The receiving groove not only provides a space for mounting the receiving plate 513 but also can restrict movement of the receiving plate. The receiving plate 513 may be a circular plate structure or a plate structure with other shapes, and when the receiving plate is in a non-circular structure, the inner wall of the receiving groove itself provides a stop for the rotation of the receiving plate, and when the first clamping member 51 rotates relative to the second clamping member 31, the receiving plate can keep static relative to the first clamping member 51, so that the second clamping member 31 can rotate relative to the receiving plate.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment of the present invention, at least one slot 5133 is concavely formed in one of the inner wall of the receiving slot 514 and the edge of the receiving plate 513, and at least one protrusion (not shown) is convexly formed on the other of the inner wall of the receiving slot 514 and the edge of the receiving plate 513, and the protrusion is clamped in the slot 5133.
In fig. 4, the receiving plate 513 is in a circular plate shape, a plurality of clamping grooves 5133 are formed in the edge of the receiving plate 513, a plurality of protrusions are formed in the inner side wall of the accommodating groove, when the receiving plate 513 is accommodated in the accommodating groove, a protrusion is correspondingly clamped in the clamping groove 5133, the clamping groove 5133 and the protrusion have a simple structure, the receiving plate 513 is convenient to install, rotation of the receiving plate 513 in the mounting groove 514 is limited, and when the receiving plate is a non-circular plate, the protrusions and the clamping grooves 5133 are arranged to further prevent rotation of the receiving plate 513, so that the supporting effect of the elastic clamping structure 313 and the clamping position 5131 is more reliable.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the main body 511 is provided with a connecting post 515 in a protruding manner, the shaft hole 512 penetrates through the connecting post 515, the accommodating groove 514 is formed around the outer side of the connecting post 515, the second clamping member 31 is provided with an annular insertion groove 315 on the outer side of the rotating shaft 312, and the side wall of the connecting post 515 is inserted into the insertion groove 315.
The connection post 515 and the insertion groove 315 are cooperatively connected, and the structure of the connection post and the pressing plate 314 can limit the movement of the first clamping piece 51 and the second clamping piece 31 along two axial directions, so that the first clamping piece 51 and the second clamping piece 31 can not move in the axial direction. And the cooperation of the connecting post 515 and the inserting groove 315 further ensures the circumferential cooperation effect of the first clamping piece 51 and the second clamping piece 31, so that the rotation is more stable.
In an embodiment of the invention, the elastic retaining structure 313 includes a second elastic member 3131 and a second limiting member 3133, one end of the second elastic member 3131 is connected to the base 311, the other end is connected to the second limiting member 3133, and one end of the second limiting member 3133 facing away from the second elastic member 3131 abuts against the retaining position 5131.
The second elastic member 3131 is specifically a spring, one end of the second limiting member 3133 is inserted into the end of the second elastic member 3131, the other end of the second limiting member 3133 abuts against the locking position 5131, and the second limiting member 3131 abuts against the locking position 5131 under the action of the resilience force of the second elastic member 3131, so that the rotation of the first locking member 51 and the second locking member 31 is limited to a certain extent.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment of the invention, the base 311 is provided with a limiting groove 3111, one end of the second elastic member 3131 is accommodated in the limiting groove 3111, and the second limiting member 3133 is protruding from an upper portion of the limiting groove 3111.
The depth of the limiting groove 3111 is matched with the length of the second elastic member 3131, so that friction force generated by the first clamping member 51 on the second limiting member 3133 in the process of rotating the first clamping member 51 relative to the second clamping member 31 can not cause the second elastic member 3131 to bend and damage.
In the process of relatively rotating the first clamping member 51 and the second clamping member 31, when the second limiting member 3133 is not abutted against the clamping position 5131, the part between the two clamping positions 5131 of the bearing plate 313 is compressed, when the second limiting member 3133 is opposite to one clamping position 5131, under the action of the elastic force of the second elastic member 3131, the part of the second limiting member 3133 falls into the clamping position 5131, the clamping hand feeling is formed, and the user is prompted to keep the ironing board assembly 50 and the supporting rod 30 relatively static under the angle. The number of the clamping positions 5131 determines the minimum rotation angle of the user during the process of rotating the ironing board assembly 50, referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the number of the clamping positions 5131 is 12, that is, the minimum rotation angle of the user during the process of rotating the ironing board assembly 50 is 30 °, and it is understood that the number of the clamping positions 5131 may be more or less, and may be specifically selected according to practical needs.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, an end of the second stopper 3133 facing away from the second elastic member 3131 is hemispherical. The second limiting member 3133 is specifically a steel ball, one side of the steel ball is hemispherical, the other side of the steel ball is provided with a plugging column, the plugging column can be plugged and clamped at the end of the second elastic member 3131, and the hemispherical structure enables the second limiting member 3133 to rotate stably in the process of being transited from one clamping position 5131 to the other clamping position 5131, so that the friction force is small.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, the ironing board assembly 50 includes an ironing board 53, and the ironing board 53 is attached to the first catch 51.
The ironing board 53 can provide a plane for ironing clothes for a user, so that the ironing clothes are smoother, the first clamping piece 51 can rotate relative to the second clamping piece 31 on the supporting rod 30 by taking the vertical direction as a rotating shaft, the user can directly rotate the ironing board 53 along the vertical direction according to the requirement, the position of the user does not need to be adjusted to adapt to the angle of the ironing board 53, and the use of the garment steamer 100 by the user is further facilitated.
The garment steamer 100 further comprises a steam pipe (not shown) and an ironing head (not shown), one end of the steam pipe is connected with the host 10, the other end of the steam pipe is connected with the ironing head, an ironing head seat 55 is arranged on one side of the ironing board 53, and the ironing head is detachably connected with the ironing head seat.
The ironing head seat 55 is directly arranged on the ironing board 53, so that the garment steamer 100 is more compact in structure, and is used for taking down the ironing head from the ironing head seat 55 when the ironing head is needed, and is convenient to use and operate when the ironing head is not needed by a user, and the ironing head is placed on the ironing head seat 55. Specifically, the ironing seat 55 is connected to one side edge of the ironing board 53, the ironing seat 55 is provided with a supporting groove 551 adapted to the ironing head, and the ironing head is directly hung in the supporting groove 551, so that the ironing head is convenient to use.

