With reference to fig. 4 and 5, correspondingly, the feeding and receiving device of the gilding press further includes a second driving mechanism for moving the first receiving frame 323 relative to the first fixed plate 321, where the second driving mechanism includes a third guide rail 322, a second motor 327, a third slider 328 and a second synchronous belt 326, the third guide rail 322 is mounted on the first fixed plate 321, the third slider 328 is slidably disposed on the third guide rail 322, the second motor 327 and the second cylinder 325 are both fixedly mounted on the third slider 328, the second synchronous belt 326 is disposed on the first fixed plate 321 and two ends of the second synchronous belt 326 are fixed relative to the first fixed plate 321, an output shaft of the second motor 327 is provided with a second synchronous wheel synchronously rotating with the second synchronous belt 326, and the second synchronous wheel is matched with the second synchronous belt 326 and located between the second synchronous belt 326 and the first fixed plate 321, thereby, when the second motor 327 works, it drives the second synchronous wheel to move relative to the second synchronous belt 326, and drives the first receiving frame 323 to move on the first fixed plate 321.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the second receiving mechanism 340 includes a second fixed plate 341, a connecting plate 346, a third cylinder 345, a second receiving frame 343, and a plurality of third suction cups 344.
The second fixed plate 341 is connected with the second bracket 330, the first fixed plate 321 is relatively perpendicular to the second fixed plate 341, the connecting plate 346 is movably arranged on the second fixed plate 341 and is located above the material receiving platform 310, the third air cylinder 345 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 346, the second material receiving frame 343 is connected with a piston rod of the third air cylinder 345, a plurality of third suckers 344 are arranged at one end of the second material receiving frame 343, which is close to the material receiving platform 310, the installation direction of the third suckers 344 is perpendicular to the installation direction of the second suckers 324, and when the piston rod of the third air cylinder 345 extends out, the third suckers 344 can be close to the material receiving platform 310, so that materials on the material receiving platform 310 are absorbed.
In this embodiment, the feeding and receiving device of the stamping machine further includes a third driving mechanism, the third driving mechanism is configured to drive the connection plate 346 so that the connection plate 346 moves relative to the second fixed plate 341, and the third driving mechanism has the same structure as the second driving mechanism, which is not described herein.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the feeding and receiving device of the gilding press further includes a second moving mechanism, so that the material is accurately positioned on the receiving platform 310, the second moving mechanism includes a plurality of first receiving roller groups and a plurality of second receiving roller groups, each first receiving roller group includes a plurality of first receiving rollers 350 protruding from the receiving platform 310 at least partially, the plurality of first receiving roller groups are used for conveying the material from one end of the receiving platform 310 near the gilding mechanism 200 to one end of the receiving platform 310 far away from the gilding mechanism 200, each second receiving roller group includes a plurality of second receiving rollers 360 protruding from the receiving platform 310 at least partially, the protruding height of the first receiving rollers 350 is equal to the protruding height of the second receiving rollers 360 relative to the receiving platform 310, the rotating direction of the first receiving rollers 350 is perpendicular to the rotating direction of the second receiving rollers 360, the first receiving rollers 350 and the second receiving rollers 360 are distributed uniformly at intervals in rectangular arrays, when the first receiving roller groups are conveyed from one end of the receiving platform 310 near the gilding mechanism 200 to one end of the receiving platform, and the second receiving rollers 340 are lifted from the second receiving platform near the second receiving platform, and the second receiving roller groups are positioned at the opposite sides of the receiving platform near the second receiving platform, and the second receiving roller groups are accurately positioned near the second receiving the material from the second receiving platform near the first receiving end.
It should be noted that, the control modes of the first receiving roller set and the second receiving roller set are the same as the control modes of the first feeding roller set and the second feeding roller set, and are not repeated here.
In conclusion, the feeding and receiving device of the stamping machine is reasonable in structure, high in material conveying efficiency and accurate in material positioning, and therefore accurate superposition of materials is facilitated.

