Description
Technical Field
The application relates to kitchen equipment, in particular to a spraying device and a dish washer using the spraying device.
Background
A dishwasher is a device that sprays cold water or hot water to dishes to remove dirt adhered to the dishes and wash the dishes. The dishwasher generally needs a separate housing and separate components, so that the volume of the general dishwasher is large, and the dishwasher is not suitable for families with a large population and a small average residence area, and therefore, the dishwasher is not commonly used in many families.
The existing dish-washing machine, as disclosed in China patent application No. CN201210374569.5, comprises a container with an inner cavity, a water outlet pipe is arranged below the container, an openable water inlet hole is arranged on the bottom surface or the peripheral surface of the container, a water inlet pipe is arranged on the outer side of the container and can be movably inserted into or extend out of the water inlet hole, a folding bowl basket which is separated relative to the inner cavity is arranged in the inner cavity, the folding bowl basket comprises a bowl basket frame, a rotary spray arm and a water supply pipe, the bowl basket frame can be mutually folded, and a plurality of inclined upward nozzles are arranged on the surface of the rotary spray arm, facing the bowl basket frame; the water supply pipe is detachably connected to the water inlet pipe, the top of the container is provided with an upward opening, and the opening is provided with a cover which can be opened or closed relative to the container. The dish washer mainly adopts the form of spraying water column at the bottom to impact tableware so as to achieve the purpose of stripping residues.
An automatic dish washer disclosed in China patent with the application number of 201220295966.9, which also adopts a soaking and ultrasonic wave mode to remove residues, comprises a shell, a top cover, an inner container made of metal materials, a tableware basket and an ultrasonic energy collecting head, wherein the ultrasonic energy collecting head is arranged on a bottom plate of the inner container; the device also comprises a water inlet device, a water discharge device and a wave spraying device, under the action of the control device, the automatic water inlet, the automatic heating of the heating element for soaking, the ultrasonic energy collecting head for providing ultrasonic automatic cleaning, the automatic flushing of the wave spraying device and the ozone generator for applying ozone in water for disinfection can be realized.
Although the spray arm adopts a rotary motion mode to increase the probability of direct contact between the water column and the tableware through the dishwasher for spray cleaning, the upper part of the tableware is still a spray dead angle, so the cleaning capability is limited. The soaking type washing mode can enable pollutants to be reattached to tableware when water is removed, and meanwhile a large amount of water resource waste is caused.
