本发明公开了一种不易开裂的汽车发动机点火器外壳用复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯80‑100份,聚醚酮50‑60份,丁苯橡胶20‑30份,γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷2‑4份,氧化锌8‑16份,重质碳酸钙10‑20份,棉纤维10‑20份,石墨烯15‑25份,中空玻璃微珠10‑20份,聚乙烯蜡2‑3份,二硫化钼2‑4份,甲基硅油4‑6份,抗老剂2.5‑4.5份,脱模剂1‑2份,润滑剂2.5‑4.5份,光稳定剂1‑2份。本发明用于汽车点火器外壳,可以耐20‑25kv高压、耐‑40~20℃的环境变化,具有较强的耐开裂性能以及较长使用寿命的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车发动机点火器技术领域,尤其涉及一种不易开裂的汽车发动机点火器外壳用复合材料。
背景技术
发动机点火工作的核心部件,发动机工作时,ECU根据各传感器信号确定某需缸点火,点火器将输入的低压电通过初、次级线圈转化为高压电输出给火花塞,火花塞再向缸内的混合气体产生火花而实现点火的转换装置。
在汽车发动机点火器外壳里,往往设计有很多五金,现在通用的注塑方法为,将五金放入模具型腔内,注塑得到预制件,再将预制件放入模具型腔内,得到汽车发动机点火器外壳,然后进行高压销的装配。
然而汽车发动机点火器外壳一般采用聚丙烯塑料注塑成型制备,由于聚丙烯塑料存在耐高低温、耐高压性能差,导致易开裂的缺点,成为制约汽车发动机点火器发展的短板。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种不易开裂的汽车发动机点火器外壳用复合材料,用于汽车点火器外壳,可以耐20-25kv高压、耐-40~20℃的环境变化,具有较强的耐开裂性能以及较长使用寿命的优点。
本发明提出的一种不易开裂的汽车发动机点火器外壳用复合材料,其原料按重量份包括:聚丙烯80-100份,聚醚酮50-60份,丁苯橡胶20-30份,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-4份,氧化锌8-16份,重质碳酸钙10-20份,棉纤维10-20份,石墨烯15-25份,中空玻璃微珠10-20份,聚乙烯蜡2-3份,二硫化钼2-4份,甲基硅油4-6份,抗老剂2.5-4.5份,脱模剂1-2份,润滑剂2.5-4.5份,光稳定剂1-2份。
优选地,聚丙烯、聚醚酮、丁苯橡胶的重量比为85-95:52-58:22-28。
优选地,氧化锌、重质碳酸钙、棉纤维、石墨烯、中空玻璃微珠的重量比为10-14:12-18:12-18:18-22:13-17。
优选地,聚乙烯蜡、二硫化钼、甲基硅油的重量比为2.2-2.8:2.5-3.5:4.5-5.5。
本发明用于汽车点火器外壳,可以耐20-25kv高压、耐-40~20℃的环境变化,具有较强的耐开裂性能以及较长使用寿命的优点。本发明采用氧化锌与重质碳酸钙、棉纤维、石墨烯、中空玻璃微珠相互分散性极好,并与有机物相互作用力强,使本发明的耐高压与热稳定效果好,耐开裂性能极为优异;氧化锌与聚乙烯蜡、二硫化钼、甲基硅油配合,与聚丙烯、聚醚酮、丁苯橡胶具有良好的相容性,可有效降低上述原料的内聚力,提高相互间流动性,增韧效果好,并可有效提高拉伸强度及断裂伸长率,使本发明的热稳定性与力学性能进一步增强。

一种不易开裂的汽车发动机点火器外壳用复合材料,其原料包括:聚丙烯80kg,聚醚酮60kg,丁苯橡胶20kg,γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷4kg,氧化锌8kg,重质碳酸钙20kg,棉纤维10kg,石墨烯25kg,中空玻璃微珠10kg,聚乙烯蜡3kg,二硫化钼2kg,甲基硅油6kg,抗老剂2.5kg,脱模剂2kg,润滑剂2.5kg,光稳定剂2kg。
实施例2
