本发明公开了一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括玻璃基板,所述玻璃基板顶部设有第一复合电介质层,所述第一复合电介质层顶部设有隔音层,所述隔音层顶部设有阻隔层,所述阻隔层顶部设有第二复合电介质层,所述第二复合电介质层顶部设有低辐射薄膜,所述低辐射薄膜顶部设有氧化锡膜层,所述氧化锡膜层顶部设有石墨镀层,所述石墨镀层顶部设有保护层。本发明通过设有隔音层,隔音层内部均匀设有镀锌钢板制成的凸块,具有较好的消声隔声效果,可以将户外的噪音阻绝和消除,具有较高的实用性,通过设有保护层,保护层做防割手处理,可以对玻璃起到保护作用,能缓解玻璃的老化风化现象,并可以起到较好的挡雨效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃领域,特别涉及一种低辐射镀膜玻璃。
背景技术
辐射镀膜玻璃,是一种对波长范围4.5微米~25微米的远红外线有较高反射比的镀膜玻璃。通过在玻璃表面镀制包括隔热层银膜在内的多层金属或其他化合物组成的产品。由于金属银膜层具有很低的辐射率,低辐射玻璃对可见光具有较高的透过率,对红外线具有很高的反射率,因此可热性能良好。在国家新能源政策的导向下,低辐射镀膜玻璃得到了广泛的应用,目前市场上的低辐射镀膜玻璃隔音效果较差,且长时间安装在户外,易风化老化,因此,发明一种低辐射镀膜玻璃来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括玻璃基板,所述玻璃基板顶部设有第一复合电介质层,所述第一复合电介质层顶部设有隔音层,所述隔音层顶部设有阻隔层,所述阻隔层顶部设有第二复合电介质层,所述第二复合电介质层顶部设有低辐射薄膜,所述低辐射薄膜顶部设有氧化锡膜层,所述氧化锡膜层顶部设有石墨镀层,所述石墨镀层顶部设有保护层。
优选的,所述第一复合电介质层厚度为6-12um,所述第二复合电介质层厚度为10-20um。
优选的,所述隔音层内部均匀设有凸块,所述凸块材料设置为镀锌钢板。
优选的,所述阻隔层材料选为Ti、Cr、Zn、Nb、Ta、Al金属及其合金。
优选的,所述低辐射薄膜设置为热处理膜层。
优选的,所述石墨镀层设置为磁控溅射镀膜。
优选的,所述石墨镀层和保护层均设置为圆弧形。
优选的,所述保护层表面做防割手处理。
本发明的技术效果和优点:通过设有隔音层,隔音层内部均匀设有镀锌钢板制成的凸块,具有较好的消声隔声效果,可以将户外的噪音阻绝和消除,具有较高的实用性,通过设有保护层,保护层做防割手处理,可以对玻璃起到保护作用,能缓解玻璃的老化风化现象,并可以起到较好的挡雨效果,通过将石墨镀层和保护层设置为圆弧状,根据太阳日出和日落过程中照射强度和位置的不同使玻璃整体更加科学合理,满足人们对低辐射镀膜玻璃的需求。

本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括玻璃基板1,所述玻璃基板1顶部设有第一复合电介质层2,所述第一复合电介质层2顶部设有隔音层3,所述隔音层3顶部设有阻隔层4,所述阻隔层4顶部设有第二复合电介质层5,所述第二复合电介质层5顶部设有低辐射薄膜6,所述低辐射薄膜6顶部设有氧化锡膜层7,所述氧化锡膜层7顶部设有石墨镀层8,所述石墨镀层8顶部设有保护层9。
所述第一复合电介质层2厚度为6-12um,所述第二复合电介质层5厚度为10-20um,用于减少可见光区域的反射。
所述隔音层3内部均匀设有凸块,所述凸块材料设置为镀锌钢板,具有较好的消声隔声效果,可以将户外的噪音阻绝和消除,具有较高的实用性。
所述阻隔层4材料选为Ti、Cr、Zn、Nb、Ta、Al金属及其合金,能够有效降低辐射率,提高隔热性能。
所述低辐射薄膜6设置为热处理膜层,可以使薄膜的稳定性和化学性能达到最佳。
所述石墨镀层8设置为磁控溅射镀膜,保障内部膜层的质量和稳定。
所述石墨镀层8和保护层9均设置为圆弧形,根据太阳日出和日落过程中照射强度和位置的不同使玻璃整体更加科学合理,满足人们对低辐射镀膜玻璃的需求。
所述保护层9表面做防割手处理,避免在安装和运输过程中刮伤工人。

1.一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,包括玻璃基板(1),其特征在于:所述玻璃基板(1)顶部设有第一复合电介质层(2),所述第一复合电介质层(2)顶部设有隔音层(3),所述隔音层(3)顶部设有阻隔层(4),所述阻隔层(4)顶部设有第二复合电介质层(5),所述第二复合电介质层(5)顶部设有低辐射薄膜(6),所述低辐射薄膜(6)顶部设有氧化锡膜层(7),所述氧化锡膜层(7)顶部设有石墨镀层(8),所述石墨镀层(8)顶部设有保护层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述第一复合电介质层(2)厚度为6-12um,所述第二复合电介质层(5)厚度为10-20um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述隔音层(3)内部均匀设有凸块,所述凸块材料设置为镀锌钢板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低辐射镀膜玻璃,其特征在于:所述阻隔层(4)材料选为Ti、Cr、Zn、Nb、Ta、Al金属及其合金。