Claims (6)
1. Feeding and receiving device of gilding press, which is characterized by comprising:
a frame (100);
a bronzing mechanism (200);
a feeding table (130), wherein the feeding table (130) is arranged on the first bracket (120), and the feeding table (130) is positioned on the first side of the gold stamping mechanism (200);
the feeding mechanism (140) is movably arranged on the frame (100), at least part of the feeding mechanism (140) can be close to or far away from the feeding table (130), and the feeding mechanism (140) is used for conveying materials onto the gold stamping mechanism (200) from the outside of one end of the feeding table (130);
a receiving table (310), wherein the receiving table (310) is installed on a second bracket (330), the receiving table (310) is positioned on a second side of the gold stamping mechanism (200), and the first side is adjacent to and vertical to the second side;
a first receiving mechanism (320), at least part of the first receiving mechanism (320) can be close to or far away from the receiving table (310) and is used for conveying materials from the gold stamping mechanism (200) to the receiving table (310); and
-a second receiving means (340), at least part of said second receiving means (340) being able to be close to or remote from said receiving station (310) and for retrieving material from said receiving station (310);
feeding and receiving device of gilding press still includes:
the first lifting table (10) is arranged at one end of the feeding table (130) far away from the gold stamping mechanism (200), and the first lifting table (10) is used for providing materials for the feeding mechanism (140); and
the second lifting table (20) is arranged on one side of the material receiving table (310) and is used for recycling materials conveyed by the second material receiving mechanism (340);
the feeding mechanism (140) includes:
a frame arm (150), the frame arm (150) being movably disposed on the frame (100);
a first slider (142), the first slider (142) being fixedly connected to the frame arm (150);
the second guide rail (143) is in sliding connection with the first sliding block (142), and the second guide rail (143) is positioned above the feeding table (130) and is perpendicular to the feeding table (130);
the material sucking frame (144), the material sucking frame (144) is fixedly connected with the second guide rail (143) and is positioned between the second guide rail (143) and the feeding table (130);
the first air cylinder (141) is fixedly connected with the frame arm (150) and/or the first sliding block (142), and a piston rod of the first air cylinder (141) is connected with the material sucking frame (144) to drive the material sucking frame (144) to be close to or far away from the feeding table (130); and a plurality of first suction cups (145), the plurality of first suction cups (145) being disposed on a side of the suction rack (144) remote from the second guide rail (143);
the first suction cups (145) are divided into a first suction cup group and a second suction cup group, the first suction cup group is arranged at one end of the suction frame (144) and is used for conveying materials from the first lifting table (10) to the feeding table (130), the second suction cup group is arranged at the other end of the suction frame (144) and is close to the gold stamping mechanism (200) relative to the first suction cup group, and the second suction cup group is used for conveying materials from the feeding table (130) to the gold stamping mechanism (200);
feeding and receiving device of gilding press still includes:
the first moving mechanism comprises a plurality of first feeding roller groups and a plurality of second feeding roller groups, each first feeding roller group comprises a plurality of first feeding rollers (160) protruding at least partially from the feeding table (130), the plurality of first feeding roller groups are used for conveying materials from one end of the feeding table (130) close to the first lifting table (10) to one end of the feeding table (130) close to the gold stamping mechanism (200), each second feeding roller group comprises a plurality of second feeding rollers (170) protruding at least partially from the feeding table (130), the protruding heights of the first feeding rollers (160) relative to the feeding table (130) are equal to the protruding heights of the second feeding rollers (170) relative to the feeding table (130), the rotating direction of the first feeding rollers (160) is perpendicular to the rotating direction of the second feeding rollers (170), the first feeding rollers (160) and the second feeding rollers (170) are evenly distributed at intervals along the first feeding roller groups and the second feeding roller groups are perpendicular to the feeding roller groups (130), and the feeding roller groups are arranged at intervals along the first feeding roller groups and are perpendicular to the feeding roller groups.
