Background
The existing coating of the lithium ion electrode adopts wet coating, and the wet coating is to mix the active material of the lithium ion battery with a corresponding organic solvent and then coat the active material on a substrate in a transfer coating or extrusion coating mode. The plurality of first air outlets 241 are inclined upwards by a predetermined angle, wherein the inclined predetermined angle is between more than zero degrees and less than ninety degrees, the zero degrees are perpendicular to the side wall of the vertical mixer, all or part of the inclined predetermined angles of the plurality of first air outlets 241 are the same, or all or part of the inclined predetermined angles of the plurality of first air outlets 241 are different. When viewed from the vertical direction (from top to bottom), the first air outlets 241 form an included angle with the inner radius of the vertical mixer, and the included angle ranges from greater than zero degrees to less than ninety degrees, that is, the air blown out from the first air outlets 241 is not blown to the central position of the vertical mixer, but is inclined upwards.
The air outlet end of the first air supply device 24 is communicated with the plurality of first air outlets 241 through a first air outlet pipeline 242, and the dried air is blown out from the plurality of first air outlets 241, and forms a rotating air flow in the vertical mixer, and the rotating air flow is in an ascending shape. And after the rising rotating airflow is encountered by the dry powder in the falling process, the dry powder rises and rotates along with the rotating airflow, and when the dry powder rises to the position where the upper stirring structure is arranged, the upper stirring structure stirs the dry powder again. A first exhaust hole (not shown) is formed in the top of the vertical container 21, a first filter screen (not shown) is arranged on the first exhaust hole, and the first exhaust hole is communicated with the air inlet end of the first air supply device 24 through a first exhaust pipeline (not shown).
In this embodiment, the vertical mixer further includes a lower stirring structure (not identified), which is disposed on the bottom of the vertical mixer, and when a plurality of dry powders fall back to the bottom of the vertical mixer, the lower stirring structure stirs the dry powders. The lower stirring structure comprises a lower rotary driving structure 251 and a lower stirring blade 252, the lower rotary driving structure 251 is arranged outside the vertical stirrer, and a lower rotating shaft of the lower rotary driving structure 251 penetrates through a lower through hole (not shown) at the bottom of the vertical stirrer to be connected with the lower stirring blade 252. The lower rotation shaft of the lower rotation driving structure 251 drives the lower stirring blade 252 to rotate, and the lower stirring blade 252 stirs a plurality of dry powders falling back to the bottom of the vertical mixer. The lower rotation driving structure 251 employs a motor as a power source, and the lower rotation driving structure 251 is a related art, so that a detailed explanation of the structure thereof is not provided herein.
In this embodiment, the horizontal mixer includes a horizontal container 31 and a horizontal stirring device (not labeled), a horizontal stirring blade 32 of the horizontal stirring device is disposed in the horizontal container 31, a driving device 33 of the horizontal stirring device is disposed outside the horizontal container 31, a second feeding port is disposed on the top of the horizontal container 31, and a second discharging port is disposed on the bottom of the horizontal container 31.
In this embodiment, the apparatus further includes a first conveying pipe 100, one end of the first conveying pipe 100 is communicated with the first discharge port of the vertical container 21, the other end of the first conveying pipe 100 is communicated with the second feed port of the horizontal container 31, and a first valve 102 is disposed on the first conveying pipe 100.
The device also comprises a second conveying pipeline 101, one end of the second conveying pipeline 101 is communicated with a second discharge hole of the horizontal container 31, and a second valve 103 is arranged on the second conveying pipeline.
In this embodiment, the horizontal mixer further comprises a uniform powder falling structure 4, the uniform powder falling structure 4 is arranged on the horizontal mixer, the uniform powder falling structure 4 is communicated with the second feeding port, and the mixed dry powder basically uniformly falls into the horizontal mixer from the upper part of the horizontal mixer through the uniform powder falling structure 4.
The even powder falling structure 4 comprises a face mask 41, an electric cylinder 42, a rolling plate (not shown), a vibrating motor (not shown), a linear guide rail (not shown) and a sliding block (not shown), wherein the length of the face mask 41 is larger than or equal to that of the horizontal container 31, the face mask 41 is covered on the outer wall of the top of the horizontal container 31, the vibrating motor is arranged on the outer wall of the horizontal container 31, the linear guide rail is arranged on the inner wall of the face mask 41, the sliding block is arranged on the linear guide rail, the rolling plate is connected with the sliding block, the electric cylinder 42 is arranged outside one end of the face mask 41, and the driving end of the electric cylinder 42 penetrates through a hole in the face mask 41 to be connected with the rolling plate. Inside the mask 41, a number of through holes (not shown) are provided in the top side wall of the horizontal container 31, and the electric cylinder 42 may be replaced by a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder.
