Abstract

本发明公开了一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,首先使用酚醛树脂对膨胀珍珠岩进行包膜处理,以降低膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率,之后与酸化处理后的海泡石、粘合剂混合,成型干燥即得。本发明中使用酚醛树脂对膨胀珍珠岩进行包膜处理,在岩石表面包覆一层柔性的聚合物,一方面使其表面的孔呈封闭状态,来降低吸水率,从而降低衬垫材料的导热系数,另一方面包膜处理后的膨胀珍珠岩的抗压性能更佳,制备的衬垫材料具有更佳的膨胀性能,提供很好的气密性,同时起到隔热、减震的作用。

一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件材料的制备,具体涉及一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展,汽车尾气已成为大气中的一个流动的污染源。汽车排气公害防治中最方便可行且较为有效的措施之一就是安装净化器。汽车尾气净化器主要由金属壳体、缓冲层和蜂窝载体组成。弹性复合衬垫就是作为净化器缓冲层的一种很好的材料,通常由纤维、黏合剂和膨胀性材料制作而成。
衬垫安装在金属外壳与陶瓷蜂窝体之间,包覆在陶瓷蜂窝体外面。由于含有膨胀性材料,随着环境温度的升高其厚度不断增加,从而可以很好地弥补金属壳体与陶瓷蜂窝体之间的热膨胀差别,提供很好的气密性,同时起到隔热、减震的作用,是保证净化器使用寿命和安全工作的重要部件。
由于膨胀珍珠岩矿石本身含有内部附着水和结晶水,在高温下水瞬间气化急剧蒸发而产生大量的气泡冲破了颗粒表面而产生膨胀力,具有很高的热膨胀率。但膨胀珍珠岩具有较高的吸水率,吸水后的膨胀珍珠岩的导热系数大幅度增大,影响了其隔热保温效果,制作成汽车尾气净化器衬垫时会影响材料的导热系数和机械强度。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,首先使用酚醛树脂对膨胀珍珠岩进行包膜处理,以降低膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率,之后与酸化处理后的海泡石、粘合剂混合,成型干燥即得。
具体步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将20-30重量份膨胀珍珠岩用筛子筛分得到粒度为30目的颗粒,然后用5%的NaOH溶液清洗3-4次,然后用蒸馏水反复清洗至pH值为中性,干燥后备用;
(2)膨胀珍珠岩的包膜处理:
取一定量的乙醇将10-17份酚醛树脂溶解,制成酚醛树脂包膜液,采用包衣机,将酚醛树脂作为包衣液,加入1-3份碳酸钙作为调理剂,吹入150-180℃热风,干燥1-3小时,得到酚醛树脂包膜的膨胀珍珠岩;
(3)海泡石的酸化处理:
将40-60份海泡石加入到300-400份蒸馏水中,在常温下搅拌5-8小时水化,静置20-40分钟,抽滤干燥后,加入一定浓度的强酸溶液中,混合均匀后,在65-80℃温度下进行热酸处理10-18小时,静置沉淀后,用去离子水清洗数次,抽滤后放入烘箱中干燥,得到酸化改性后的海泡石;
(4)干燥成形:
将包膜后的膨胀珍珠岩与酸改性后的海泡石混合,通过高速搅拌均匀混合,然后加入9-14份黏合剂,混匀后抽滤成型,并在100-130℃条件下干燥6-10小时,即得。
其中,所述的酚醛树脂包膜液的浓度为15-25%。
其中步骤(3)中所述的强酸为盐酸、硫酸或硝酸中的任意一种或多种混合物,酸浓度为0.6-0.8mol/L,酸化处理中固液比为1:8-15。
其中,所述的粘合剂是指聚氨酯类粘合剂、丙烯酸酯类粘合剂中的任意一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明中通过使用强酸处理海泡石,H+优先取代海泡石骨架结构的端位八面体的配位Mg,然后由外到里缓慢脱除其他镁氧八面体中的配位Mg,使Mg-OH浓度减少,一个Si-O-Mg-O-Si结构变成两个Si-OH,从而增加硅羟基浓度,同时除去海泡石矿中的碳酸盐杂质,使得海泡石晶体内部分通道连通,增大内部孔径和孔隙率,提高其表面活性,提高颗粒填料与基体之间的相容性。
(2)本发明中使用酚醛树脂对膨胀珍珠岩进行包膜处理,在岩石表面包覆一层柔性的聚合物,一方面使其表面的孔呈封闭状态,来降低吸水率,从而降低衬垫材料的导热系数,另一方面包膜处理后的膨胀珍珠岩的抗压性能更佳,制备的衬垫材料具有更佳的膨胀性能,提供很好的气密性,同时起到隔热、减震的作用。
具体实施方式
一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,首先使用酚醛树脂对膨胀珍珠岩进行包膜处理,以降低膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率,之后与酸化处理后的海泡石、粘合剂混合,成型干燥即得。
具体步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将25重量份膨胀珍珠岩用筛子筛分得到粒度为30目的颗粒,然后用5%的NaOH溶液清洗3次,然后用蒸馏水反复清洗至pH值为中性,干燥后备用;
(2)膨胀珍珠岩的包膜处理:
取一定量的乙醇将15份酚醛树脂溶解,制成酚醛树脂包膜液,采用包衣机,将酚醛树脂作为包衣液,加入2份碳酸钙作为调理剂,吹入160℃热风,干燥2小时,得到酚醛树脂包膜的膨胀珍珠岩;
(3)海泡石的酸化处理:
将50份海泡石加入到300份蒸馏水中,在常温下搅拌6小时水化,静置40分钟,抽滤干燥后,加入一定浓度的强酸溶液中,混合均匀后,在75℃温度下进行热酸处理16小时,静置沉淀后,用去离子水清洗数次,抽滤后放入烘箱中干燥,得到酸化改性后的海泡石;
(4)干燥成形:
将包膜后的膨胀珍珠岩与酸改性后的海泡石混合,通过高速搅拌均匀混合,然后加入10份黏合剂,混匀后抽滤成型,并在120℃条件下干燥10小时,即得。
其中,所述的酚醛树脂包膜液的浓度为20%。
其中步骤(3)中所述的强酸为盐酸、硫酸或硝酸中的任意一种或多种混合物,酸浓度为0.6mol/L,酸化处理中固液比为1:10。
其中,所述的粘合剂是指聚氨酯类粘合剂、丙烯酸酯类粘合剂中的任意一种。

