本发明涉及汽车安全带绕紧装置技术领域,尤其是一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺,通过本发明中的工艺进行钢球表面处理,在钢球表面形成一层特殊的涂膜,涂膜中成份有二硫化钼及其他树脂类成份,能够增加钢球表面自润滑功能,改变其摩擦特性,同时又具一定的弹性,从而,在火药点火的瞬间,爆炸气流推动钢球在滑道内加速,进一步推动齿轮,短时间内产生的足够收紧力,把人固定在座椅上,保证了人的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车安全带绕紧装置技术领域,尤其是一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺。
背景技术
安全带是汽车乘员约束系统中最重要的部件,预紧限力式安全带已经逐渐成为中高档乘用车乘员约束系统的首选配置。当汽车发生正面冲撞事故时,安全带内的钢球在气体发生器压力的推动下沿钢管向外运动,球体沿管子内壁移动时依次与传动齿轮啮合,推动传动齿轮旋转,使安全带的预张紧装置迅速收紧安全带,保证了对乘员身体的束缚。限力装置可以将作用于安全带的力限制在一定程度内,以缓解给乘员胸部带来的冲击。此时启动安全带限力装置,释放张紧的织带,完成限力保护。由于限力装置的调整需要传动齿轮回转释放织带,如有镀锌球或铝球位于传动齿轮齿端的弧形齿面与管子内壁之间,回转的传动齿轮与钢球发生干涉时,易发生卡滞现象,给限力调整带来困难。由此导致乘员胸部位移量及胸部加速度伤害指标过高,对乘员造成伤害。
现有技术中其他厂家通常采用的为镀锌球或铝球,存在的缺点为表面的光洁度不够,导致瞬间产生的收紧力不够,无法保证人身安全问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述背景技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)对钢球表面进行碱脱脂处理,通过设有的碱脱脂槽设备进行碱脱脂,温度设为50°-80°,时间设为5-8分钟;
(2)对钢球表面进行水洗,通过设有的水洗槽进行水洗,水洗时间设为20s-60s;
(3)加入金属表面调整剂,对钢球表面进行表面调整,时间设为20s-50s;
(4)对钢球表面进行磷化处理,温度设为50°-80°,时间设为5-8分钟,使钢球表面形成蜂窝状结构;
(5)对钢球表面进行水洗,通过设有的水洗槽进行水洗,水洗时间设为1min-3min;
(6)对钢球表面进行清洗,通过设有的清洗槽进行清洗,温度为50°-90°,清洗时间设为25min-40min;
(7)对钢球表面进行干燥,通过设有的干燥炉把钢球表面的水份全部干燥掉;
(8)钢球涂膜前准备,先对流动滚筒内部进行膜层处理,以便于保护钢球表面的涂膜;
(9)将钢球放进流动滚筒设备内,边吹热风边转边涂膜,其中,热风温度为70°-120°,为了使得钢球表面涂膜均匀,加入碟型辅助物(碟型钢球),并进行搅拌2-4分钟;其中,涂膜的成份中包括有二氧化钼和MEK,MEK每次为300g-350g,二氧化钼每次为1300mg-1700mg,钢球为16000-20000个,碟型钢球为60kg±5kg;
(10)烧成处理,通过设有的电炉进行烧烤,温度为200°-230°,时间为25-40分钟。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中温度为60°-70°,时间为6-7分钟。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)时间为中30s-60s。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中温度为60°-70°,时间设为5-6分钟
进一步地,所述步骤(5)中水洗时间为1min-2min。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)中温度为60°-80°,清洗时间设为30min-40min。
进一步地,涂膜的成份中含有聚四氟乙烯。
进一步地,所述步骤(6)中温度为205°-215°,时间为28-32分钟。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)或(5)中水洗步骤均通过设有的2个水槽进行连续2遍水洗。
进一步地,所述步骤(9)中搅拌时间3分钟;其中,MEK每次为330g,二氧化钼每次为1500mg,钢球为18000个,碟型钢球为60kg。
本发明中的树脂类成份除了聚四氟乙烯,还有聚酯树脂,其中,聚四氟乙烯树脂占比38%,聚酯树脂占比16%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供了一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺,通过本发明中的工艺进行钢球表面处理,在钢球表面形成一层特殊的涂膜,涂膜中成份有二硫化钼及其他树脂类成份,能够增加钢球表面自润滑功能,改变其摩擦特性,同时又具一定的弹性,从而,在火药点火的瞬间,爆炸气流推动钢球在滑道内加速,进一步推动齿轮,短时间内产生的足够收紧力,把人固定在座椅上,保证了人的安全。