The second feeding port is formed in the face mask 41, mixed dry powder enters the face mask 41 from the second feeding port, the driving end of the electric cylinder 42 drives the rolling plate to slide back and forth on the linear guide rail, namely, the rolling plate moves back and forth in the face mask 41, the rolling plate rolls back and forth the mixed dry powder in the face mask 41, and the mixed dry powder uniformly falls into the horizontal mixer from a plurality of through holes. During the process of rolling the mixed dry powder in the mask 41 back and forth by the rolling plate, the vibration motor vibrates the outer wall of the horizontal container 31, so that the mixed dry powder more easily falls into the horizontal mixer from the plurality of through holes uniformly.
In this embodiment, the circulating device includes a circulating pump 51 and two circulating pipes 52, and the circulating pump 51 is a dry powder circulating pump 51. A circulation feed hole (not shown) is provided on the bottom of the horizontal container 31, and a circulation discharge hole (not shown) is provided on the top of the horizontal container 31. The circulating inlet of the circulating device is communicated with the circulating inlet hole at the bottom of the horizontal mixer through a circulating pipeline 52, and the circulating outlet of the circulating device is communicated with the circulating outlet hole at the top of the horizontal mixer through another circulating pipeline 52. The circulation device is arranged outside the horizontal mixer, namely the circulation pump 51 and the two circulation pipes 52 are arranged outside the horizontal mixer.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises an arc-shaped air flow structure (not shown), wherein a second air outlet pipeline of the arc-shaped air flow structure is arranged on the bottom of the horizontal mixer, and the second air outlet pipeline blows up the mixed dry powder at the bottom of the horizontal mixer.
The arc air current structure includes second air feeder (not shown) and a plurality of second air outlet pipe (not shown) be provided with a plurality of fixed perforation (not shown) on the lateral wall of horizontal container 31, second air feeder sets up on the outer wall of horizontal container 31, a plurality of second air outlet pipe's one end with second air feeder intercommunication, a plurality of second air outlet pipe's the other end passes a plurality of fixed perforation, a plurality of second air outlet pipe's the other end becomes the arc setting and is in on the arc inner wall of horizontal container 31, a plurality of second air outlet pipe's the other end the tip is located on the interior bottom surface of horizontal container 31. A second exhaust hole is formed in the middle of the horizontal container 31, a second filter screen is arranged on the second exhaust hole, and the second exhaust hole is communicated with the air inlet end of the second air supply device through a second exhaust pipeline.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the first valve 102 is closed and the second valve 103 is closed, the dry powder in the feeding container 11 is pumped into the first feeding hole 22 by the feeding pump, and a plurality of dry powders are sprayed onto the upper stirring structure from a plurality of first feeding holes 22 obliquely upwards. A portion of the dry powder impinges on the arcuate surface of the blade 234, splashing around; another portion of the dry powder is carried by the blades 234 and rotates therewith, during which another portion of the dry powder falls off the blades 234, i.e. another portion of the dry powder falls off from different spatial locations into different spatial locations of the stand mixer.
The first air supply device 24 supplies air to the plurality of first air outlets 241, and dry air is blown out from the plurality of first air outlets 241, thereby forming a rotating air flow in the vertical mixer, and the rotating air flow is in a rising shape. And after the rising rotating airflow is encountered by the dry powder in the falling process, the dry powder rises and rotates along with the rotating airflow, and when the dry powder rises to the position where the upper stirring structure is arranged, the upper stirring structure stirs the dry powder again. When a plurality of dry powders fall back to the bottom of the vertical mixer, the lower stirring structure stirs the dry powders, and the stirring direction of the lower stirring structure is opposite to that of the upper stirring structure.
After the dry powders are stirred in the vertical mixer for a predetermined time, the first valve 102 is opened, and the mixed dry powder enters the uniform powder falling structure 4. The mixed dry powder in the uniform powder falling structure 4 is driven to roll and vibrate back and forth, so that the mixed dry powder basically and uniformly falls into the horizontal stirrer, and the horizontal stirrer stirs the mixed dry powder.
In the stirring process, the circulating device conveys mixed dry powder at the bottom of the horizontal stirrer to the uniform powder falling structure 4, the mixed dry powder falls into the horizontal stirrer basically uniformly through the uniform powder falling structure 4 again, and the horizontal stirrer stirs the mixed dry powder again. And the arc-shaped airflow structure blows the mixed dry powder at the bottom of the horizontal mixer upwards.
After stirring in the horizontal mixer for a predetermined time, the second valve 103 is opened, and the mixed dry powder is output from the second discharge port of the horizontal mixer.
