技术领域
本发明属于健身器材领域，特别涉及一种臂力器。
背景技术
臂力器又名握力棒，是前臂腕屈肌的一种运动器械，主要用来锻炼臂部肌群，特别是锻炼臂力和胸肌，辅助锻炼腕力。臂力器主要包括弹簧和两个把手，弹簧的两端固定分别与两把手固定。臂力器使用时，以弹簧为储能元件，双手握住两端的把手，用力使弹簧弯曲，并使两端靠近，通过不断地弯折弹簧达到锻炼肌肉的目的，经常使用，能使胸部及上肢肌肉发达，以达到健美及增强臂力的效果。
在臂力器使用过程中，需要不断挤压弹簧使其弯曲进而达到锻炼的目的；但弹簧压缩后会快速回缩复原，其回缩复原的力量与压缩量成正比。在弹簧回缩复原的过程中，极易导致臂力器从使用者手中脱离，进而对人体造成伤害。针对这一问题，目前是通过在弹簧两端的把手上设置安全带来解决。在使用时，将安全带套在手腕上，进而有助于放置臂力器从使用者手中脱落。在使用臂力器的过程中，由于使用者的手腕大小不一，当安全带过大时，弹簧回缩复原容易使臂力器脱落，进而对使用者或他人造成伤害；当安全带过小时，臂力器虽然不会从使用者手中脱落，但是由于安全带将臂力器固定在使用者手中，当弹簧回缩复原，把手从使用者手中脱落后，把手直接撞击在使用者的手腕或手部上，进而对其造成严重伤害。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种臂力器，以防止臂力器从使用者手中脱落或对使用者造成伤害的问题。
本方案中的一种臂力器，包括弹簧，弹簧的两端均设有把手；两所述把手远离弹簧的一端均设有传导杆，两所述把手上均套接有硬质件构成的外罩，外罩的内部为空腔，所述传导杆位于空腔内，外罩上设有用于把手穿过的通孔和用于手掌通过的开口，外罩的开口处与把手铰接，外罩的内壁上贴合有柔性的防护层，外罩的内壁连接有两块传导板，两块所述传导板分别位于传导杆的上下方并与其接触，两块传导板位于所述把手的顶部与底部之间；所述防护层自外罩的内壁延伸至所述把手，把手与防护层相接触。
本方案的工作原理及其有益效果：使用时，手掌通过外罩的开口握紧把手即可进行锻炼。在锻炼过程中，由于手掌在外罩内不会导致臂力器脱落；当弹簧回缩复原时，力量经把手传递到传导杆，传导杆传递给传导板，传导板再传导给外罩，并使外罩位置发生变动，外罩位置变动时，带动与其相连的防护层，防护层带动手掌和手腕移动，进而避免了与臂力器的直接碰撞；同时，柔性的防护层也能对人体产生保护作用。另外，弹簧回缩复原产生的力量在传导过程中逐渐降低，进一步降低了臂力器对人体产生伤害的可能性。
进一步，所述传导板的底部设有“U”形的弹力板，弹力板的底部与所述传导杆接触。由于弹性板是弹性物体，在力量传递过程中，其产生的形变有利于降低力量强度；同时将弹性板设置为“U”形，由于弹性板间的空间，更有利于力量的消散，进而降低其对人体的伤害。
进一步，每块传导板至少连接有两块所述弹力板。设置两块以上的弹力板更有利于力量的消散。
进一步，所述传导板与传导杆间设有弹性件。弹性件的设置，一方面有利于力量的消散，另一方面避免了外罩位置移动过大对手腕造成伤害。
进一步，所述外罩为镂空状。镂空的外罩更有利于力量的消散，进而有利于更安全的使用臂力器。

实施例基本如附图1所示：一种臂力器，包括弹簧5，弹簧5的两端均设有把手4；两把手4远离弹簧5的一端均设有传导杆8，两个把手4上均套接有镂空的外罩2(外罩2由铁丝等硬质件构成的)，外罩2的内部为空腔，传导杆8位于空腔内，外罩2上设有用于把手4穿过的通孔和用于手掌通过的开口，外罩2的开口处与把手4铰接，外罩2的内壁上贴合有柔性的防护层3(可为布料、皮革等)，外罩2的内壁铰接有两块传导板6，两块传导板6分别位于传导杆8的上下方，每块传导板6的底部设有两块“U”形的橡胶板7，橡胶板7的底部与传导杆8接触；传导板6与传导杆8间设有弹性绳1(也可为其他弹性件)；两块传导板6位于把手4的顶部与底部之间；防护层3自外罩2的内壁延伸至把手4，把手4与防护层3相接触。
使用时，手掌通过外罩2的开口握紧把手4即可进行锻炼。

1.一种臂力器，包括弹簧，弹簧的两端均设有把手；其特征在于：两所述把手远离弹簧的一端均设有传导杆，两所述把手上均套接有硬质件构成的外罩，外罩的内部为空腔，所述传导杆位于空腔内，外罩上设有用于把手穿过的通孔和用于手掌通过的开口，外罩的开口处与把手铰接，外罩的内壁上贴合有柔性的防护层，外罩的内壁连接有两块传导板，两块所述传导板分别位于传导杆的上下方并与其接触，两块传导板位于所述把手的顶部与底部之间；所述防护层自外罩的内壁延伸至所述把手，把手与防护层相接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的臂力器，其特征在于：所述传导板的底部设有“U”形的弹力板，弹力板的底部与所述传导杆接触。
3.根据权利要求2所述的臂力器，其特征在于：每块传导板至少连接有两块所述弹力板。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的臂力器，其特征在于：所述传导板与传导杆间设有弹性件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的臂力器，其特征在于：所述外罩为镂空状。
