Abstract

本发明公开了一种拼接型木制茶几及其制造方法,属于板材拼接技术领域。包括框架、木桩和支撑杆,框架为一木质矩形框架,框架的一相对边框上设有对称榫槽各一排,支撑杆通过榫槽安装在边框内;木桩包括粗填木和细填木,粗填木和细填木均通过边槽配合在两相邻支撑杆之间;粗填木与细填木之间填充有填料,填料由环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合粘胶剂、粉末状软木主料和多乙烯多胺固化剂组成。本发明通过填料对木桩之间的缝隙进行填充,进而使得断木、短木和细木得到充分的再利用,减少资源的浪费。

技术领域
本发明属于板材拼接技术领域,特别是涉及一种拼接型木制茶几及其制造方法。
背景技术
茶几一般分方形、矩形两种,高度与扶手椅的扶手相当。通常情况下是两把椅子中间夹一茶几,用以放杯盘茶具,故名茶几,传统的茶几一般为木质品,随着社会的发展,其玻璃制品和金属制品以及木质、玻璃和金属结合制品出现在人们的视野中,随着人们生活水平的提高,茶几也上升到家庭的实用装饰品,传统的实木木质茶几逐渐退出历史舞台,因此需要提声传统实木茶几的制作方式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种拼接型木制茶几及其制造方法,通过对实木进行拼接黏合,提高传统实木茶几的地位。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种拼接型木制茶几,包括框架、木桩和支撑杆,所述框架为一木质矩形框架,所述框架的一相对边框上设有对称榫槽各一排,所述支撑杆通过榫槽安装在边框内;所述木桩包括粗填木和细填木,所述一粗填木轴侧面粘固有一对细填木,所述粗填木和细填木上均开有边槽,所述粗填木和细填木均通过边槽配合在两相邻支撑杆之间;所述粗填木与细填木之间填充有填料:所述填料的成分及重量份如下:粘胶剂:环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合,含55.0~75.0份;填充料:粉末状软木,含20.0~35.0份;固化剂;多乙烯多胺,含5.0~10.0份。进一步地,所述一粗填木和两细填木为一组填木,每组填木中两细填木之间形成夹角相同。
进一步地,所述边框的下表面榫接有桌腿。
一种拼接型木制茶几的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,填木的剪裁以及粘固,选择直径差在10mm之内的粗填木,在每跟粗填木的周侧面粘固细填木,粗填木与细填木长度相同,之后进行边槽的切销,以及桌腿插槽的打孔;
步骤二,根据制定茶几的尺寸进行木板的剪裁,边框的剪裁,两端呈斜面,并且一端设梯形槽一端设梯形柱,共剪裁四根,两两相同,选长边框进行榫槽切削,榫槽的间距根据填木的尺寸进行选择;
步骤三,支撑杆的剪裁,根据相对应榫槽之间的距离和宽度进行剪裁,在榫接之后并使用木胶粘固;
步骤四,填木的填充,将填木成组通过边槽放置在相邻两支撑杆之间,填木与边框相邻填木对半裁剪;
步骤五,将完成填木放置的框架,放置在平整的填料装夹板上,进而对通过一定比例的填料混合,将填料填充在填木之间的夹缝中,阴晾;
步骤六,桌腿安装,并且进行涂漆防腐。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所粘合的板面一断木横截面为主,取代传统木板的断木纵截面,即圆形/椭圆形文理取代半椭圆断文,借此增加木质茶几的新颖性,填充料的体积以软木为主,进而增加茶几的木含量,以常用的环氧树脂为主、聚丙烯作为粘合剂,提高粘合剂的粘性并且降低制作成本。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

