The present invention proposes an ironing board assembly 100.
In the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the ironing board assembly 100 includes an ironing board 110 having at least a first hinge portion 111 and a second hinge portion 112 on a surface thereof, a support bar assembly 120, and a support adjustment assembly (not shown); the support bar assembly 120 is hinged with the first hinge part 111, and the support adjusting assembly includes a first member 130 having one end hinged with the second hinge part 112 and forming a first hinge point, and a second member 160 having one end hinged with the support bar assembly 120 and forming a second hinge point, the second member 160 being slidably engaged with the first member 130; one of the first member 130 and the second member 160 has a plurality of linearly spaced apart slots 133, and the other has at least one stopper 161 adapted to snap into the slots 133; the stopper 161 is separated from the catching groove 133 and the second member 160 slides with respect to the first member 130 to turn the ironing board 110 around the first hinge part 111, and the stopper 161 is caught in the catching groove 133 to lock the first member 130 and the second member 160 with each other and restrict the turning of the ironing board 110.
At least a first hinge portion 111 and a second hinge portion 112 are protruding on a surface of the ironing board 110, and the first hinge portion 111 is hinged with the support rod assembly 120, so that the ironing board 110 can rotate relative to the support rod assembly 120 to achieve the effect of adjusting the angle of the ironing board 110. One end of the first member 130 is hinged to the second hinge portion 112 and forms a first hinge point, the second member 160 is hinged to the support rod assembly 120 and forms a second hinge point, and the other end of the first member 130 is slidably connected to the second member 160, so that the first hinge point and the second hinge point can be close to or far away from each other, and further the function of adjusting the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point is achieved. The support bar assembly 120 is hinged to the first hinge 111 and forms a third hinge point that forms three hinge points that are not in the same plane with the first hinge point and the second hinge point.
When the user drives the ironing board 110 to rotate, the length between the first hinge point and the second hinge point corresponding to the included angle is inevitably changed, one of the first member 130 or the second member 160 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 133 which are arranged at intervals in a linear manner, the other one is provided with at least one limiting block 161 which can be clamped into the clamping grooves in an adapting manner, the limiting block 161 is separated from the clamping grooves 133, and the first member 130 slides relative to the second member 160 to change the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point, so that the ironing board 110 meets the overturning condition around the first hinge part 111, and the rotating effect of the ironing board 111 is realized.
When the stopper 161 is locked into the locking groove 133 of the first member 130, the first member 130 cannot slide relative to the second member 160, so that the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point is a fixed length, and the ironing board 110 cannot be turned over relative to the first hinge portion 111, thereby achieving the positioning effect of the ironing board 110.
Specifically, if the number of the slots 133 is N, the adjustment angle of the ironing board 110 will also have N gears.
When the limiting block 161 is clamped into the clamping groove 133, the length between the first hinge point and the second hinge point is unchanged, so that the rotation of the ironing board 110 is limited; when the external force drives the limiting block 161 to separate from the clamping groove 133, the length between the first hinge point and the second hinge point is adjustable, so that the angle of the ironing board 110 is also adjusted.
Further, the first member 130 includes a sliding hole 131 disposed in a long shape, the inner wall of the sliding hole 131 is convexly provided with a plurality of clamping blocks 132, the plurality of clamping blocks 132 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the sliding hole 131, the clamping grooves 133 are formed between adjacent clamping blocks 132, the second member 160 is at least partially accommodated in the sliding hole 131 and can slide reciprocally along the sliding hole 131, and the portion of the second member 160 located in the sliding hole 131 is convexly provided with a limiting block 161.
