技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属材料,具体涉及一种复合通气能力强金属材料。
背景技术
复合材料是一种混合物。在很多领域都发挥了很大的作用,代替了很多 传统的材料。复合材料按其组成分为金属与金属复合材料、非金属与金属复 合材料、非金属与非金属复合材料。与普通单增强相复合材料比,其冲击强 度、疲劳强度和断裂韧性显著提高,并具有特殊的热膨胀性能。分为层内混 杂、层间混杂、夹芯混杂、层内/层间混杂和超混杂复合材料。复合材料60年 代,为满足航空航天等尖端技术所用材料的需要,先后研制和生产了以高性 能纤维为增强材料的复合材料。为了与第一代玻璃纤维增强树脂复合材料相 区别,将这种复合材料称为先进复合材料。先进复合材料除作为结构材料外, 还可用作功能材料,但是这些材料缺乏弹性、耐磨性、通气性和导电性。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种复合通气能力强金属材料 解决上述问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供一种复合通气能力强金属材料, 该金属材料具有:包括储氢材料层、金属板以及银汞合金层,所述金属板设 置于储氢材料层和银汞合金层之间,所述储氢材料层和银汞合金层通过粘合 剂黏结在金属板上下表面形成一体结构,所述金属板由铁、铝以及镍制成的 合金组成。
优选的,所述储氢材料层含有1mg/m2以上的Zr。
优选的,所述底层金属占复合金属材料主体重量的65%-85%,所述储氢 材料层占复合金属材料主体重量的35%-41%。
优选的,所述储氢材料层的厚度为0.2mm。
优选的,所述储氢材料层是镧镍合金。
优选的,所述银汞合金层上还设有高分子材料层。
优选的,所述高分子材料层为合成树脂。
优选的,所述底层金属的表面主成分为铁或铝。
本发明所述为一种复合通气能力强金属材料,具有高弹性、高耐磨性、 好的通气性、导电性等特点,同时降低复合金属材料的生产成本,提高经济 效益,提高产品品质。

本发明提供一种复合通气能力强金属材料,该金属材料具有:包括储氢材料层、金属板以及银汞合金层,所述金属板设置于储氢材料层和银汞合金 层之间,所述储氢材料层和银汞合金层通过粘合剂黏结在金属板上下表面形 成一体结构,所述金属板由铁、铝以及镍制成的合金组成。
其中,所述储氢材料层含有1mg/m2以上的Zr。所述储氢材料层是镧镍 合金;所述储氢材料层的厚度为0.2mm。
本实施例中,所所述底层金属占复合金属材料主体重量的65%-85%,所述储氢材料层占复合金属材料主体重量的35%-41%。
此外,所述银汞合金层上还设有高分子材料层;所述高分子材料层为合成树脂。
优选的,所述底层金属的表面主成分为铁或铝。
本发明所述为一种复合通气能力强金属材料,具有高弹性、高耐磨性、 好的通气性、导电性等特点,同时降低复合金属材料的生产成本,提高经济 效益,提高产品品质。

1.一种复合通气能力强金属材料,其特征在于,该金属材料具有:包括 储氢材料层、金属板以及银汞合金层,所述金属板设置于储氢材料层和银汞 合金层之间,所述储氢材料层和银汞合金层通过粘合剂黏结在金属板上下表 面形成一体结构,所述金属板由铁、铝以及镍制成的合金组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合通气能力强金属材料,其特征在于,所述储氢材料层含有1mg/m2以上的Zr。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合通气能力强金属材料,其特征在于,所述底层金属占复合金属材料主体重量的65%-85%,所述储氢材料层占复合金 属材料主体重量的35%-41%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合通气能力强金属材料,其特征在于,所述储氢材料层的厚度为0.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合通气能力强金属材料,其特征在于,所述储氢材料层是镧镍合金。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合通气能力强金属材料,其特征在于,所述银汞合金层上还设有高分子材料层。
