Rod-type garden tool
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garden tools, in particular to a rod type garden tool.
Background
With the development of economy, many parks and green lands are built in cities and towns, fruit tree planting and garden cultivation all need trimming and pruning, and the market demand is large. The traditional pruning tool is heavier and labor-consuming to operate, and various rod type garden tools are available for the reason so as to be suitable for pruning green and shady places in parks and grasslands.
In order to meet the requirements of customers, rod type garden tools on the market are longer and longer, so that green plants at far positions can be trimmed, however, other troubles are brought, and the overlong rod body occupies too large space, so that the garden tools are very inconvenient to store and store. It is known that some folding structures are adopted in garden tools with rods on the market to solve such problems, but most of the adopted structures need external tools to lock and unlock, and wires passing through the folding structures are easily elongated or even pulled out of the rod body in the folding and unfolding processes, which brings certain inconvenience to users and has some potential safety hazards in use. It is therefore desirable to design a rod-type garden tool to solve the above problems.

When the electric wire 400 passes through the foldable rod connecting structure 300, the electric wire 400 enters the second fixed cylinder 325 from the channel in the second rod 200, then enters between the sleeve 312 and the rotating shell 324 which are oppositely arranged through the window arranged on the second fixed cylinder 325, passes through the gap between the sleeve 312 and the rotating shell 324, extends to the wire channel of the middle connecting part 321 along the circumferential direction of the first rotating shaft 330, and finally enters the channel in the first rod 100 through the first fixed cylinder 314 along the wire channel. The electric wire 400 is disposed in the foldable rod connecting structure 300 in such a manner that the electric wire 400 is hidden inside the rod-type garden tool, and since the electric wire 400 passes through the sleeve 312 and the rotation housing 324, which are disposed opposite to each other, along the circumferential outer edge of the first rotating shaft 330, the length of the electric wire 400 between the power module and the working part 110 in the rod-type garden tool is not excessively lengthened when the first rod 100 and the second rod 200 are relatively rotated.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in an embodiment of the present invention, an electric switch structure is further disposed between the first rod assembly 310 and the second rod assembly 320. When the foldable rod connecting structure 300 is in the locked state, the electric switch structure switches on the electric wire circuit between the energy source assembly and the working part 110 in the rod-type garden tool; when the foldable pole connecting structure 300 is in the unlocked state, the electric switch structure disconnects the electric wire circuit between the source assembly and the working part in the pole type garden tool.
The electrical switch structure includes a trigger switch 315 and a trigger 326. The trigger switch 315 is disposed on an end of the first rod assembly 310 facing the second rod assembly 320, and the trigger switch 315 disposed on the first rod assembly 310 is electrically connected to the wire 400 extending into the first rod assembly 310. The trigger 326 is disposed on the end of the second rod assembly 320 facing the first rod assembly 310, and at the position where the second rod assembly 320 corresponds to the trigger switch 315, the trigger 326 may abut against the trigger switch 315 when the first rod 100 and the second rod 200 are unfolded. When the pole garden tool is in the working state, the first pole 100 and the second pole 200 are locked in the unfolded state by the foldable pole connecting structure 300, and the trigger 326 abuts against the trigger switch 315 to trigger the trigger switch 315 to be opened and connect the wire circuit in the pole garden tool; when the pole garden tool is in the folded state, the foldable pole connection structure 300 unlocks the rotation between the first pole 100 and the second pole 200, the first pole assembly 310 and the second pole assembly 320 rotate relatively to each other, so that the trigger 326 is separated from the trigger switch 315, and the trigger switch 315 is turned off, so that the electric wire circuit in the pole garden tool is disconnected.
In addition, the type of the pole type garden tool according to the present invention may not be limited, and the pole type garden tool may be any garden tool in which the working part is provided on the pole body, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the pole type garden tool is a pole chain saw, and the working part 110 provided on the end of the first pole body 100 is a saw head.
According to the rod-type garden tool, the rod body connecting structure capable of locking and unlocking rotation is arranged between the first rod body and the second rod body to connect the first rod body and the second rod body, so that the rod-type garden tool can maintain a stable unfolded or folded state, if the rod-type garden tool is in a working state, the first rod body and the second rod body are in the unfolded state through locking rotation, and the working length is ensured; or the unblock rotates when transportation storage makes first body of rod and the second body of rod folding, is convenient for reduce and takes up an area of the space. Therefore, the rod-type garden tool can realize the quick switching between the working state and the folded state without the assistance of an external tool, hide and protect the internal lead at the joint during rotation and expansion, and has the advantages of reliable joint, simple structure, easy manufacture, low cost, safe working and long service life; and the advantages of light weight, small overall dimension, convenient adjustment and maintenance, and the like. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes some practical problems in the prior art, thereby having high utilization value and use significance.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Those skilled in the art can modify or change the above-described embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
