技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料领域,具体涉及一种性能稳定的复合金属材料。
背景技术
复合材料是一种混合物,在很多领域都替了很多传统的材料。复合材料按其组成分为金属与金属复合材料、非金属与金属复合材料、非金属与非金属复合材料。与普通单增强相复合材料比,其冲击强度、疲劳强度和断裂韧性显著提高,并具有特殊的热膨胀性能。分为层内混杂、层间混杂、夹芯混杂、层内/层间混杂和超混杂复合材料。现有的复合金属材料的稳定性差,在使用过一段时间后,其各项性能显著变差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,该材料稳定性能好,其各项性能稳定性持久。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,该金属材料具有:
金属底层;以及,在上述金属底层表面依次设有坡莫合金层、粉末冶金材料层、轴承合金层以及镍基合金层,其中,所述坡莫合金层是铁镍合金,所述粉末冶金材料层是低碳钢,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述镍基合金层的上述表层设有树脂层;所述铁镍合金占复合金属材料主体重量的35%。
所述坡莫合金层中内含有稳定颗粒,所述稳定颗粒为碳化物和硼化物的按等比例混合的颗粒。
所述树脂层为1.5毫米。
所述金属底层由铁和镍制成的合金组成。
本发明所述的金属材料,具有高稳定性的特点,其不仅能防止生锈被侵蚀等特点,同时还能有效降低金属材料的生产成本,提高产品品质,而且还具有良好的力学性能、延展性好和耐腐蚀等特点。

下面将对本发明作进一步说明。
一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,该金属材料具有:
金属底层;以及,在上述金属底层表面依次设有坡莫合金层、粉末冶金材料层、轴承合金层以及镍基合金层,其中,所述坡莫合金层是铁镍合金,所述粉末冶金材料层是低碳钢,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述镍基合金层的上述表层设有树脂层;所述铁镍合金占复合金属材料主体重量的35%。
所述坡莫合金层中内含有稳定颗粒,所述稳定颗粒为碳化物和硼化物的按等比例混合的颗粒。
所述树脂层为1.5毫米。
所述金属底层由铁和镍制成的合金组成。
本发明所述的金属材料,具有高稳定性的特点,其不仅能防止生锈被侵蚀等特点,同时还能有效降低金属材料的生产成本,提高产品品质,而且还具有良好的力学性能、延展性好和耐腐蚀等特点。

1.一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,其特征在于,该金属材料具有:
金属底层;以及,在上述金属底层表面依次设有坡莫合金层、粉末冶金材料层、轴承合金层以及镍基合金层,其中,所述坡莫合金层是铁镍合金,所述粉末冶金材料层是低碳钢,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述镍基合金层的上述表层设有树脂层;所述铁镍合金占复合金属材料主体重量的35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述坡莫合金层中内含有稳定颗粒,所述稳定颗粒为碳化物和硼化物的按等比例混合的颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述树脂层为1.5毫米。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种性能稳定的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述金属底层由铁和镍制成的合金组成。