框架1为一木质矩形框架1,框架1的一相对边框101上设有对称榫槽102各一排,支撑杆5通过榫槽102安装在边框101内;
木桩2包括粗填木201和细填木202,一粗填木201轴侧面粘固有一对细填木202,粗填木201和细填木202上均开有边槽203,粗填木201和细填木202均通过边槽203配合在两相邻支撑杆5之间;
粗填木201与细填木202之间填充有填料4:
填料4的成分及重量份如下:
粘胶剂:环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合,含55.0~75.0份;
填充料:粉末状软木,含20.0~35.0份;
固化剂;多乙烯多胺,含5.0~10.0份。
其中,一粗填木201和两细填木202为一组填木,每组填木中两细填木202之间形成夹角相同。
其中,边框101的下表面榫接有桌腿3。
一种拼接型木制茶几的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,填木的剪裁以及粘固,选择直径差在10mm之内的粗填木201,在每跟粗填木201的周侧面粘固细填木202,粗填木201与细填木202长度相同,之后进行边槽203的切销,以及桌腿3插槽的打孔;
步骤二,根据制定茶几的尺寸进行木板的剪裁,边框101的剪裁,两端呈斜面,并且一端设梯形槽一端设梯形柱,共剪裁四根,两两相同,选长边框进行榫槽202切削,榫槽202的间距根据填木的尺寸进行选择;
步骤三,支撑杆5的剪裁,根据相对应榫槽202之间的距离和宽度进行剪裁,在榫接之后并使用木胶粘固;
步骤四,填木的填充,将填木成组通过边槽203放置在相邻两支撑杆5之间,填木与边框101相邻填木对半裁剪;
步骤五,将完成填木放置的框架1,放置在平整的填料装夹板上,进而对通过一定比例的填料4混合,将填料4填充在填木之间的夹缝中,阴晾;
步骤六,进行桌腿3安装,并且对茶几进行涂漆防腐。
实施例1:
本填料4的重量份的组分制成:
环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合,含70.0份;
粉末状软木,含20.0份;
多乙烯多胺,含10.0份。
实施例2:
本填料4的重量份的组分制成:
环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合,含60.0份;
粉末状软木,含33份;
多乙烯多胺,含7份.
实施例3:
本填料4的重量份的组分制成:
环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合,含65份;
粉末状软木,含28份;
多乙烯多胺,含7份。
按照上述实施例的参数方式,每一实施例制作10个,工艺方式环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合以及粉末状软木同时缓慢加入搅拌机中,先高速800r/min搅拌5分钟,后添加多乙烯多胺高速800r/min搅拌1分钟,后低速50r/min搅拌1分钟,搅拌温度在70℃,之后将填充物均匀涂抹在填木夹缝之间,在室温装夹固定。

所述框架(1)为一木质矩形框架(1),所述框架(1)的一相对边框(101)上设有对称榫槽(102)各一排,所述支撑杆(5)通过榫槽(102)安装在边框(101)内;
所述木桩(2)包括粗填木(201)和细填木(202),所述一粗填木(201)轴侧面粘固有一对细填木(202),所述粗填木(201)和细填木(202)上均开有边槽(203),所述粗填木(201)和细填木(202)均通过边槽(203)配合在两相邻支撑杆(5)之间;
所述粗填木(201)与细填木(202)之间填充有填料(4):
所述填料(4)的成分及重量份如下:
粘胶剂:环氧树脂和聚丙烯的组合,含55.0~75.0份;
填充料:粉末状软木,含20.0~35.0份;
固化剂;多乙烯多胺,含5.0~10.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接型木制茶几,其特征在于,所述一粗填木(201)和两细填木(202)为一组填木,每组填木中两细填木(202)之间形成夹角相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种拼接型木制茶几,其特征在于,所述边框(101)的下表面榫接有桌腿(3)。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一所述的一种拼接型木制茶几的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,填木的剪裁以及粘固,选择直径差在10mm之内的粗填木(201),在每跟粗填木(201)的周侧面粘固细填木(202),粗填木(201)与细填木(202)长度相同,之后进行边槽(203)的切销,以及桌腿(3)插槽的打孔;
步骤二,根据制定茶几的尺寸进行木板的剪裁,边框(101)的剪裁,两端呈斜面,并且一端设梯形槽一端设梯形柱,共剪裁四根,两两相同,选长边框进行榫槽(202)切削,榫槽(202)的间距根据填木的尺寸进行选择;
