本发明涉及健身器材领域，具体涉及一种哑铃。
背景技术
哑铃是一种能够锻炼人体臂力和握力的健身器材，因运动麻痹、疼痛、长期不活动等导致肌力低下的患者，手持哑铃，可利用哑铃的重量进行抗阻力主动运动，训练肌力。常见的哑铃包括哑铃杆和连接在哑铃杆两端的哑铃头，哑铃头有圆形的也有方形的，哑铃的重量可以根据运动者自身的需要进行调节，但都是在哑铃杆的两端加减哑铃头来实现哑铃重量的变化。
在使用过程中手掌握持哑铃杆，现有的哑铃杆为了增加防滑力，避免手掌出汗而滑动，都会在哑铃杆上套接防滑垫，但是现有的防滑垫对手掌和手背是达不到按摩效果的，由于运动过程中手掌较长时间处于用力紧握状态，手掌神经、穴位和肌肉得不到放松，所以这就会导致在运动完成后，手掌及手指酸痛，舒展不畅，需要一定的时间缓解手掌的不适感，所以现有的哑铃不具有高质量的使用体验。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种哑铃，以解决现有哑铃使用后手掌及手指酸痛，舒展不畅产生不适感的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本方案中的一种哑铃，包括哑铃杆和哑铃杆两端连接的哑铃头；所述哑铃杆上设有凹口，所述凹口内填充有按摩垫，所述按摩垫包括手心按摩层和振动层，振动层位于手心按摩层和哑铃杆之间，振动层与手心按摩层接触；振动层内设有振动器和电池，所述振动器与电池电连接，哑铃杆上设有用于开关振动器的开关按钮；所述手心按摩层内设有若干滚珠。
本方案的工作原理是：在使用哑铃时，将手掌握持在设有按摩垫的地方，为了能够平衡重量，所以在设置凹口时将凹口设置在哑铃杆的中部。操作开关按钮来使电池向振动器供电，使振动器振动；因为方案中将振动层与手心按摩层接触，按摩器在振动层中振动使得手心按摩层发生振动，这样就会使手心按摩层中的滚珠发生振动和滚动。
本方的有益效果是：本方案通过在使用哑铃时的握持部位设置本方案中的按摩垫，手掌可直接与手心按摩层接触，当滚珠发生振动时，也会在力的作用下发生滚动，这样就可以对手掌进行旋转和上下方向的按摩，使用过程中达到了舒缓手部神经和穴位的效果，解决了现有哑铃因使用过程中手掌和手指神经、穴位和肌肉得不到放松，引起酸痛和舒展不畅的问题。
进一步，所述哑铃杆上设有手掌套，所述手掌套与哑铃杆之间形成便于手掌通过的通道，手掌套上设有按摩凸起。该方案还可对手背进行按摩，具体的按摩原理是：当手掌握持按摩垫时，在运动过程中会不断的调整握持力的大小，这样以保证握持紧固，避免滑落，而在这样的调整过程中，手掌会不断的握紧和松弛，在松弛的时候就会使手背与手掌套接触，这样手掌套上的按摩凸起就会对手背进行按摩，达到手掌和手背都能够被按摩的效果。
进一步，所述振动层和凹口的接触面均设有相互吸引的磁铁块。通过磁铁块将振动层与凹口连接，这样方便拆卸更换。
进一步，所述按摩垫上设有网孔，所述滚珠内设有空腔，所述空腔内填充有防滑粉，滚珠的壁上设有若干与空腔连通的通孔，所述通孔的孔径为0.05～0.1cm。在运动过程中难免会手心出汗，本方案利用滚珠振动产生力，将其内部设置为空腔，填充防滑粉，并设置可将防滑粉抖出的通孔，这样滚珠运动过程中防滑粉就会抖落出来，通过按摩垫上的网孔附着在手心，避免出汗打滑。
进一步，所述滚珠上设有用于注入防滑粉的注入口，所述注入口处设有活塞。此方案便于滚珠中的防滑粉使用完毕后进行再次填充。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明：
说明书附图中的附图标记包括：哑铃头1、手掌套2、哑铃杆3、振动层4、电池5、振动器6、手心按摩层7、滚珠8、注入口801、活塞802、通孔803、空腔804。
实施例基本如附图1、图2及图3所示：一种哑铃，包括哑铃杆3和哑铃杆3两端连接的哑铃头1；哑铃杆3上设有手掌套2，手掌套2与哑铃杆3之间形成便于手掌通过的通道，手掌套2上设有按摩凸起；哑铃杆3上设有凹口，凹口内填充有按摩垫，按摩垫包括手心按摩层7和振动层4，振动层4位于手心按摩层7和哑铃杆3之间，振动层4与手心按摩层7接触，振动层4和凹口的接触面均设有相互吸引的磁铁块；振动层4内设有振动器6和电池5，振动器6与电池5电连接，哑铃杆3上设有用于开关振动器6的开关按钮；手心按摩层7内设有若干滚珠8。
按摩垫上设有网孔，滚珠8内设有空腔804，空腔804内填充有防滑粉，滚珠8的壁上设有若干与空腔804连通的通孔803，通孔803的孔径在0.05～0.1cm范围内；滚珠8上设有用于注入防滑粉的注入口801，注入口801处设有活塞802。
操作开关按钮来使电池5向振动器6供电，振动器6振动；因为方案中将振动层4与手心按摩层7接触，按摩器在振动层4中振动使得手心按摩层7发生振动，这样就会使手心按摩层7中的滚珠8发生振动和滚动，对手掌进行旋转和上下方向的按摩，使用过程中达到了舒缓手部神经和穴位的效果。

1.一种哑铃，包括哑铃杆和哑铃杆两端连接的哑铃头；其特征在于：所述哑铃杆上设有凹口，所述凹口内填充有按摩垫，所述按摩垫包括手心按摩层和振动层，振动层位于手心按摩层和哑铃杆之间，振动层与手心按摩层接触；振动层内设有振动器和电池，所述振动器与电池电连接，哑铃杆上设有用于开关振动器的开关按钮；所述手心按摩层内设有若干滚珠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的哑铃，其特征在于：所述哑铃杆上设有手掌套，所述手掌套与哑铃杆之间形成便于手掌通过的通道，手掌套上设有按摩凸起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的哑铃，其特征在于：所述振动层和凹口的接触面均设有相互吸引的磁铁块。
