一种自毁式螺旋注射器及其使用方法，自毁式螺旋注射器由注射针、注射筒和活塞组成，注射针由针座和钢针组成，在注射针和注射筒接口处分设凸凹结构的扣锁，使用时分两阶段旋入注射针座，通过凸凹结构相互锁住的注射器和注射针很难在不被破坏的情况下拆解开，保护了注射器的使用安全，并规避了器械二次使用的风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种自毁式螺旋注射器。
背景技术
注射是临床常用的治疗方法，注射器是最普遍的临床医疗器械，一般是由医护人员在注射器产品在使用时才将注射针组装入注射器接口中，偶尔就会发生装配不到位，旋不紧等现象，造成使用中漏液或脱落，形成安全隐患，此外，随着医疗水平的提升以及人们对医疗卫生的认识和要求逐渐提升，现今临床上使用的绝大多数耗材类医疗器械均为一次性使用产品，使用后即当废弃销毁，以保证每一个患者的卫生安全，但有一些医护人员为了省时省力，只更换注射针而非整个产品，然而残留药液与新药液的混合也会给患者带来很大风险，更有甚者回收清洗使用过的注射器在进行二次销售，这不仅不符合相关法规的要求，更会给患者带来安全隐患。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足，本发明提供了一种自毁式螺旋注射器，在注射针和注射筒接口处分设凸凹结构的扣锁，使用时分两阶段旋入注射针座，通过凸凹结构相互锁住的注射器和注射针很难在不被破坏的情况下拆解开。
本发明为实现上述目的，所采用的技术方案是：一种自毁式螺旋注射器及其使用方法，由注射针、注射筒和活塞组成，所述注射针由针座和钢针组成，针座底部外围有一圈外螺纹，所述活塞从注射筒一端插入注射筒中，注射筒的另一端是注射口，所述注射口外围设有一圈螺旋套口，所述螺旋套口内壁上有一圈内螺纹，所述针座底部的外螺纹上有一个缺口，所述螺旋套口根部的内螺纹上有一个凸扣，所述凸扣的大小与缺口大小相适应。
使用时，首先将注射针座悬入螺旋套口的内螺纹中，感觉到旋紧后继续旋动，用力扭动针座直到听见凸扣与缺口配合的“咔”声，即装配到位。
本发明的有益效果是：通过凸凹结构的扣锁相互锁住的注射器和注射针很难在不被破坏的情况下拆解开，一方面防止注射针在使用过程中从注射器上松动或脱落，从而避免了漏液或针头脱落等医疗事故，保障了患者和医护人员的安全。另一方面，很难逆向操作的的锁扣操作使其不能恢复出厂时的初始状态，少数想要重复利用注射器的医护人员，和想对器械进行回收和二次销售的商家无法操作，从而进一步规避了患者的医疗风险。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种自毁式螺旋注射器，由注射针1、注射筒2和活塞3组成，注射针1由针座1-1和钢针1-2组成，针座1-1底部外围有一圈外螺纹1-1-1，活塞3从注射筒2一端插入注射筒2中，注射筒2的另一端是注射口2-1，注射口2-1外围设有一圈螺旋套口2-2，螺旋套口2-2内壁上有一圈内螺纹2-2-1。
如图2-3所示，螺旋套口2-2根部的内螺纹2-2-1上有一个凸扣2-2-2。
如图4所示，针座1-1底部的外螺纹1-1-1上有一个缺口1-1-2，缺口1-1-2的大小与凸扣2-2-2大小相适应。
如图5所示，使用时，首先将注射针座悬入螺旋套口的内螺纹中，旋转到下部后，会感觉到针座已经旋紧，但此时要继续旋入。
如图6所示，用力扭动针座直到听见凸扣与缺口配合的“咔”声，即装配到位。此时针座外螺旋上的缺口与螺旋套口内螺旋上的凸扣相互扣合，实现了锁定状态，防止逆向操作的结构保护了注射器的使用安全，并规避了器械二次使用的风险。

Claims (2)

1.一种自毁式螺旋注射器，由注射针（1）、注射筒（2）和活塞（3）组成，所述注射针由针座（1-1）和钢针（1-2）组成，针座（1-1）底部外围有一圈外螺纹（1-1-1），所述活塞（3）从注射筒（2）一端插入注射筒（2）中，注射筒（2）的另一端是注射口（2-1），所述注射口（2-1）外围设有一圈螺旋套口（2-2），所述螺旋套口（2-2）内壁上有一圈内螺纹（2-2-1），其特征在于，所述针座（1-1）底部的外螺纹（1-1-1）上有一个缺口（1-1-2），所述螺旋套口（2-2）根部的内螺纹（2-2-1）上有一个凸扣（2-2-2），所述凸扣（2-2-2）的大小与缺口（1-1-3）大小相适应。
2.一种采用权利要求1所述的自毁式螺旋注射器的使用方法，其特征在于，首先将注射针座（1-1）悬入螺旋套口（2-2）的内螺纹（2-2-1）中，感觉到旋紧后继续旋动，用力扭动针座（1-1）直到听见凸扣（2-2-2）与缺口（1-1-2）配合的“咔”声，即装配到位。
