背景技术
芦荟(学名:Aloe vera)芦荟属,为百合科多年生常绿草本植物,叶簇生、大而肥厚,呈座状或生于茎顶,叶常披针形或叶短宽,边缘有尖齿状刺。花序为伞形、总状、穗状、圆锥形等,色呈红、黄或具赤色斑点,花瓣六片、雌蕊六枚,花被基部多连合成筒状。芦荟是集食用、药用、美容、观赏于一身植物新星,其泌出物(主要有效成分是芦荟素等葱醌类物质)已广泛应用到医药和日化中,芦荟在中国民间就被作为美容、护发和治疗皮肤疾病的天然药物,芦荟胶对蚊叮有一定的止痒作用。当前尽管已经公开了多种关于芦荟的种植方法,但此类方法大多出现发病或甚至病死的现象,容易导致细菌感染,引发减产,降低收益。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,能快速培养出长势好,病菌少的芦荟,缩短培养周期,增大经济效益。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,主要包括:选材和处理、培育床前期整理、培植、培育床后期整理、林地定植、后期维护和护理;
(1)所述选材和处理,是指选取优质芦荟杆条,先用清水清洗2遍,用20~28℃的温水浸泡15~20分钟,然后用杀菌液浸泡,浸泡时间为20~25秒;最后放置到化学液中浸泡,浸泡时间为16~25个小时,沥干备用;
(2)所述培育床前期整理,包括培育土选取和培育土处理,所述培育土选取是指将预混料5%、磁石5%、焦泥灰10%、砻糠灰5%、河泥10%、鸡蛋壳5%、豆渣5%、菌根土15%、腐殖土5%、骨粉10%、土壤改良剂5%、水凝胶颗粒10%、稻草10%混合搅拌组成;所述培育土处理是指将所述培育土在地表上铺展成深度为17~28厘米的培育床,先用清水淋湿,并在所述培育床上均匀喷洒浓度为0.015%的代森锌溶液,再翻土,翻土深度为15~23厘米,红外灯照射15~18分钟,然后继续在培育床上淋清水和喷洒所述代森锌溶液,所述翻土、淋清水及喷洒工作重复2~3次,完毕用麻袋覆盖在所述培育床上进行热闷,8~12天即可掀开,备用;
(3)所述培植,是指将步骤(1)中处理后的芦荟杆条以株距12厘米、行距90厘米的距离插入到步骤(2)中整理后的培育床上,芦荟杆条插入土中的深度为8~15厘米,培植完后在所述培育床上均匀喷洒2次清水,喷洒间隔为10~18分钟;
(4)所述培育床后期整理,是指先用浓度为0.9%的甲托溶液喷洒到培育床上,再用氮肥进行施肥,然后在培育土表面覆盖厚度为2~3厘米厚的干草,并在培育床上覆盖遮阳网,期间还定期浇水,浇水间隔为7天一次,3个月后追加氮肥,再3个月后追加氮钾混合肥,并注意培育期间土壤中不要产生积水;
(5)所述林地定植,包括幼株迁移和林地管理,所述幼株迁移是指在10~12个月后,将步骤(4)中培育的幼株从培育床上连根系一并取出,取出后对根系用清水进行清洗,将发黑、腐烂的根系剪除;所述林地管理是指,选取坡度较低、碎石较少低洼地作为林地,进行翻土疏松,淋水进行湿润,并用有机肥进行施肥;

所述培育土的制作方法是:
(1)将预混料、磁石、焦泥灰、砻糠灰、河泥、鸡蛋壳、豆渣、菌根土、腐殖土、骨粉、土壤改良剂、水凝胶颗粒、稻草按配方比称量后,混合搅拌均匀,通入温度是115℃的水蒸汽进行消毒,消毒时间30分钟后,摊开,自然放凉;
(2)将上述物料入袋,封口,静置在阴凉通风的环境下5~8天,即可;
