Abstract

本发明公开了一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置,包括用于粗级破碎的一级破碎仓和位于一级破碎仓下方的用于二次破碎的二级破碎仓,所述一级破碎仓上端设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置带旋转轴承的旋转电机,所述旋转轴承穿过一级破碎仓并延伸至二级破碎仓,所述旋转轴承上固定有破碎装置。本发明的一级破碎仓对垃圾进行初步的破碎,达到直径要求的垃圾经第一滤板进入二级破碎仓进行进一步的破碎,达到直径要求的垃圾经第二滤板进入出料仓,为确保垃圾能达到直径要求,设置的对流装置可以翻转垃圾,使得垃圾进行反复的破碎,经破碎的垃圾能在焚烧时显著提高燃烧效率,同时也减少了焚烧后的垃圾处理成本,加速了焚烧进程。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活垃圾处理装置,尤其涉及一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置。
背景技术
城市生活垃圾排放所产生的环境污染及其妥善治理是我国亟待解决的问题之一。随着社会和生产的发展,所产生的垃圾也会越来越多,以烟台市为例,2005年,每日约产生生活垃圾1000吨,到2014年,每日产生的生活垃圾约1950吨。随着烟台城市人口的增多、市民生活水平的不断提高及城乡一体化,近十年来,烟台市的生活垃圾几乎翻了一倍。
而随着人们环保意识的不断加强,要求人们能更加科学地处理和处置垃圾。生活垃圾常见的处理方式有:填埋、堆肥和焚烧3种方式。填埋处理方法是一种最通用的垃圾处理方法,它的最大特点是处理费用低,方法简单,但容易造成地下水资源的二次污染。随着城市垃圾量的增加,靠近城市的适用的填埋场地愈来愈少,开辟远距离填埋场地又大大提高了垃圾排放费用,这样高昂的费用甚至无法承受。堆肥处理对垃圾要进行分拣、分类,要求垃圾的有机含量较高,且堆肥处理不能减量化,仍需占用大量土地。焚烧法作为先进的垃圾处理技术充分体现了垃圾处理的无害化、减量化和资源化原则得到了日益广泛的应用。
但是,如果将分类出来的垃圾直接燃烧,燃烧效率低,燃烧后的物质处理成本高,从整体上增加了垃圾的燃烧成本,且降低了垃圾焚烧的进程。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对垃圾直接燃烧导致的燃烧效率低,燃烧后的物质处理成本高,从整体上增加了垃圾的燃烧成本,且降低了垃圾焚烧的进程的问题,本发明提供一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置,包括用于粗级破碎的一级破碎仓和位于一级破碎仓下方的用于二次破碎的二级破碎仓,所述一级破碎仓下端设置有大直径的第一滤板,所述二级破碎仓下端设置有小直径的第二滤板,所述一级破碎仓上方设置有进料口,所述第二滤板下方设置有出料仓,所述出料仓两侧设置有液压缸,所述出料仓底部焊接有底板,所述底板顶部两侧焊接有支架,所述支架上设置有对流装置,所述一级破碎仓上端设置有盖板,所述盖板上设置带旋转轴承的旋转电机,所述旋转轴承穿过一级破碎仓并延伸至二级破碎仓,所述旋转轴承上固定有破碎装置。
优选的,所述对流装置包括风机、风管a和分管b,所述风管a位于第一滤板下方且与第一滤板成一定倾斜度,所述风管b位于第二滤板上方且与第二滤板成一定倾斜角。
优选的,所述破碎装置包括位于旋转轴承上的破碎杆,所述破碎杆表面焊接有锯齿刀,所述一级破碎仓内的锯齿刀直径大于二级破碎仓。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的破碎仓包含一级破碎仓和二级破碎仓,一级破碎仓对垃圾进行初步的破碎,达到直径要求的垃圾经第一滤板进入二级破碎仓进行进一步的破碎,达到直径要求的垃圾经第二滤板进入出料仓,为确保垃圾能达到直径要求,设置的对流装置可以翻转垃圾,使得垃圾进行反复的破碎,经破碎的垃圾能在焚烧时显著提高燃烧效率,同时也减少了焚烧后的垃圾处理成本,加速了焚烧进程。

如图1所示,一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置,包括用于粗级破碎的一级破碎仓105和位于一级破碎仓105下方的用于二次破碎的二级破碎仓101,所述一级破碎仓105下端设置有大直径的第一滤板115,所述二级破碎仓101下端设置有小直径的第二滤板116,所述一级破碎仓105上方设置有进料口106,所述第二滤板116下方设置有出料仓113,所述出料仓113两侧设置有液压缸112,所述出料仓113底部焊接有底板,所述底板顶部两侧焊接有支架111,所述支架111上设置有对流装置,所述一级破碎仓105上端设置有盖板108,所述盖板108上设置带旋转轴承107的旋转电机109,所述旋转轴承107穿过一级破碎仓105并延伸至二级破碎仓101,所述旋转轴承107上固定有破碎装置。
破碎仓包含一级破碎仓105和二级破碎仓101,一级破碎仓105对垃圾进行初步的破碎,达到直径要求的垃圾经第一滤板115进入二级破碎仓101进行进一步的破碎,达到直径要求的垃圾经第二滤板116进入出料仓113,为确保垃圾能达到直径要求,设置的对流装置可以翻转垃圾,使得垃圾进行反复的破碎,经破碎的垃圾能在焚烧时显著提高燃烧效率,同时也减少了焚烧后的垃圾处理成本,加速了焚烧进程。
优选的,所述对流装置包括风机103、风管a104和分管b,所述风管a104位于第一滤板115下方且与第一滤板115成一定倾斜度,所述风管b102位于第二滤板116上方且与第二滤板116成一定倾斜角。设置一定的倾斜角,能提高风力提升第一滤板115和第二滤板116上堆积的垃圾的效率,加速垃圾的对流效应,从而使得垃圾反复破碎,增加燃烧效率。
优选的,所述破碎装置包括位于旋转轴承107上的破碎杆110,所述破碎杆110表面焊接有锯齿刀114,所述一级破碎仓105内的锯齿刀114直径大于二级破碎仓101。

1.一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置,其特征在于,包括用于粗级破碎的一级破碎仓(105)和位于一级破碎仓(105)下方的用于二次破碎的二级破碎仓(101),所述一级破碎仓(105)下端设置有大直径的第一滤板(115),所述二级破碎仓(101)下端设置有小直径的第二滤板(116),所述一级破碎仓(105)上方设置有进料口(106),所述第二滤板(116)下方设置有出料仓(113),所述出料仓(113)两侧设置有液压缸(112),所述出料仓(113)底部焊接有底板,所述底板顶部两侧焊接有支架(111),所述支架(111)上设置有对流装置,所述一级破碎仓(105)上端设置有盖板(108),所述盖板(108)上设置带旋转轴承(107)的旋转电机(109),所述旋转轴承(107)穿过一级破碎仓(105)并延伸至二级破碎仓(101),所述旋转轴承(107)上固定有破碎装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种垃圾处理前的双重碎化装置,其特征在于,所述对流装置包括风机(103)、风管a(104)和风管b(102),所述风管a(104)位于第一滤板(115)下方且与第一滤板(115)成一定倾斜度,所述风管b(102)位于第二滤板(116)上方且与第二滤板(116)成一定倾斜角。
