Abstract
一种新型无动力水力澄清器,包括罐体,罐体顶端设置有排泥管,罐体侧壁设置有进水管,罐体内设置有水平隔板将罐体分为上下两个腔体,上腔体构成清水箱、下腔体构成絮凝反应室,下腔室内设置有中心絮凝筒、中心絮凝筒外围设置有外筒体,外筒体顶端与隔板密封连接,外筒体底端敞口,中心絮凝筒顶端敞口并与水平隔板间隔设置,中心絮凝筒底端设置有若干层喷射腔,每层喷射腔中心设置有一喷嘴,最下层的喷嘴连接进水管,进水管连接加药管道,第一层喷射腔设置有回流管道连接清水箱近顶端,下腔室近顶端侧壁设置有出水管连接清水箱近底端,清水箱近顶端设置有反冲洗管连接进水管。占地面积小、可自动实现反冲洗,絮凝效果好,可适应较高流速。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域,尤其涉及无动力水力澄清器。
背景技术
对于地表水、高浊度原水的澄清处理和回收利用,实现泥沙水的澄清分离,一般均采用澄清池来快速处理,澄清池的处理效率的高低直接决定处理吨水的占地面积和投资成本,澄清池为实现快速澄清一般采用混合、絮凝、沉淀等工艺综合应用于一个池体内,为了加快絮凝反应的进程一般采用机械式搅拌加大絮凝药剂与泥沙等颗粒的碰撞几率,从而形成大的絮凝团,实现快速澄清分离,但采用机械式的搅拌装置能耗较高,而且对大型的澄清池很难起到较好的效果,并且自动化程度较低,并且对于下暴雨等高流速的城市污水难以有效的进行处理。
并且现有的澄清池反冲洗一般需外接反冲洗水管,利用水泵对其进行反冲洗,能耗较高,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提高了一种占地面积小、可自动实现反冲洗,絮凝效果好,可适应较高流速的新型无动力水力澄清器。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种新型无动力水力澄清器,包括罐体,罐体顶端设置有排泥管,罐体侧壁设置有进水管,其特征在于罐体内设置有水平隔板将罐体分为上下两个腔体,上腔体构成清水箱、下腔体构成絮凝反应室,下腔室内设置有中心絮凝筒、中心絮凝筒外围设置有外筒体,外筒体顶端与隔板密封连接,外筒体底端敞口,中心絮凝筒顶端敞口并与水平隔板间隔设置,中心絮凝筒底端设置有若干层喷射腔,每层喷射腔中心设置有一喷嘴,最下层的喷嘴连接进水管,进水管连接加药管道,第一层喷射腔设置有回流管道连接清水箱近顶端,下腔室近顶端侧壁设置有出水管连接清水箱近底端,清水箱近顶端设置有反冲洗管连接进水管。
作为优选,最下层喷射腔两侧设置有吸泥管道,吸泥管道伸入罐体近底端。
作为优选,外筒体外侧设置有斜管填料。
作为优选,反冲洗管、回流管道以及出水管上均设置有单向阀。
本发明有益效果:本发明通过进水喷射的负压带动整个罐体内的水力循环,并通过设置多层喷射腔,利用每层喷射腔的负压带动底部的高浓度污泥,避免药剂的浪费以及对清水箱进行抽吸,带动下墙体内过滤后的清水进入清水箱,当清水箱内的清水到达设定液位时,反冲洗管开启对下腔体进行反冲洗。

实施例1:一种新型无动力水力澄清器,包括罐体1,罐体1顶端设置有排泥管2,罐体1侧壁设置有进水管3,罐体1内设置有水平隔板4将罐体1分为上下两个腔体(5、6),上腔体5构成清水箱、下腔体6构成絮凝反应室,下腔室6内设置有中心絮凝筒7、中心絮凝筒7外围设置有外筒体8,外筒体8顶端与隔板4密封连接,外筒体8底端敞口,中心絮凝筒7顶端敞口并与水平隔板4间隔设置,中心絮凝筒7底端设置有两层喷射腔9,每层喷射腔9中心设置有一喷嘴10,最下层的喷嘴10连接进水管3,进水管3连接加药管道,第一层喷射腔9设置有回流管道11连接清水箱近顶端,下腔室6近顶端侧壁设置有出水管12连接清水箱近底端,清水箱近顶端设置有反冲洗管13连接进水管3。最下层喷射腔9两侧设置有吸泥管道14,吸泥管道14伸入罐体1近底端。外筒体8外侧设置有斜管填料15。反冲洗管13、回流管道11以及出水管12上均设置有单向阀。

1.一种新型无动力水力澄清器,包括罐体,罐体顶端设置有排泥管,罐体侧壁设置有进水管,其特征在于罐体内设置有水平隔板将罐体分为上下两个腔体,上腔体构成清水箱、下腔体构成絮凝反应室,下腔室内设置有中心絮凝筒、中心絮凝筒外围设置有外筒体,外筒体顶端与隔板密封连接,外筒体底端敞口,中心絮凝筒顶端敞口并与水平隔板间隔设置,中心絮凝筒底端设置有若干层喷射腔,每层喷射腔中心设置有一喷嘴,最下层的喷嘴连接进水管,进水管连接加药管道,第一层喷射腔设置有回流管道连接清水箱近顶端,下腔室近顶端侧壁设置有出水管连接清水箱近底端,清水箱近顶端设置有反冲洗管连接进水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无动力水力澄清器,其特征在于最下层喷射腔两侧设置有吸泥管道,吸泥管道伸入罐体近底端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无动力水力澄清器,其特征在于外筒体外侧设置有斜管填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型无动力水力澄清器,其特征在于反冲洗管、回流管道以及出水管上均设置有单向阀。
