Claims (8)
1.一种用于超声波焊接设备的喇叭,所述喇叭包括:
具有外径表面的主体;以及
具有第一曲面和第二曲面的凸焊嘴,其中峰值曲率点由所述第二曲面限定,基本曲率点被限定在所述外径表面与所述第一曲面之间的交点处,且内径被限定在所述第一曲面与所述第二曲面之间的交点处;
其中所述第一曲面限定第一圆顶形焊接表面,且所述第二曲面限定第二圆顶形焊接表面;并且
其中所述凸焊嘴配置成将工件表面处的工件与所述第一曲面和所述第二曲面两者的至少一部分接合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喇叭,其中在所述峰值曲率点与所述基本曲率点之间限定第一深度,在所述峰值曲率点与所述内径之间限定第二深度,且在所述基本曲率点与所述内径之间限定第三深度。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喇叭,其中所述第二深度和所述第三深度在组合时等于所述第一深度。
4.根据权利要求2所述的喇叭,其中所述第一深度小于1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喇叭,其中所述内径与所述外径表面同心。
6.一种使用权利要求1的喇叭连接工件的方法,包括:
以堆叠布置设置所述工件;
设置机器人工具,所述机器人工具在其远端处具有所述超声波焊接设备,所述超声波焊接设备包括所述喇叭,所述喇叭具有包括所述外径表面的所述主体以及所述凸焊嘴;
将所述机器人工具的所述远端移动至与所述工件的表面相邻的第一位置,使得所述超声波焊接设备的所述喇叭在所述第一位置处以与工件表面的法向成第一角度接触所述工件;以及
由所述超声波焊接设备生成振动能量,其通过所述喇叭传播至所述工件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,进一步包括:
将所述机器人工具的所述远端移动至与所述工件的所述表面相邻的第二位置,使得所述超声波焊接设备的所述喇叭在所述第二位置处以与工件表面的法向成第二角度接触所述工件。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述第一角度和所述第二角度偏离法向小于正常七度。
