Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,包括内裤裤体,其特征在于,所述内裤裤体的裆部内侧设有内垫,该内垫由面层、导流层、吸收层、底层依次复合而成;所述面层由卡普龙铜离子纤维和涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成;所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布;所述吸收层由原料相同的上、下两层针刺无纺布组成,位于上层的针刺无纺布开有孔;所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布叠合后经热轧粘合而制成;导流层、吸收层、底层采用线拷边进行缝合,拷边线为丙纶丝;内垫两侧设有防侧漏变,防侧漏边采用SMS结构的丙纶无纺布。本发明不仅可以重复洗涤,而且具有良好的抗菌、除臭、防漏、防侧漏等功能,外形美观、穿着舒适、经济环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及护理领域,尤其是涉及一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤。
背景技术
如今,全球数百万的成年人因各种因素而罹患尿失禁病症,包括糖尿病、怀孕、分娩、更年期、前列腺问题等,失禁人群已经不仅仅出现在老年人中,在上班族中也越来越常见,无论是男性还是女性可能都会出现这种情况。失禁除了会造成尴尬的情境,还可能会影响身体健康。
专利CN102076241A是一种既具有纸失禁裤功能,又具有外穿短裤功能的短裤式外穿纸失禁裤,但其吸收层中置有高分子树脂,说明此失禁裤为一次性产品,不可重复使用。
专利CN205007136U是一种由透水层、锁水层、吸水层、防水层组成的可重复利用的失禁内裤,但防水层为防水涂层织物,其耐静水压不强,当承载一定的重量后,尿液容易渗出。
专利CN201263751Y是一种由两层材料复合而成的失禁垫,表层为PVC或PU涂层布制作的防水层,内层为缝编布制成的超强吸水层。虽然吸液量很大,但不具备抗菌除臭的特性,经长时间使用后,容易滋生细菌,影响身体健康。
专利CN201939593U是一种通过在吸收层上表面压合无尘纸,以增加吸收层的弹性,从而解决成人失禁垫存在的吸收层易断裂的问题。但吸收层采用高吸水树脂SAP、木浆,因此不能反复洗涤、重复利用,原料消耗大,费用支出多。
综上所述,为了克服失禁裤现有的缺陷,研发在可重复洗涤下仍能保持抗菌、高吸水、防漏等性能的技术方案,仍是目前研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种集多种功能于一身的失禁裤,其具有防漏、防侧漏、吸液量强等特性,还具有抗菌除臭、可反复洗涤的优良特性,集内裤、失禁裤为一体,满足健康、经济、环保、美观的要求。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,包括内裤裤体,其特征在于,所述内裤裤体的裆部内侧设有内垫,该内垫由面层、导流层、吸收层、底层依次复合而成,其厚度为6.20~6.50mm,面密度为1400~1600g/m2;所述面层由卡普龙铜离子纤维和涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成;所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布;所述吸收层由原料相同的上、下两层针刺无纺布组成,位于上层的针刺无纺布开有孔;所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布叠合后经热轧粘合而制成;导流层、吸收层、底层采用线拷边进行缝合,拷边线为丙纶丝;内垫两侧设有防侧漏变,防侧漏边采用SMS结构的丙纶无纺布。
优选地,所述内裤裤体为卡普龙铜离子纤维氨纶针织布。
优选地,所述内垫与内裤裤体的裆部通过魔术贴进行连接;魔术贴采用背胶式,长为4.8厘米/个,宽为1.6厘米龙,其材质为尼龙;魔术贴的勾面缝制于内垫背面,毛面缝制于裤裆对应的位置。
优选地,所述面层由以质量百分比计的20%的卡普龙铜离子纤维和80%的涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成,面密度为210g/m2,纱线支数为40S;卡普龙铜离子纤维长度为38mm,细度为2.5D;涤纶纤维长度为51mm,细度为2D。
优选地,所述香味涤纶机织布是先将艾叶植物精油复合在涤纶纤维芯内后纺制而成,其纤维长度为40mm,纤维细度为5D;该机织布为平纹结构,经纱细度为75D,纬纱细度为60D,经密为100根/10cm,纬密为90根/10cm,面密度为37g/m2。