本发明通过不断地试验和调整参数,获得在以上参数下,效果最好,能够保证钢球表面自润滑特性和弹性,使得满足安全要求;在获得该参数之前,也通过其他的工艺及参数进行处理,但效果都不能令人十分满意。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)对钢球表面进行碱脱脂处理,通过设有的碱脱脂槽设备进行碱脱脂,温度设为50°-80°,时间设为5-8分钟;
(2)对钢球表面进行水洗,通过设有的水洗槽进行水洗,水洗时间设为20s-60s;
(3)加入金属表面调整剂,对钢球表面进行表面调整,时间设为20s-50s;
(4)对钢球表面进行磷化处理,温度设为50°-80°,时间设为5-8分钟,使钢球表面形成蜂窝状结构;
(5)对钢球表面进行水洗,通过设有的水洗槽进行水洗,水洗时间设为1min-3min;
(6)对钢球表面进行清洗,通过设有的清洗槽进行清洗,温度为50°-90°,清洗时间设为25min-40min;
(7)对钢球表面进行干燥,通过设有的干燥炉把钢球表面的水份全部干燥掉;
(8)钢球涂膜前准备,先对流动滚筒内部进行膜层处理,以便于保护钢球表面的涂膜;
(9)将钢球放进流动滚筒设备内,边吹热风边转边涂膜,其中,热风温度为70°-120°,为了使得钢球表面涂膜均匀,加入碟型辅助物(碟型钢球),并进行搅拌2-4分钟;其中,涂膜的成份中包括有二氧化钼和MEK,MEK每次为300g-350g,二氧化钼每次为1300mg-1700mg,钢球为16000-20000个,碟型钢球为60kg±5kg;
(10)烧结处理,通过设有的电炉进行烧烤,温度为200°-230°,时间为25-40分钟。
在一种具体实施方式中,步骤(1)中温度为60°-70°,时间为6-7分钟,步骤(2)时间为中30s-60s,步骤(4)中温度为60°-70°,时间设为5-6分钟,步骤(5)中水洗时间为1min-2min,步骤(6)中温度为60°-80°,清洗时间设为30min-40min,涂膜的成份中含有聚四氟乙烯,步骤(6)中温度为205°-215°,时间为28-32分钟,步骤(9)中搅拌时间3分钟;其中,MEK每次为330g,二氧化钼每次为1500mg,钢球为18000个,碟型钢球为60kg。
在一种具体实施方式中,步骤(2)或(5)中水洗步骤均通过设有的2个水槽进行连续2遍水洗。
作为一种最优的实施方式,步骤(1)中温度为60°,时间为7分钟,步骤(2)时间为中60s,步骤(4)中温度为70°,时间设为6分钟,步骤(5)中水洗时间为1min,步骤(6)中温度为60°,清洗时间设为30min,涂膜的成份中含有聚四氟乙烯,步骤(6)中温度为205°,时间为30分钟,步骤(9)中搅拌时间3分钟;其中,MEK每次为330g,二氧化钼每次为1500mg,钢球为18000个,碟型钢球为60kg,性能最优。
如图2和图3所示,可以清晰的看出本发明的摩擦特性与其他产品对比的优势。
表面调整是对需要磷化处理的金属表面,在磷化之前用一种特殊的溶液进行处理,通过表调的作用改变金属表面的微观状态,以加速磷化,促使磷化过程中形成结晶细小,均匀,致密的磷化盐皮膜。表调对磷化有很大的影响,尤其是对表面状态不良的工件以及低温低浓度的磷化更具有重要的影响。

Claims (8)

1.一种保险带绕紧装置冲击用钢球的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)对钢球表面进行碱脱脂处理,通过设有的碱脱脂槽设备进行碱脱脂,温度设为60°C-70°C,时间设为6-7分钟;
(2)对钢球表面进行水洗,通过设有的水洗槽进行水洗,水洗时间设为30s-60s;
(3)加入金属表面调整剂,对钢球表面进行表面调整,时间设为20s-50s;
(4)对钢球表面进行磷化处理,温度设为60°C-70°C,时间设为5-8分钟,使钢球表面形成蜂窝状结构;
(5)对钢球表面进行水洗,通过设有的水洗槽进行水洗,水洗时间设为1min-3min;
(6)对钢球表面进行清洗,通过设有的清洗槽进行清洗,温度为50°C-90°C,清洗时间设为25min-40min;
(7)对钢球表面进行干燥,通过设有的干燥炉把钢球表面的水份全部干燥掉;
(8)钢球涂膜前准备,先对流动滚筒内部进行膜层处理,以便于保护钢球表面的涂膜;
(9)将钢球放进流动滚筒设备内,边吹热风边转边涂膜,其中,热风温度为70°C-120°C,为了使得钢球表面涂膜均匀,加入碟型钢球,并进行搅拌2-4分钟;其中,涂膜的成份中包括有二氧化钼和MEK,MEK每次为300 g-350g,二氧化钼每次为1300mg-1700mg,钢球为16000-20000个,碟型钢球为60kg±5kg;
