Claims (8)
- 鋼部材(200)の個々の領域を対象とした熱処理方法であって、
前記方法において、
a)前記鋼部材(200)は、まず、第1炉(110)において、Ac3温度以下の温度まで加熱され、
b)その後、該鋼部材(200)は処理ステーション(150)に移送され、その移送中に冷却され、
c)前記処理ステーション(150)では、前記鋼部材(200)の一つ又は複数の第1領域(210)及び一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)が滞留時間t151内に前記Ac3温度以上の温度まで加熱され、
d)その後、前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)が冷却停止温度θSまで冷却された後、
e)前記鋼部材(200)は炉チャンバを備える第2炉(130)へと移送され、
f)前記第2炉(130)で、Ac3温度以下であり、かつ、前記第2炉(130)の炉チャンバ全体に対して設定される炉温度に、前記鋼部材(200)がさらされ、
g)その後、前記鋼部材(200)はプレス硬化金型に移送され、
h)前記鋼部材(200)は前記プレス硬化金型においてプレス硬化処理され、
前記方法のステップa)~h)は、
主にオーステナイト組織が前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第1領域(210)に形成され、そこから主にマルテンサイト組織がステップh)の前記プレス硬化金型にて焼き入れによって形成され、
前記鋼部材(200)の一つ又は複数の第2領域(220)に主にフェライト・パーライト組織が形成され、
前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)に主にベイナイト組織が形成され
るように実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2炉(130)への熱供給が、熱放射により行われる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記処理ステーション(150)では、前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第1領域(210)が、高出力レーザーによって滞留時間t151内に前記オーステナイト化温度Ac3以上の温度まで加熱される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記処理ステーション(150)では、前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)が、高出力レーザーによって滞留時間t151内に前記オーステナイト化温度Ac3以上の温度まで加熱される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記処理ステーション(150)では、滞留時間t152内に、前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)に対してガス状流体を吹き込んで冷却を行う、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ガス状流体は水を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記処理ステーション(150)では、前記鋼部材(200)の前記一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)が、滞留時間t152内に該一つ又は複数の第3領域(230)よりも温度が低いスタンパーと接触して冷却される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第2炉(130)内の温度θ4は、均一、かつ、Ac3温度よりも低い、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