所述杀菌液的制作方法是:
(1)将桂皮、艾草、苦参、蛇床子、滑石粉、薄荷、香白芷、藿香按2:1:3:5:4:1:1:5的质量比称取并混合后,加入水,料和水的质量比是1:10,先用武火煮,沸腾2~4分钟后,改用文火继续煮30~40分钟,期间搅拌2~4次,熄火,常温下放凉,得出A1溶液,备用;
(2)将松油醇、碘化钾、甲酸、山梨醇、双氧水、山梨酸盐、苯甲酸按4:1:1:2:2:2:3的质量比称取并混合后,以30~40转/分钟的频率搅拌10~15分钟,得出A2溶液,备用;
(3)将A1溶液、A2溶液和浓度是0.8%的生理盐水按8:10:1的质量比放入到容器中搅拌均匀,得出A3溶液,再加入波尔多液和苯来特,波尔多液、苯来特和A3溶液的质量比为2:1:25,搅拌均匀,即可得出所述杀菌液;
所述化学液的制作方法是:
(1)将淘米水、葡萄糖、氨基酸、黑米酶解液、柳叶、黑芝麻、侧柏叶、生白术、何首乌按30:3:1:1:4:2:1:3:5的质量比称取并混合后,用武火煮沸腾,改用文火继续加热30~40分钟,自然放凉,得出B1溶液,备用;
(2)将细胞分裂素、吲哚丁酸、浓度为50%的酒精和B1溶液按2:5:5:60的质量比放入到容器中进行混合搅拌均匀,即可得出所述化学液。
进一步地,所述预混料的组成成分包括:磷肥5~10份、氮肥3~8份、蛭石10~15份、硅肥8~13份、仙鹤草粉4~9份、木质素磺酸锌2~6份、亚硒酸钠7~15份。
进一步地,所述预混料的制作方法是,将蛭石、硅肥、仙鹤草粉倒入搅拌机中,以45~55转/分钟的频率搅拌10~15分钟,再加入氮肥、木质素磺酸锌,以60~65转/分钟的频率搅拌5~8分钟,最后将磷肥、亚硒酸钠倒入,以30~40转/分钟的频率搅拌18~22分钟,即可。
进一步地,所述磁石是重量为3~5克的磁石。
进一步地,所述遮阳网为黑色2针遮阳网,遮阳率为45%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种系统、科学的芦荟种植方法,从选材就开始用杀菌液进行消毒,避免细菌感染,接着用化学液进行浸泡,提高芦荟杆条的生长活性,有利于生长,在培育床前期整理中,培育土加入了磁石和水凝胶颗粒,已经有研究证明,灌溉水经磁石磁化后进入到土壤和植物中,有助于提高活性,能够使有机物迅速分化,让本来土壤中的肥力发挥到极致,微生物也会添加不少,水凝胶颗粒则具有保水作用,使培育土保持湿润,使植物保持滋润不干旱,提供活力。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,主要包括:选材和处理、培育床前期整理、培植、培育床后期整理、林地定植、后期维护和护理,要求如下;
(1)所述选材和处理,是指选取优质芦荟杆条,先用清水清洗2遍,用25℃的温水浸泡18分钟,然后用杀菌液浸泡,浸泡时间为23秒;最后放置到化学液中浸泡,浸泡时间为20个小时,沥干备用;
(2)所述培育床前期整理,包括培育土选取和培育土处理,所述培育土选取是指将预混料5%、磁石5%、焦泥灰10%、砻糠灰5%、河泥10%、鸡蛋壳5%、豆渣5%、菌根土15%、腐殖土5%、骨粉10%、土壤改良剂5%、水凝胶颗粒10%、稻草10%混合搅拌组成;所述培育土处理是指将所述培育土在地表上铺展成深度为23厘米的培育床,先用清水淋湿,并在所述培育床上均匀喷洒浓度为0.015%的代森锌溶液,再翻土,翻土深度为18厘米,红外灯照射16分钟,然后继续在培育床上淋清水和喷洒所述代森锌溶液,所述翻土、淋清水及喷洒工作重复2次,完毕用麻袋覆盖在所述培育床上进行热闷,10天即可掀开,备用;