2. The feeding and receiving device of a stamping machine according to claim 1, wherein the first receiving mechanism (320) comprises:
the first fixing plate (321) is positioned above the material receiving table (310) or is arranged adjacent to the material receiving table (310);
a second cylinder (325), the second cylinder (325) being movably disposed on the first fixing plate (321);
the first material receiving frame (323), the first material receiving frame (323) is connected with a piston rod of the second cylinder (325); and
the second suckers (324) are arranged at one ends, close to the material receiving table (310), of the first material receiving frames (323).
3. The feeding and receiving device of a stamping machine according to claim 2, wherein the second receiving mechanism (340) comprises:
a second fixed plate (341), wherein the second fixed plate (341) is connected with the second bracket (330);
a connection plate (346), wherein the connection plate (346) is movably arranged on the second fixed plate (341) and is positioned above the material receiving platform (310);
a third cylinder (345), the third cylinder (345) being fixedly connected to the connection plate (346);
a second material receiving frame (343), wherein the second material receiving frame (343) is connected with a piston rod of the third air cylinder (345); and
the third suckers (344) are arranged at one end, close to the material receiving table (310), of the second material receiving frame (343), and the installation direction of the third suckers (344) is perpendicular to the installation direction of the second suckers (324).
4. The feeding and receiving device of a stamping machine according to claim 2, further comprising:
the second moving mechanism comprises a plurality of first material collecting roller groups and a plurality of second material collecting roller groups, each first material collecting roller group comprises a plurality of first material collecting rollers (350) which are at least partially protruded from the material collecting table (310), the first material collecting roller groups are used for conveying materials from one end of the material collecting table (310) close to the gold stamping mechanism (200) to one end of the material collecting table (310) far away from the gold stamping mechanism (200), each second material collecting roller group comprises a plurality of second material collecting rollers (360) which are at least partially protruded from the material collecting table (310), the protruded heights of the first material collecting rollers (350) are equal to those of the second material collecting rollers (360) relative to the material collecting table (310), the rotating directions of the first material collecting rollers (350) are perpendicular to the rotating directions of the second material collecting rollers (360), the second material collecting rollers (360) are evenly distributed on the material collecting table (310), and the second material collecting rollers (360) are perpendicular to the material collecting roller groups, and the material collecting roller groups are evenly distributed on the other side of the material collecting table (310).
5. The feeding and receiving device of a stamping machine according to claim 2, further comprising:
the first driving mechanism comprises a first guide rail (111), a first motor (112), a second slider (114) and a first synchronous belt (113), wherein the first guide rail (111) is installed on the frame (100), the second slider (114) is slidably arranged on the first guide rail (111), the first motor (112) and the frame arm (150) are both fixed on the second slider (114), the first synchronous belt (113) is arranged on the frame (100) and two ends of the first synchronous belt are fixed relative to the frame (100), a first synchronous wheel which synchronously rotates with the first synchronous belt is arranged on an output shaft of the first motor (112), and the first synchronous wheel is matched with the first synchronous belt (113) and is positioned between the first synchronous belt (113) and the frame (100).
6. The feeding and receiving device of a stamping machine according to claim 2, further comprising:
the second driving mechanism comprises a third guide rail (322), a second motor (327), a third sliding block (328) and a second synchronous belt (326), wherein the third guide rail (322) is arranged on the first fixed plate (321), the third sliding block (328) is slidably arranged on the third guide rail (322), the second motor (327) and the second air cylinder (325) are fixedly arranged on the third sliding block (328), the second synchronous belt (326) is arranged on the first fixed plate (321) and two ends of the second synchronous belt are fixed relative to the first fixed plate (321), and an output shaft of the second motor (327) is provided with a second synchronous wheel which synchronously rotates with the second motor (327), and the second synchronous wheel is matched with the second synchronous belt (326) and is positioned between the second synchronous belt (326) and the first fixed plate (321).
