本发明属于化学生产吸滤处理技术领域,具体涉及一种吸滤槽及吸滤方法,包括具有一向上开口的矩形槽体,所述矩形槽体内设有过滤层,所述过滤层上方设有物料槽,所述过滤层下方设有抽滤腔,所述抽滤腔内设有回收腔,所述回收腔相对的两侧面设有开口,所述开口上设有密封门,所述回收腔的另两侧设有滑道,所述回收腔内设有具有一向下开口的回收抽屉,所述回收抽屉顶部为一回收滤网,所述过滤层包括边缘与所述矩形槽体的侧壁固定连接的滤板架,所述滤板架上设有若干用于放置滤板的滤板孔,所述矩形槽体与所述滤板架的连接处沿圆周方向设有卡缝。本发明提供一种多次过滤,提高物料回收率,便于取料的吸滤槽及吸滤方法。

技术领域
本发明属于化学生产吸滤处理技术领域,具体涉及一种吸滤槽及吸滤方法。
背景技术
真空抽滤是利用空气负压对物料抽滤,进行固液分离,现有的真空抽滤多进行一次性抽滤,且抽滤槽较大时,需要工人将物料从吸滤槽中铲出,费时费力。
专利一种用于生产1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的敞开式抽滤槽(公告号为CN205435108U),公开了一种用于生产1,2-二苯氧基乙烷的敞开式抽滤槽,有多个部分组成,所述抽滤槽包括:抽滤槽体、支撑腿、地脚、滤板挡板、滤板、滤布、起吊环、抽滤口、真空泵、排液口和阀门。该专利与现有吸滤槽相同,只具有一层过滤,存在对物料的浪费。
根据现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种多次过滤,提高物料回收率,便于取料的吸滤槽及吸滤方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种吸滤槽,包括具有一向上开口的矩形槽体,所述矩形槽体内设有过滤层,所述过滤层上方设有物料槽,所述过滤层下方设有抽滤腔,所述抽滤腔内设有回收腔,所述回收腔的横截面积大于所述物料槽和所述回收腔的横截面积,所述回收腔相对的两侧面设有开口,所述开口上设有密封门,所述回收腔的另两侧设有滑道,所述回收腔内设有具有一向下开口的回收抽屉,所述回收抽屉顶部为一回收滤网,所述过滤层包括边缘与所述矩形槽体的侧壁固定连接的滤板架,所述滤板架上设有若干用于放置滤板的滤板孔,所述滤板孔由上至下分为放置滤板的直筒段和内径由上至下依次递减的锥形段,所述滤板孔的直筒段上端设有填充橡胶条,所述矩形槽体与所述滤板架的连接处沿圆周方向设有卡缝,还包括覆在所述滤板架上不锈钢滤网,所述不锈钢滤网的边缘处连接有与所述卡缝匹配的边缘滤网。
优选的,所述卡缝底部设有连接层,所述连接层为硅胶连接层。
优选的,在所述物料槽内设有匀料板,所述匀料板上连接有气缸。
优选的,所述回收滤网两侧设有与所述滑道对应的滑板,所述滑板可以在所述滑道上滑动。
优选的,所述回收抽屉上设有拉手,通过所述拉手将所述回收抽屉滑出/滑入所述回收腔。
一种吸滤槽的过滤方法,包括如下步骤:
S1物料的投放:将物料放入所述物料槽内,启动所述气缸,使所述匀料板将物料在所述不锈钢滤网推成厚度均匀的物料层;
S2抽滤:将所述抽滤腔抽真空,液体通过所述过滤层下落至回收腔,所述不锈钢滤网上形成相对干燥的滤饼层;
S3二次过滤:液体通过所述回收滤网抽滤落入所述抽滤腔的底部,所述回收滤网对滤液进行回收抽滤,滤出滤液中的物料;
S4物料的收集:将所述边缘滤网从所述卡缝中取出,抬动所述不锈钢滤网,取出物料。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过将放置滤板的滤板孔的结构进行改造,使锥形段可以卡住滤板,加强了滤板的固定,防止滤板脱落,此外,填充橡胶条可以填充滤板间的缝隙,加强过滤效果;
2、回收腔的设置可以回收被误过滤出来的物料,或者是滤板上的滤料由于初期过滤效果不佳而漏出的物料,提高对物料的回收率;
3、匀料板可以使物料在所述过滤层上均匀展开,保证抽滤时气压的均匀;
4、在抽滤完毕后,可以通过直接取出边缘滤网,抬起不锈钢滤网,更加方便快捷,取代了传统的铲除收料。