优选地,所述吸收层中的针刺无纺布采用以质量百分比计的粘胶纤维95%和丙纶纤维5%制成;所述粘胶纤维的纤维长度为40mm,纤维细度为3D;所述丙纶纤维的纤维长度为40mm,纤维细度为2D;位于上层的针刺无纺布上的开孔直径为1mm,孔间距为5mm;位于上层的针刺无纺布的面密度为190~220g/m2,位于下层的针刺无纺布的面密度为210~230g/m2。
优选地,所述底层中的PE透气膜的厚度为0.021mm,面密度为35g/m2;针刺无纺布的材料与吸收层中的针刺无纺布相同,其面密度为210~230g/m2。
优选地,所述拷边线采用细度为200D的丙纶丝。
优选地,所述防侧漏边的SMS结构的面密度为500g/m2;其中,纺粘无纺布的纤维直径为40微米,熔喷无纺布的纤维直径为4微米。
优选地,所述内垫的长度为29.3厘米,两端为扇形结构,其中,较小扇形结构的最大宽度为14.3厘米,较大扇形结构的最大宽度为23厘米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)采用卡普龙铜离子纤维,可强力持久地抗菌、除臭、自洁,反复洗涤50次后对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率仍然达99%;
(2)通过在涤纶纤维芯内添加植物精油,从而达到抗菌、除臭的效果;
(3)导流层采用独特的网状结构,使尿液快速扩散、渗透;
(4)采用粘胶纤维,使得面料柔软舒适,亲和皮肤无刺激,久穿对人体无害,卫生性能良好,且具有良好的液体吸收性,饱和吸液量可达100~350mL;
(5)采用丙纶纤维,使面料耐反复水洗形态基本不变,使用寿命长,洗涤50次后,横向收缩率为-3.45~-3.35%,纵向收缩率为-5.25~-5.15%;
(6)采用PE透气膜,既防水透气,因为PE透气膜柔软的特性避免人们在行走过程中发出“吱吱吱”的声音;
(7)采用热轧将PE透气膜和针刺无纺布粘合在一起,使得在洗涤过程中膜不会脱落损坏,从而保持性能的稳定;
(8)过采用SMS结构的丙纶无纺布作为防侧漏边,丙纶丝作为拷边线,因丙纶特有的拒水特性,从而提高了内垫的防侧漏效果;
(9)内垫采用可脱卸式,方便更换清洗。
具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,作详细说明如下。
实施例1-3所使用的原料均为市售。其中,卡普龙铜离子纤维由上海正家牛奶丝科技有限公司提供;涤纶纤维由杭州莫斯力化纤有限公司提供;香味涤纶纤维由深圳市洋仟材料应用技术有限责任公司提供;粘胶纤维由唐山三友集团有限公司提供;丙纶纤维由泰州市海仑化纤有限公司提供;PE透气膜由佛山市益昌塑胶实业有限公司提供;丙纶丝由日月星手套辅料商行提供;魔术贴由由戴艺金公司提供。
实施例1-3所制得的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤的性能测试方法具体如下:
1、单位面积质量的测定按GB/T 24218.1-2009“纺织品非织造布试验方法第1部分:单位面积质量的测定”;
2、厚度测定按GB/T 24218.2-2009“纺织品非织造布试验方法第2部分:厚度的测定”;
3、透气性测试按GB/T 5453-1997“纺织品织物透气性测试”;
4、吸液量测定按GB/T24218.8-2010“纺织品非织造布试验方法第6部分:吸收性的测定”;
5、抗菌性测试按GB/T 20944.3-2008“纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法”;
6、收缩率测定按GB/T8629-2001“纺织品试验用家庭洗涤和干燥程序”。
实施例1
将针织布、机织布、针刺布、膜经过包缝后构成内垫缝制于内裤中,形成一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其具体工艺为:
(一)面层的制备:采用纺纱技术将规格为38mm 2.5D的卡普龙铜离子纤维和规格为51mm 2D的涤纶纤维以20%:80%的比例纺成支数为40S的纱线后制成针织布,面密度为210g/m2;
(二)导流层的制备:采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线,采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm,纬密为90根/10cm的机织布,构成导流层,面密度为37g/m2;
(三)吸收层的制备:采用规格为40mm 3D的粘胶纤维和规格为40mm 2D的丙纶纤维以粘胶95%:丙纶5%的比例混合,并经梳理成网、针刺加固、机械打孔制成针刺无纺布,构成吸收层,该层由上、下两层片材组成,上层片材针刺后经过后道打孔工序,开孔直径为1mm,两孔间距为5mm,开孔面积为整个上层区域,面密度为190g/m2;下层纤网不经过打孔工序,面密度为210g/m2;