The second member 160 is at least partially accommodated in the sliding hole 131 of the first member 130, and a portion of the second member located in the sliding hole 131 is convexly provided with a limiting block 161, and the inner wall of the sliding hole 131 is convexly provided with a plurality of clamping blocks 132. When the second member 160 slides relative to the first member 130 and the driving limiting block 161 is clamped into the clamping groove 133 between the adjacent clamping blocks 132, the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point is a fixed length, so that the positioning effect of the ironing board 110 is realized; when the second member 160 slides relative to the first member 130 and drives the stopper 161 to disengage from the slot 133, the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point may be flexibly changed, thereby achieving the rotating effect of the ironing board 110. The second member 160 is partially positioned within the slide 131 so that the connection between the first member 130 and the second member 160 is more secure.
In order to enable the second member 160 to be always located in the sliding hole 131 during sliding, a projection size of the clamping block 132 on the width of the inner wall of the sliding hole 131 is smaller than a width size of the inner wall of the sliding hole 131. This allows the external force driving stopper 161 to be disengaged from the catching groove 133 of the first member 130, and still keeps the second member 160 positioned in the sliding hole 131 of the first member 130. When the state that the limiting block 161 is clamped in the clamping groove 133 is switched to the state that the limiting block 161 is separated from the clamping groove 133, a user only needs to lightly push the second member 160, so that the effect that the limiting block 161 is separated from the clamping groove 133 can be achieved, the second member 160 is still positioned in the sliding hole 131, and the condition that the second member 160 is separated from the first member 130 is avoided by the inner wall of the sliding hole 131.
Further, the support adjustment assembly also includes a rear cover 180 disposed opposite the second member 160, the rear cover 180 being hinged to the support bar assembly 120 and slidably coupled to the first member 130.
By providing the rear cover 180 hinged to the support rod assembly 120, it is further avoided that the second member 160 falls down from the sliding hole 131 while the stopper 161 is disengaged from the locking groove 133, and the rear cover 180 plays a role in limiting the movement of the second member 160. In addition, the rear cover 180 is hinged with the support bar assembly 120, so that the rotation effect of the first member 130 connected thereto with respect to the support assembly can be satisfied while the rear cover 180 is hinged with the support bar assembly 120; the rear cover 180, which is hinged to the support bar assembly 120, is also slidably coupled to the first member 130, thereby enabling the first member 130 to slide relative to the support bar assembly 120, thereby enabling the length of the first member 130 between the support bar assembly 120 and the ironing board 110 to be varied. The first member 130 can rotate relative to the support rod assembly 120 and slide relative to the support rod assembly 120, so that the ironing board 110 can be adjusted at any angle.
In order to realize the automatic resetting function, the support adjusting assembly further comprises an elastic piece 190, one end of the elastic piece 190 is abutted against the rear cover 180, the other end is abutted against the second member 160, and the elastic piece 190 provides elastic force to force the limiting block 161 to be clamped and inserted into the clamping groove 133.
By abutting one end of the elastic piece 190 against the rear cover 180 and the other end against the second member 160, when the user drives the second member 160 to approach the rear cover 180, the stopper 161 on the second member 160 can be disengaged from the clamping groove 133 on the first member 130, so that the first member 130 can slide relative to the support rod assembly 120, and the length of the first member 130 between the ironing board 110 and the support rod assembly 120 can be arbitrarily adjusted, thereby realizing the effect of adjusting the angle of the ironing board 110.
When the user removes the driving force, the elastic member 190 resumes the deformation, and the elastic member 190 drives the second member 160 away from the rear cover 180, so that the stopper 161 on the second member 160 is again inserted into the chute of the first member 130, so as to limit the first member 130 to slide relative to the support rod, thereby achieving the positioning effect of the ironing board 110.
Specifically, the elastic member 190 may be a spring or a leaf spring.
Of course, in other embodiments, in order to achieve the effect of automatic resetting, magnetic elements may be disposed on the first member 130 and the second member 160, or the first member 130 and the second member 160 may be magnetic elements. By magnetic action, the first member 130 attracts the second member 160 in a natural state to stop the sliding action of the first member 130 relative to the second member 160; the user pushes the first member 130 or the second member 160, so that the second member 160 is separated from the first member 130, and the first member 130 can slide relative to the second member 160 to flexibly adjust the distance between the first hinge point and the second hinge point, thereby satisfying the rotation effect of the ironing board 110.