According to the invention, as the feeding devices, the vertical stirrer and the horizontal stirrer are adopted, the feeding devices are communicated with the first feeding holes on the side wall of the vertical stirrer, the feeding devices spray out dry powder upwards from the first feeding holes in an inclined way at a preset angle, and the vertical stirrer stirs the dry powder; after stirring for a preset time, the mixed dry powder is conveyed into a horizontal stirrer for stirring, in the stirring process, the circulating device conveys the mixed dry powder positioned at the bottom of the horizontal stirrer to the upper part of the horizontal stirrer, so that continuous feeding can be realized, and after the vertical stirrer and the horizontal stirrer are fully stirred, the mixed dry powder stirring device has the advantages of uniform stirring, high stirring efficiency, continuous feeding and the like.
Claims (6)
1. A method for continuously feeding and stirring dry powder, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
100. the plurality of feeding devices are used for rapidly spraying a plurality of dry powders upwards in an inclined manner at a preset angle from a plurality of first feeding holes on the side wall of the vertical mixer, and the vertical mixer is used for mixing a plurality of dry powders;
200. after stirring in the vertical stirrer for a preset time, conveying the mixed dry powder into a horizontal stirrer for stirring, and conveying the mixed dry powder positioned at the bottom of the horizontal stirrer to the upper part of the horizontal stirrer by a circulating device in the stirring process;
300. after stirring in the horizontal stirrer for a preset time, outputting mixed dry powder from a second discharge port of the horizontal stirrer;
in the step 100, a plurality of dry powders are sprayed onto an upper stirring structure positioned at the top of the vertical stirrer in an inclined and upward manner, and the upper stirring structure is used for stirring the plurality of dry powders;
in the step 100, when the dry powders fall back to the bottom of the vertical mixer, the lower stirring structure positioned at the bottom of the vertical mixer stirs the dry powders, and the stirring direction of the lower stirring structure is opposite to the stirring direction of the upper stirring structure.
2. The continuous feeding and stirring method of dry powder according to claim 1, wherein: in the step 200, the blended dry powder falls substantially uniformly into the horizontal mixer from the upper portion of the horizontal mixer through a uniform powder falling structure.
3. The continuous feeding and stirring method of dry powder according to claim 2, wherein: in step 200, an arcuate airflow structure blows the mixed dry powder up at the bottom of the horizontal mixer.

A dry powder continuous feeding and stirring device, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a plurality of feeding devices, a vertical stirrer and a horizontal stirrer, wherein the feeding devices are communicated with a plurality of first feeding holes on the side wall of the vertical stirrer, a first discharging hole of the vertical stirrer is communicated with a second feeding hole of the horizontal stirrer, a plurality of first feeding holes inclined upwards by a preset angle are formed in the side wall of the vertical stirrer, a circulating feeding hole of a circulating device is communicated with the bottom of the horizontal stirrer, and a circulating discharging hole of the circulating device is communicated with the upper part of the horizontal stirrer;
the plurality of feeding devices are used for rapidly spraying a plurality of dry powders upwards in an inclined manner at a preset angle from the plurality of first feeding holes, and the vertical stirrer is used for stirring the plurality of dry powders; after stirring in the vertical stirrer for a preset time, conveying the mixed dry powder into a horizontal stirrer for stirring, and conveying the mixed dry powder positioned at the bottom of the horizontal stirrer to the upper part of the horizontal stirrer by the circulating device in the stirring process; after stirring in the horizontal stirrer for a preset time, outputting mixed dry powder from a second discharge port of the horizontal stirrer;
the vertical stirrer comprises an upper stirring structure, the upper stirring structure is arranged on the top of the vertical stirrer, a plurality of dry powders are obliquely and upwards sprayed onto the upper stirring structure, and the upper stirring structure is used for stirring a plurality of dry powders;
the vertical mixer still includes down stirring structure, lower stirring structure sets up on the bottom of vertical mixer, when a plurality of dry powder fall back to the bottom of vertical mixer, lower stirring structure stirs it, lower stirring structure's stirring direction with go up stirring structure's stirring direction is opposite.

The continuous dry powder feeding and stirring apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the horizontal mixer is characterized by further comprising a uniform powder falling structure, wherein the uniform powder falling structure is arranged on the horizontal mixer, the uniform powder falling structure is communicated with the second feeding port, and mixed dry powder basically and uniformly falls into the horizontal mixer from the upper part of the horizontal mixer through the uniform powder falling structure.

The continuous dry powder feeding and stirring apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the dry powder stirring device is characterized by further comprising an arc-shaped air flow structure, wherein a second air outlet pipeline of the arc-shaped air flow structure is arranged on the bottom of the horizontal stirrer, and the second air outlet pipeline blows up mixed dry powder at the bottom of the horizontal stirrer.