具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示,一种吸滤槽,包括具有一向上开口的矩形槽体1,矩形槽体1内设有过滤层2,过滤层2上方设有物料槽3,过滤层2下方设有抽滤腔4,抽滤腔4内设有回收腔5,回收腔5的横截面积大于物料槽3和回收腔5的横截面积,回收腔5相对的两侧面设有开口51,开口51上设有密封门511,回收腔5的另两侧设有滑道52,回收腔5内设有具有一向下开口的回收抽屉53,回收抽屉53顶部为一回收滤网532,过滤层2包括边缘与矩形槽体1的侧壁固定连接的滤板架21,滤板架21上设有若干用于放置滤板的滤板孔22,滤板孔22由上至下分为放置滤板的直筒段和内径由上至下依次递减的锥形段,滤板孔22的直筒段上端设有填充橡胶条24,矩形槽体1与滤板架21 的连接处沿圆周方向设有卡缝231,还包括覆在滤板架21上不锈钢滤网25,不锈钢滤网25的边缘处连接有与卡缝231匹配的边缘滤网251。
如图1-图2所示,卡缝231底部设有连接层23,连接层23为硅胶连接层。
如图1-图2所示,在物料槽3内设有匀料板31,匀料板31上连接有气缸32。
如图1-图2所示,回收滤网532两侧设有与滑道52对应的滑板533,滑板533可以在滑道52上滑动。
如图1-图2所示,回收抽屉53上设有拉手531,通过拉手531将回收抽屉53滑出 /滑入回收腔5。
一种吸滤槽的过滤方法,包括如下步骤:
S1物料的投放:将物料放入物料槽3内,启动气缸32,使匀料板31将物料在不锈钢滤网25推成厚度均匀的物料层;
S2抽滤:将抽滤腔4抽真空,液体通过过滤层2下落至回收腔5,不锈钢滤网25 上形成相对干燥的滤饼层;
S3二次过滤:液体通过回收滤网532抽滤落入抽滤腔4的底部,回收滤网532对滤液进行回收抽滤,滤出滤液中的物料;
S4物料的收集:将边缘滤网251从卡缝231中取出,抬动不锈钢滤网25,取出物料。

1.一种吸滤槽,其特征在于,包括具有一向上开口的矩形槽体,所述矩形槽体内设有过滤层,所述过滤层上方设有物料槽,所述过滤层下方设有抽滤腔,所述抽滤腔内设有回收腔,所述回收腔的横截面积大于所述物料槽和所述回收腔的横截面积,所述回收腔相对的两侧面设有开口,所述开口上设有密封门,所述回收腔的另两侧设有滑道,所述回收腔内设有具有一向下开口的回收抽屉,所述回收抽屉顶部为一回收滤网,所述过滤层包括边缘与所述矩形槽体的侧壁固定连接的滤板架,所述滤板架上设有若干用于放置滤板的滤板孔,所述滤板孔由上至下分为放置滤板的直筒段和内径由上至下依次递减的锥形段,所述滤板孔的直筒段上端设有填充橡胶条,所述矩形槽体与所述滤板架的连接处沿圆周方向设有卡缝,还包括覆在所述滤板架上不锈钢滤网,所述不锈钢滤网的边缘处连接有与所述卡缝匹配的边缘滤网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸滤槽,其特征在于,所述卡缝底部设有连接层,所述连接层为硅胶连接层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸滤槽,其特征在于,在所述物料槽内设有匀料板,所述匀料板上连接有气缸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸滤槽,其特征在于,所述回收滤网两侧设有与所述滑道对应的滑板,所述滑板可以在所述滑道上滑动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸滤槽,其特征在于,所述回收抽屉上设有拉手,通过所述拉手将所述回收抽屉滑出/滑入所述回收腔。
6.一种根据权利要求3所述的吸滤槽的过滤方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1物料的投放:将物料放入所述物料槽内,启动所述气缸,使所述匀料板将物料在所述不锈钢滤网推成厚度均匀的物料层;
S2抽滤:将所述抽滤腔抽真空,液体通过所述过滤层下落至回收腔,所述不锈钢滤网上形成相对干燥的滤饼层;
S3二次过滤:液体通过所述回收滤网抽滤落入所述抽滤腔的底部,所述回收滤网对滤液进行回收抽滤,滤出滤液中的物料;
S4物料的收集:将所述边缘滤网从所述卡缝中取出,抬动所述不锈钢滤网,取出物料。