(3)所述培植,是指将步骤(1)中处理后的芦荟杆条以株距12厘米、行距90厘米的距离插入到步骤(2)中整理后的培育床上,芦荟杆条插入土中的深度为12厘米,培植完后在所述培育床上均匀喷洒2次清水,喷洒间隔为14分钟;
(4)所述培育床后期整理,是指先用浓度为0.9%的甲托溶液喷洒到培育床上,再用氮肥进行施肥,然后在培育土表面覆盖厚度为3厘米厚的干草,并在培育床上覆盖遮阳网,期间还定期浇水,浇水间隔为7天一次,3个月后追加氮肥,再3个月后追加氮钾混合肥,并注意培育期间土壤中不要产生积水;
(5)所述林地定植,包括幼株迁移和林地管理,所述幼株迁移是指在11个月后,将步骤(4)中培育的幼株从培育床上连根系一并取出,取出后对根系用清水进行清洗,将发黑、腐烂的根系剪除;所述林地管理是指,选取坡度较低、碎石较少低洼地作为林地,进行翻土疏松,淋水进行湿润,并用有机肥进行施肥;
(6)所述后期维护和护理,是指定期给定植林地进行浇水、松土、除草和施肥,还包括在定植林上覆盖遮阳网,浇水间隔为春夏5天一次,秋冬7天一次,松土间隔为10天一次,所述除草通过喷洒除草剂或人工拔草进行,所述施肥施加有机肥或复合肥,第一次2个月后施肥,接下来每3个月一次施肥,施肥量不变,期间如果土壤产生积水要及时排出;并且在生长到第1.5年,将茎干旁的枯枝或老枝剪去;以每10平方米使用量计算,取3.3千克的水,加入使君子0.35克、雷丸0.28克持续加热1个小时,放凉后加入20克粗盐,再加入0.15千克嘧达6%颗粒剂进行搅拌,然后用喷雾机均匀喷洒到芦荟上,预防蜗牛病害;将捕鼠笼或捕鼠贴放置在定植林地周边,预防老鼠出没咬坏芦荟;
所述培育土的制作方法是:
(1)将预混料、磁石、焦泥灰、砻糠灰、河泥、鸡蛋壳、豆渣、菌根土、腐殖土、骨粉、土壤改良剂、水凝胶颗粒、稻草按配方比称量后,混合搅拌均匀,通入温度是115℃的水蒸汽进行消毒,消毒时间30分钟后,摊开,自然放凉;
(2)将上述物料入袋,封口,静置在阴凉通风的环境下6天,即可;
所述杀菌液的制作方法是:
(1)将桂皮、艾草、苦参、蛇床子、滑石粉、薄荷、香白芷、藿香按2:1:3:5:4:1:1:5的质量比称取并混合后,加入水,料和水的质量比是1:10,先用武火煮,沸腾3分钟后,改用文火继续煮35分钟,期间搅拌3次,熄火,常温下放凉,得出A1溶液,备用;
(2)将松油醇、碘化钾、甲酸、山梨醇、双氧水、山梨酸盐、苯甲酸按4:1:1:2:2:2:3的质量比称取并混合后,以35转/分钟的频率搅拌12分钟,得出A2溶液,备用;
(3)将A1溶液、A2溶液和浓度是0.8%的生理盐水按8:10:1的质量比放入到容器中搅拌均匀,得出A3溶液,再加入波尔多液和苯来特,波尔多液、苯来特和A3溶液的质量比为2:1:25,搅拌均匀,即可得出所述杀菌液;
所述化学液的制作方法是:
(1)将淘米水、葡萄糖、氨基酸、黑米酶解液、柳叶、黑芝麻、侧柏叶、生白术、何首乌按30:3:1:1:4:2:1:3:5的质量比称取并混合后,用武火煮沸腾,改用文火继续加热35分钟,自然放凉,得出B1溶液,备用;
