The steam ironing machine for synchronously ironing front and back surfaces as well as double surfaces as claimed in claim 5, wherein a supporting mechanism is fixedly connected to at least one side wall of the vertical rod (2) between the chute and the self-locking telescopic rod (202), and one end of the supporting mechanism far away from the vertical rod (2) is in sliding contact with the lower surface of the hanging rail (1).

Steam ironing machine with synchronous front and back ironing according to claim 6, characterized in that said supporting means comprise a stay bar (3) and a pulley (301), one end of said stay bar (3) is fixed to said vertical bar (2), the other end is hinged with said pulley (301) capable of sliding along the length direction of the lower surface of said hanging rail (1);
the pulley (301) with the side wall of wheel body (201) all is equipped with the rubber circle.

Steam ironing machine with synchronous front and back ironing according to claim 1, characterized in that a first partition (8) and a second partition (11) parallel to each other are arranged inside the ironing head (4) from inside to outside in sequence to divide the inside of the ironing head (4) into an air inlet chamber (402), a heating chamber (403) and an air outlet chamber from inside to outside in sequence; wherein,
