传统施工手法,先将黏着层之离型膜撕开,露出黏着层,在贴附于手机显示屏上面,完成贴覆;再次将硬化层之离型膜撕开,露出硬化层即完成贴附施工。经由辉度的放大,可以降低显示屏工作辉度,减少手机耗费的电力,增加电力续航时间,也就是提高手机的待机时间,综上所述,本发明可以使保护膜功用CP值大幅提高,比较于传统保护膜,更进步。

1.一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,由多层结构组成,其特征在于:由外向内依次为PE保护膜、人性界面层、硬化层、结构层、PET基材、吸光层、黏着层和离型膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,其特征在于:所述的吸光层为石墨烯纳米级薄膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,其特征在于:所述的黏着层为压敏胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,其特征在于:所述的PET基材为微米级光学基材。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,其特征在于:所述的结构层由一光学胶所涂装,再经精密压花工艺所完成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种可增加光学辉度的显示屏用保护膜,其特征在于:所述的硬化层由高分子有机硅化合物所组成。