(四)底层的制备:采用面密度为35g/m2,透气率为5000g/m2/24h的PE透气膜和面密度为210g/m2的针刺无纺布经热轧后构成底层,该针刺无纺布同吸收层下层片材;
(五)防侧漏边的制备:采用丙纶制成SMS结构的无纺布构成防侧漏边,面密度500g/m2,纺粘无纺布所采用的纤维直径为40微米,熔喷无纺布所采用的纤维直径为4微米,拷边线采用丙纶丝,细度为200D,防侧漏边和拷边线构成的整体面密度为500g/m2;
(六)魔术贴的缝制:采用长4.8厘米/个、宽1.6厘米/个的背胶式尼龙魔术贴,将勾面缝制于内垫背面,将毛面缝制于裤裆对应的位置。
经上述工序制得的一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,经测试,其厚度为8.23mm,克重为1392g/m2,饱和吸液量为230mL,透气率为15.89mm/s,洗涤50次后,横向收缩率为-3.35%,纵向收缩率为-5.15%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70%。
实施例2
将针织布、机织布、针刺布、膜经过包缝后构成内垫缝制于内裤中,形成一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其具体工艺为:
(一)面层的制备:采用纺纱技术将规格为38mm 2.5D的卡普龙铜离子纤维和规格为51mm 2D的涤纶纤维以20%:80%的比例纺成支数为40S的纱线后制成针织布,面密度为210g/m2;
(二)导流层的制备:采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线,采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm,纬密为90根/10cm的机织布,构成导流层,面密度为37g/m2;
(三)吸收层的制备:采用规格为40mm 3D的粘胶纤维,规格为40mm 2D的丙纶纤维,以95%:5%的比例混合,并经梳理成网、针刺加固、机械打孔制成针刺无纺布,构成成人失禁垫的吸收层,该层由上、下两层片材组成,上层片材针刺后经过后道打孔工序,开孔直径为1mm,两孔间距为5mm,开孔面积为整个上层区域,面密度为210g/m2;下层纤网不经过打孔工序,面密度为240g/m2;
(四)底层的制备:采用面密度为35g/m2,透气率为5000g/m2/24h的PE透气膜和面密度为240g/m2的针刺无纺布经热轧后构成底层,该针刺无纺布同吸收层下层片材;
(五)防侧漏边的制备:采用丙纶制成SMS结构的无纺布构成防侧漏边,面密度500g/m2,纺粘无纺布所采用的纤维直径为40微米,熔喷无纺布所采用的纤维直径为4微米,拷边线采用丙纶丝,细度为200D,防侧漏边和拷边线构成的整体面密度为500g/m2;
(六)魔术贴的缝制:采用长4.8厘米/个、宽1.6厘米/个的背胶式尼龙魔术贴,将勾面缝制于内垫背面,将毛面缝制于裤裆对应的位置。
经上述工序制得的一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,经测试,其厚度为8.36mm,克重为1472g/m2,饱和吸液量为280mL,透气率为15.63mm/s,洗涤50次后,横向收缩率为-3.42%,纵向收缩率为-5.29%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70%。
实施例3
将针织布、机织布、针刺布、膜经过包缝后构成内垫缝制于内裤中,形成一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其具体工艺为:
(一)面层的制备:采用纺纱技术将规格为38mm 2.5D的卡普龙铜离子纤维和规格为51mm 2D的涤纶纤维以20%:80%的比例纺成支数为40S的纱线后制成针织布,面密度为210g/m2;
(二)导流层的制备:采用纺纱技术将规格为40mm 5D的涤纶纤维纺成纱线,采用机织技术将细度为75D的经纱和细度为60D的纬纱制成经密为100根/10cm,纬密为90根/10cm的机织布,构成导流层,面密度为37g/m2;
(三)吸收层的制备:采用规格为40mm 3D的粘胶纤维,规格为40mm 2D的丙纶纤维,以95%∶5%的比例混合,并经梳理成网、针刺加固、机械打孔制成针刺无纺布,构成成人失禁垫的吸收层,该层由上、下两层片材组成,上层片材针刺后经过后道打孔工序,开孔直径为1mm,两孔间距为5mm,开孔面积为整个上层区域,面密度为230g/m2;下层纤网不经过打孔工序,面密度为250g/m2;
