本发明涉及一种制作人们的日常生活中经常使用来清除耳垢污物用品的工序即安全掏耳勺制造工艺。
背景技术

为了解决上述提出的问题，本发明提供一种安全掏耳勺制造工艺，该安全掏耳勺制造工艺，能够按照规范进行有秩序生产安装，以保证产品的制造质量和要求，减少无关和不必要的环节，并且可以节省原材物料、降低成本，加工安装生产过程循规蹈矩、安全有序。

本发明的特点是，从勾勺、勺杆一体压制到勺柄、勺杆、勾勺一体件注塑及加工处理采取流水作业形式进行批量生产。

以安全掏耳勺为例，用不锈钢压制成勾勺3与勺杆2结合部位成圆弧形的一体件、去除毛刺粗抛光—将勾勺3、勺杆2一体件作为注塑嵌件放在特制的注塑模具中—用塑胶原料在装有带勾勺3、勺杆2嵌件的模具中注塑成勺柄1、勺杆2、勾勺3一体毛坯件—整体打磨、精抛光—整体检查功能试验：手持勺柄1将勺杆2与勾勺3探入耳中掏耳垢，由圆弧形顶在耳中，不会捅伤耳内，勾勺3将耳垢掏出，实现上述功能为合格。
