技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属材料,具体涉及一种高稳定性的复合金属材料。
背景技术
复合材料是一种混合物。在很多领域都发挥了很大的作用,代替了很多传统的材料。复合材料按其组成分为金属与金属复合材料、非金属与金属复合材料、非金属与非金属复合材料。与普通单增强相复合材料比,其冲击强度、疲劳强度和断裂韧性显著提高,并具有特殊的热膨胀性能。分为层内混杂、层间混杂、夹芯混杂、层内/层间混杂和超混杂复合材料。复合材料60年代,为满足航空航天等尖端技术所用材料的需要,先后研制和生产了以高性能纤维为增强材料的复合材料。为了与第一代玻璃纤维增强树脂复合材料相区别,将这种复合材料称为先进复合材料。先进复合材料除作为结构材料外,还可用作功能材料,但是这些材料缺乏力学性能、延展性和耐腐蚀性能等。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种高稳定性的复合金属材料,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供一种高稳定性的复合金属材料,该金属材料具有:
金属底层;以及,在上述金属底层表面依次设有轴承合金层、粉末冶金材料层以及坡莫合金层,其中,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述粉末冶金材料层是低碳钢,所述坡莫合金层是铁镍合金。
优选的,所述金属底层占复合金属材料主体重量的75%。
优选的,所述铁镍合金包括铁、钼、锰、钴、铜、镍和铬。
优选的,巴比合金与所述低碳钢的质量之比为0.4~0.8。
优选的,所述金属底层表面上还设有树脂层。
优选的,所述树脂层为聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯其中的一种。
优选的,所述铁镍合金占复合金属材料主体重量的15%。
本发明所述的一种高稳定性的复合金属材料,具有良好的力学性能、延展性好和耐腐蚀等特点,同时降低金属材料的生产成本,提高经济效益,提高产品品质。

本发明提供一种高稳定性的复合金属材料,该金属材料具有:金属底层;以及,在上述金属底层表面依次设有轴承合金层、粉末冶金材料层以及坡莫合金层,其中,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述粉末冶金材料层是低碳钢,所述坡莫合金层是铁镍合金。
本实施例中,所述金属底层占复合金属材料主体重量的75%。优选的,所述金属底层表面上还设有树脂层。所述树脂层为聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯其中的一种。
此外,所述铁镍合金包括铁、钼、锰、钴、铜、镍和铬。所述铁镍合金占复合金属材料主体重量的15%。
优选的,巴比合金与所述低碳钢的质量之比为0.4~0.8。
本发明所述的一种高稳定性的复合金属材料,具有良好的力学性能、延展性好和耐腐蚀等特点,同时降低金属材料的生产成本,提高经济效益,提高产品品质。

1.一种高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,该金属材料具有:
金属底层;以及,在上述金属底层表面依次设有轴承合金层、粉末冶金材料层以及坡莫合金层,其中,所述轴承合金层是巴比合金,所述粉末冶金材料层是低碳钢,所述坡莫合金层是铁镍合金。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述金属底层占复合金属材料主体重量的75%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述铁镍合金包括铁、钼、锰、钴、铜、镍和铬。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述巴比合金与所述低碳钢的质量之比为0.4~0.8。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述金属底层表面上还设有树脂层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述树脂层为聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯其中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高稳定性的复合金属材料,其特征在于,所述铁镍合金占复合金属材料主体重量的15%。