1. The garment steamer comprises a main machine and a supporting rod connected to the main machine, and is characterized by further comprising an ironing board assembly, wherein the ironing board assembly is provided with a first clamping piece; the first clamping piece is inserted with the second clamping piece so that the ironing board assembly can rotate relative to the supporting rod;
one of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece is provided with at least one elastic clamping structure, the other one of the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece is provided with a plurality of clamping positions, one elastic clamping structure is clamped into one clamping position so that the ironing board assembly and the supporting rod are kept relatively static, or the elastic clamping structure is separated from the clamping position under the driving of external force, and the ironing board assembly rotates relative to the supporting rod;
the clamping positions are circumferentially arranged on the first clamping piece in a surrounding mode, the elastic clamping structure comprises an elastic limiting piece and a limiting sliding block, the elastic limiting piece is elastically connected with the second clamping piece, the limiting sliding block is movably stopped on the elastic limiting piece, and the elastic limiting piece is provided with a locking position and an adjusting position; when the limiting slide block is stopped at the locking position, the limiting slide block is correspondingly clamped into one clamping position, and when the limiting slide block is stopped at the adjusting position, the limiting slide block is separated from the clamping position; the garment steamer further comprises an ironing board, a steam pipe and an ironing head, wherein the ironing board is connected with the first clamping piece, one end of the steam pipe is connected with the host, the other end of the steam pipe is connected with the ironing head, one side of the ironing board is provided with an ironing head seat, a supporting groove matched with the ironing head is formed in the ironing head seat, and the ironing head is hung in the supporting groove.

The garment steamer of claim 1, wherein the elastic limiting member comprises a first elastic member and a first limiting member, wherein one end of the first elastic member is fixed to the second clamping member, the other end of the first elastic member is connected to the first limiting member, an end portion of the first limiting member, which faces away from the first elastic member, extends out of the second clamping member, and the first limiting member has the locking position and the adjusting position.

The garment steamer of claim 2, wherein the second retaining member has a limiting aperture extending in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the clamping position, one end of the limiting slider is stopped at the locking position or the adjusting position, and the other end of the limiting slider is inserted into the clamping position through the limiting aperture or is separated from the clamping position.
4. The garment steamer of claim 2, wherein the locking position is a protrusion protruding from the side wall of the first limiting member, or the adjustment position is a recess recessed in the side wall of the first limiting member.

The garment steamer of claim 1, wherein the first clamping member comprises a main body and a shaft hole provided in the main body, the second clamping member comprises a base and a rotating shaft provided in the base, the rotating shaft is inserted into the shaft hole and rotates in the shaft hole, the plurality of clamping members are located in the main body and circumferentially arranged outside the shaft hole, and the elastic clamping structure is fixedly connected to the base.

The garment steamer of claim 5, wherein the shaft hole has a receiving section and a mounting section along a length direction thereof, the mounting section has a diameter larger than that of the receiving section, the spindle extends into the shaft hole from the receiving section to the mounting section, and the second retaining member further comprises a pressing plate which is received in the mounting section and is held against an inner wall of the shaft hole from the mounting section to the receiving section, and is connected to the spindle.

The garment steamer of claim 6, wherein the pressure plate is provided with a first connecting hole, the spindle is provided with a second connecting hole extending through an end thereof, and the second retaining member further comprises a connecting member passing through the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole to connect the pressure plate and the spindle.
8. The garment steamer of claim 5, wherein the two elastic clamping structures are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft.

The garment steamer of any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the first retaining member further comprises an annular receiving plate, the main body portion is provided with an annular receiving groove at an outer side of the shaft hole, the receiving plate is accommodated in the receiving groove and fixedly connected to an inner wall of the receiving groove, and the plurality of retaining positions are circumferentially provided on the receiving plate.

The garment steamer of claim 9, wherein at least one of the inner wall of the receiving slot and the edge of the receiving plate is concavely provided with at least one detent, and the other of the inner wall of the receiving slot and the edge of the receiving plate is convexly provided with at least one protrusion, and the protrusion is clamped in the detent.

The garment steamer of claim 9, wherein the main body portion is provided with a connecting column in a protruding manner, the shaft hole penetrates through the connecting column, the accommodating groove is annularly arranged on the outer side of the connecting column, the second clamping member is provided with an annular inserting groove on the outer side of the rotating shaft, and the side wall of the connecting column is inserted into the inserting groove.

The garment steamer of any one of claims 5 to 8, wherein the elastic retaining structure comprises a second elastic member and a second limiting member, one end of the second elastic member is connected to the base, the other end of the second elastic member is connected to the second limiting member, and one end of the second limiting member, which is away from the second elastic member, is propped against the retaining position.
13. The garment steamer of claim 12, wherein the base is provided with a limiting groove, one end of the second elastic element is accommodated in the limiting groove, and the second limiting element is arranged on the upper portion of the limiting groove in a protruding mode.