Claims (5)

1.一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于,首先使用酚醛树脂对膨胀珍珠岩进行包膜处理,以降低膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率,之后与酸化处理后的海泡石、粘合剂混合,成型干燥即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)预处理:
将20-30重量份膨胀珍珠岩用筛子筛分得到粒度为30目的颗粒,然后用5%的NaOH溶液清洗3-4次,然后用蒸馏水反复清洗至pH值为中性,干燥后备用;
(2)膨胀珍珠岩的包膜处理:
取一定量的乙醇将10-17份酚醛树脂溶解,制成酚醛树脂包膜液,采用包衣机,将酚醛树脂作为包衣液,加入1-3份碳酸钙作为调理剂,吹入150-180℃热风,干燥1-3小时,得到酚醛树脂包膜的膨胀珍珠岩;
(3)海泡石的酸化处理:

3.根据权利要求书2所述的一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的酚醛树脂包膜液的浓度为15-25%。
4.根据权利要求书2所述的一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于,其中步骤(3)中所述的强酸为盐酸、硫酸或硝酸中的任意一种或多种混合物,酸浓度为0.6-0.8mol/L,酸化处理中固液比为1:8-15。
5.根据权利要求书2所述的一种使用膨胀珍珠岩制作汽车尾气净化器衬垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的粘合剂是指聚氨酯类粘合剂、丙烯酸酯类粘合剂中的任意一种。