(2)将细胞分裂素、吲哚丁酸、浓度为50%的酒精和B1溶液按2:5:5:60的质量比放入到容器中进行混合搅拌均匀,即可得出所述化学液。
进一步地,所述预混料的组成成分包括:磷肥8份、氮肥5份、蛭石12份、硅肥10份、仙鹤草粉6份、木质素磺酸锌4份、亚硒酸钠10份。
进一步地,所述预混料的制作方法是,将蛭石、硅肥、仙鹤草粉倒入搅拌机中,以50转/分钟的频率搅拌12分钟,再加入氮肥、木质素磺酸锌,以63转/分钟的频率搅拌6分钟,最后将磷肥、亚硒酸钠倒入,以35转/分钟的频率搅拌20分钟,即可。
进一步地,所述磁石是重量为4克的磁石。
进一步地,所述遮阳网为黑色2针遮阳网,遮阳率为45%。
试验对比:
在某植物养殖场中,将本发明所陈述关于芦荟的种植方法,与传统芦荟的种植方法作试验对比,采用本发明方法,芦荟的生长周期缩短0.4年,病死数降低10%,并且更为挺拔、粗壮。

Claims (5)

1.一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,其特征在于,主要包括:选材和处理、培育床前期整理、培植、培育床后期整理、林地定植、后期维护和护理;
(1)所述选材和处理,是指选取优质芦荟杆条,先用清水清洗2遍,用20~28℃的温水浸泡15~20分钟,然后用杀菌液浸泡,浸泡时间为20~25秒;最后放置到化学液中浸泡,浸泡时间为16~25个小时,沥干备用;
(2)所述培育床前期整理,包括培育土选取和培育土处理,所述培育土选取是指将预混料5%、磁石5%、焦泥灰10%、砻糠灰5%、河泥10%、鸡蛋壳5%、豆渣5%、菌根土15%、腐殖土5%、骨粉10%、土壤改良剂5%、水凝胶颗粒10%、稻草10%混合搅拌组成;所述培育土处理是指将所述培育土在地表上铺展成深度为17~28厘米的培育床,先用清水淋湿,并在所述培育床上均匀喷洒浓度为0.015%的代森锌溶液,再翻土,翻土深度为15~23厘米,红外灯照射15~18分钟,然后继续在培育床上淋清水和喷洒所述代森锌溶液,所述翻土、淋清水及喷洒工作重复2~3次,完毕用麻袋覆盖在所述培育床上进行热闷,8~12天即可掀开,备用;
(3)所述培植,是指将步骤(1)中处理后的芦荟杆条以株距12厘米、行距90厘米的距离插入到步骤(2)中整理后的培育床上,芦荟杆条插入土中的深度为8~15厘米,培植完后在所述培育床上均匀喷洒2次清水,喷洒间隔为10~18分钟;
(4)所述培育床后期整理,是指先用浓度为0.9%的甲托溶液喷洒到培育床上,再用氮肥进行施肥,然后在培育土表面覆盖厚度为2~3厘米厚的干草,并在培育床上覆盖遮阳网,期间还定期浇水,浇水间隔为7天一次,3个月后追加氮肥,再3个月后追加氮钾混合肥,并注意培育期间土壤中不要产生积水;
(5)所述林地定植,包括幼株迁移和林地管理,所述幼株迁移是指在10~12个月后,将步骤(4)中培育的幼株从培育床上连根系一并取出,取出后对根系用清水进行清洗,将发黑、腐烂的根系剪除;所述林地管理是指,选取坡度较低、碎石较少低洼地作为林地,进行翻土疏松,淋水进行湿润,并用有机肥进行施肥;