(四)底层的制备:采用面密度为35g/m2,透气率为5000g/m2/24h的PE透气膜和面密度为250g/m2的针刺无纺布经热轧后构成底层,该针刺无纺布同吸收层下层片材;
(五)防侧漏边的制备:采用丙纶制成SMS结构的无纺布构成防侧漏边,面密度500g/m2,纺粘无纺布所采用的纤维直径为40微米,熔喷无纺布所采用的纤维直径为4微米,拷边线采用丙纶丝,细度为200D,防侧漏边和拷边线构成的整体面密度为500g/m2;
(六)魔术贴的缝制:采用长4.8厘米/个、宽1.6厘米/个的背胶式尼龙魔术贴,将勾面缝制于内垫背面,将毛面缝制于裤裆对应的位置。
经上述工序制得的一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,经测试,其厚度为8.40mm,克重为1502g/m2,饱和吸液量为330mL,透气率为15.29mm/s,洗涤50次后,横向收缩率为-3.51%,纵向收缩率为-5.46%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70%。
Claims (10)
1.一种带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,包括内裤裤体,其特征在于,所述内裤裤体的裆部内侧设有内垫,该内垫由面层、导流层、吸收层、底层依次复合而成,其厚度为6.20~6.50mm,面密度为1400~1600g/m2;所述面层由卡普龙铜离子纤维和涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成;所述导流层的材料采用香味涤纶机织布;所述吸收层由原料相同的上、下两层针刺无纺布组成,位于上层的针刺无纺布开有孔;所述底层由PE透气膜和针刺无纺布叠合后经热轧粘合而制成;导流层、吸收层、底层采用线拷边进行缝合,拷边线为丙纶丝;内垫两侧设有防侧漏变,防侧漏边采用SMS结构的丙纶无纺布。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述内裤裤体为卡普龙铜离子纤维氨纶针织布。
3.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述内垫与内裤裤体的裆部通过魔术贴进行连接;魔术贴采用背胶式,长为4.8厘米/个,宽为1.6厘米龙,其材质为尼龙;魔术贴的勾面缝制于内垫背面,毛面缝制于裤裆对应的位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述面层由以质量百分比计的20%的卡普龙铜离子纤维和80%的涤纶纤维纺纱后针织而成,面密度为210g/m2,纱线支数为40S;卡普龙铜离子纤维长度为38mm,细度为2.5D;涤纶纤维长度为51mm,细度为2D。
5.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述香味涤纶机织布是先将艾叶植物精油复合在涤纶纤维芯内后纺制而成,其纤维长度为40mm,纤维细度为5D;该机织布为平纹结构,经纱细度为75D,纬纱细度为60D,经密为100根/10cm,纬密为90根/10cm,面密度为37g/m2。
6.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述吸收层中的针刺无纺布采用以质量百分比计的粘胶纤维95%和丙纶纤维5%制成;所述粘胶纤维的纤维长度为40mm,纤维细度为3D;所述丙纶纤维的纤维长度为40mm,纤维细度为2D;位于上层的针刺无纺布上的开孔直径为1mm,孔间距为5mm;位于上层的针刺无纺布的面密度为190~220g/m2,位于下层的针刺无纺布的面密度为210~230g/m2。
7.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述底层中的PE透气膜的厚度为0.021mm,面密度为35g/m2;针刺无纺布的材料与吸收层中的针刺无纺布相同,其面密度为210~230g/m2。
8.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述拷边线采用细度为200D的丙纶丝。
9.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述防侧漏边的SMS结构的面密度为500g/m2;其中,纺粘无纺布的纤维直径为40微米,熔喷无纺布的纤维直径为4微米。
10.如权利要求1所述的带有可脱卸式内垫的失禁裤,其特征在于,所述内垫的长度为29.3厘米,两端为扇形结构,其中,较小扇形结构的最大宽度为14.3厘米,较大扇形结构的最大宽度为23厘米。