Further, the support adjusting assembly further includes a front cover 170 fixedly connected to the rear cover 180, the second member 160 is sandwiched between the front cover 170 and the rear cover 180, the front cover 170 is provided with a through hole 171, the second member 160 is provided with a protruding block 162 protruding toward one side of the front cover 170, and the protruding block 162 is disposed through the through hole 171.
By providing the front cover 170 fixedly connected with the rear cover 180 and sandwiching the second member 160 between the front cover 170 and the rear cover 180, the front cover 170 effectively protects and prevents dust inside the second member 160. In addition, the front cover 170 is provided with a through hole 171, the second member 160 is provided with a protruding block 162 protruding toward one side of the front cover 170, and the protruding block 162 is inserted into the through hole 171, so that when the user drives the stopper 161, the user can only drive the protruding block 162 on the second member 160, and the through hole 171 on the front cover 170 guides the movement of the protruding block 162, so as to ensure that the user can effectively drive the protruding block 162 to realize the effect of the stopper 161 being blocked or disengaged from the clamping groove 133.
In order to make the structure of each part of the support adjustment assembly more compact and stable, the front cover 170 of the second member 160 is convexly provided with a connection post toward the rear cover 180, and both the second member 160 and the rear cover 180 have connection holes through which the connection post is penetrated.
The front cover 170 is provided with a connecting column in a protruding way towards the rear cover 180, the second component 160 and the rear cover 180 are provided with connecting holes, the connecting effect among the three is realized by penetrating the connecting holes through the connecting column, the second component 160 can slide along the connecting column to approach the rear cover 180, the limiting block 161 is separated from the clamping groove 133, and the angle adjusting effect of the ironing board 110 is realized; or the second member 160 slides along the connecting post to be far away from the rear cover 180, and the stopper 161 is blocked in the blocking groove 133 to limit the rotation of the ironing board 110, so as to realize the positioning effect of the ironing board 110.
Specifically, the connection posts may be provided on the rear cover 180, and the front cover 170 and the second member 160 may have connection holes, through which the connection posts pass, to achieve the connection effect of the front cover 170, the second member 160, and the rear cover 180. The connection posts may also be disposed on opposite sides of the second member 160 facing the front cover 170 and the rear cover 180, respectively, while the front cover 170 and the rear cover 180 have connection holes through which the connection posts pass to achieve the connection effect of the front cover 170, the second member 160 and the rear cover 180.
The supporting rod assembly 120 comprises a vertical rod body 121, one end of the rod body 121, which is close to the first hinge part 111, is fixedly connected with a connecting arm 122, one end of the connecting arm 122 is arranged at an included angle with the rod body 121, and the other end of the connecting arm is hinged with the first hinge part 111.
The hinge action between the support bar assembly 120 and the ironing board 110 is achieved by the connecting arm 122 having one end fixedly connected to the rod body 121 and the other end hinged to the first hinge part 111. The connecting arm 122 is disposed at an angle with respect to the rod 121, so that the ironing board 110 and the vertical rod 121 can be parallel to each other when in a vertical state, and interference with the vertical rod 121 is avoided. Specifically, the angle between the connection arm 122 and the rod 121 and the length of the connection arm 122 are not particularly limited as long as it is ensured that the ironing board 110 can be positioned as close to the rod 121 as possible while being rotated to the vertical state, without interfering with the rod 121.
Referring to fig. 1, the rod 121 includes at least an upper rod 121a and a lower rod 121b, and the upper rod 121a is slidably connected to the lower rod 121 b.
Through the sliding connection of the upper rod 121a and the lower rod 121b, the rod 121 of the support rod assembly 120 has a telescopic function, and a user can automatically adjust the length of the rod 121 according to the needs so as to meet the proper ironing height.