(6)所述后期维护和护理,是指定期给定植林地进行浇水、松土、除草和施肥,还包括在定植林上覆盖遮阳网,浇水间隔为春夏5天一次,秋冬7天一次,松土间隔为10天一次,所述除草通过喷洒除草剂或人工拔草进行,所述施肥施加有机肥或复合肥,第一次2个月后施肥,接下来每3个月一次施肥,施肥量不变,期间如果土壤产生积水要及时排出;并且在生长到第1.3年~1.8年,将茎干旁的枯枝或老枝剪去;以每10平方米使用量计算,取3.3千克的水,加入使君子0.35克、雷丸0.28克持续加热1个小时,放凉后加入20克粗盐,再加入0.15千克嘧达6%颗粒剂进行搅拌,然后用喷雾机均匀喷洒到芦荟上,预防蜗牛病害;将捕鼠笼或捕鼠贴放置在定植林地周边,预防老鼠出没咬坏芦荟;
所述培育土的制作方法是:
(1)将预混料、磁石、焦泥灰、砻糠灰、河泥、鸡蛋壳、豆渣、菌根土、腐殖土、骨粉、土壤改良剂、水凝胶颗粒、稻草按配方比称量后,混合搅拌均匀,通入温度是115℃的水蒸汽进行消毒,消毒时间30分钟后,摊开,自然放凉;
(2)将上述物料入袋,封口,静置在阴凉通风的环境下5~8天,即可;
所述杀菌液的制作方法是:
(1)将桂皮、艾草、苦参、蛇床子、滑石粉、薄荷、香白芷、藿香按2:1:3:5:4:1:1:5的质量比称取并混合后,加入水,料和水的质量比是1:10,先用武火煮,沸腾2~4分钟后,改用文火继续煮30~40分钟,期间搅拌2~4次,熄火,常温下放凉,得出A1溶液,备用;
(2)将松油醇、碘化钾、甲酸、山梨醇、双氧水、山梨酸盐、苯甲酸按4:1:1:2:2:2:3的质量比称取并混合后,以30~40转/分钟的频率搅拌10~15分钟,得出A2溶液,备用;
(3)将A1溶液、A2溶液和浓度是0.8%的生理盐水按8:10:1的质量比放入到容器中搅拌均匀,得出A3溶液,再加入波尔多液和苯来特,波尔多液、苯来特和A3溶液的质量比为2:1:25,搅拌均匀,即可得出所述杀菌液;
所述化学液的制作方法是:
(1)将淘米水、葡萄糖、氨基酸、黑米酶解液、柳叶、黑芝麻、侧柏叶、生白术、何首乌按30:3:1:1:4:2:1:3:5的质量比称取并混合后,用武火煮沸腾,改用文火继续加热30~40分钟,自然放凉,得出B1溶液,备用;
(2)将细胞分裂素、吲哚丁酸、浓度为50%的酒精和B1溶液按2:5:5:60的质量比放入到容器中进行混合搅拌均匀,即可得出所述化学液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,其特征在于,所述预混料的组成成分包括:磷肥5~10份、氮肥3~8份、蛭石10~15份、硅肥8~13份、仙鹤草粉4~9份、木质素磺酸锌2~6份、亚硒酸钠7~15份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,其特征在于,所述预混料的制作方法是,将蛭石、硅肥、仙鹤草粉倒入搅拌机中,以45~55转/分钟的频率搅拌10~15分钟,再加入氮肥、木质素磺酸锌,以60~65转/分钟的频率搅拌5~8分钟,最后将磷肥、亚硒酸钠倒入,以30~40转/分钟的频率搅拌18~22分钟,即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,其特征在于,所述磁石是重量为3~5克的磁石。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生态科学的芦荟种植方法,其特征在于,所述遮阳网为黑色2针遮阳网,遮阳率为45%。
