本发明涉及电抗器制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种干式空心电抗器专用化合物,包括环氧60~80份、聚氨酯10~20份、有机硅20~52份、酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮12~18份,丙烯酸异丙酯4~8份,乙酸丁酯8~12份,三元乙丙橡胶3~10份,天然胶5~10份,防老剂15~20份,松香酯5~10份,乙酸6~12份,二氧化硅5~10份。本发明使用特殊化合物填补导线与导线、导线与玻璃纱之间的缝隙后,可以起到以下积极效果:用了此种特殊化合物可以填补玻璃砂和导线之间的缝隙,使整个线圈成为一体,提高线圈的整体绝缘性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电抗器制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种干式空心电抗器专用化合物。
背景技术
干式空心电抗器线圈为立绕,在绕制过程中普通环氧树脂因其流动性的特质会往下堆积,导致起到绝缘性能的环氧树脂不均匀。且使用的导线是有圆角的,因此在绕制过程中导线与导线之间、导线与玻璃纱之间会有缝隙,缝隙的存在会降低线圈整体的绝缘性能,也会导致线圈在运行中振动增大,噪声增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种干式空心电抗器专用化合物,上胶均匀。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种干式空心电抗器专用化合物,其特征在于:包括环氧60~80份、聚氨酯10~20份、有机硅20~52份、酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮12~18份,丙烯酸异丙酯4~8份,乙酸丁酯8~12份,三元乙丙橡胶3~10份,天然胶5~10份,防老剂15~20份,松香酯5~10份,乙酸6~12份,二氧化硅5~10份。
一种用于盛装干式空心电抗器专用化合物的容器,其特征在于:包括密封筒,所述密封筒的内壁涂有镀锡层,密封筒内滑动配合有活塞,活塞的环周带有刮胶板,所述刮胶板的横截面呈V形。
本发明的有益效果是:相对于现有技术,本发明使用特殊化合物填补导线与导线、导线与玻璃纱之间的缝隙后,可以起到以下积极效果:
1、使用此特殊化合物可以防止环氧树脂抗下垂,使线圈上的环氧树脂更加均匀。
2、用了此种特殊化合物可以填补玻璃砂和导线之间的缝隙,使整个线圈成为一体,提高线圈的整体绝缘性能。
3、使用此特殊化合物后,线圈包封内部的空间都被填实,有效降低了线圈的振动,从而降低了线圈的噪声。

下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
一种干式空心电抗器专用化合物,包括环氧60~80份、聚氨酯10~20份、有机硅20~52份、酚醛树脂40~80份,硅酸镁10~20份,丙酮12~18份,丙烯酸异丙酯4~8份,乙酸丁酯8~12份,三元乙丙橡胶3~10份,天然胶5~10份,防老剂15~20份,松香酯5~10份,乙酸6~12份,二氧化硅5~10份。此特殊化合物有几下特性:
5.1比重:1.14~1.17g/cm3
5.2固化性:经过固化并冷却后,用手用力捏不动。
5.3抗下垂性:经过125℃/2h固化,下垂长度小于3mm。
如图1所示,一种用于盛装干式空心电抗器专用化合物的容器,包括密封筒1,所述密封筒的内壁涂有镀锡层2,密封筒内滑动配合有活塞3,活塞的环周带有刮胶板4,所述刮胶板的横截面呈V形。
本发明使用特殊化合物填补导线与导线、导线与玻璃纱之间的缝隙后,可以起到以下积极效果:使用此特殊化合物可以防止环氧树脂抗下垂,使线圈上的环氧树脂更加均匀。用了此种特殊化合物可以填补玻璃砂和导线之间的缝隙,使整个线圈成为一体,提高线圈的整体绝缘性能。使用此特殊化合物后,线圈包封内部的空间都被填实,有效降低了线圈的振动,从而降低了线圈的噪声。
