Abstract

Description
本发明涉及到对人体足部未经矫正手术的前掌内翻足即通常所称的弯化平足症进行矫正。
人的脚部起到一吸震器和一脚趾离地用的刚性杠杆的作用。在脚触地的通常状态下,当脚跟下落时,脚部会内翻。当脚跟触地时,脚部会因吸收了震动而抖动。此后,所承受的重量会从脚跟沿着脚的横向边缘转移,直至到达第五蹠骨的趾骨关节或拇趾球。然后,所承受的重量会通过拇趾球转移到大脚趾。
由于有弯化平足症的人的前脚掌没有作矫正手术(即第一蹠骨仍保持在高于地面),所以在不用力使脚内翻的情况下,前脚掌不会落定到地面。换句话说,为了使大脚趾落地,人就必须使其脚移向内侧,在这个过程中,人脚决不可能获得外翻足或正常脚所能得到的刚性状态。
在外翻足或正常脚的情况下,第一蹠骨总能接触到地面,而其活动则产生于中间的跗骨关节。该中间跗骨关节略微转动,然后锁定从而人能靠大脚趾使脚趾离地。有内翻足的人不能做上述动作,这是因为,除非该人将其脚踝向内侧转动,否则他无法使第一蹠骨着地。本发明能使有弯化平足症的人在不向内侧转动脚踝的情况下靠大脚趾使脚趾离地。
在专利技术中,讨论了矫正人脚疾病的思想,并在多种装置中体现了这些思想。
例如,公布于1952年11月4日、Darby的题为“行走角度矫正鞋”的美国专利第2616190号说明了一种用于矫正起因于足部不正确承重的足部及腿部疾病的装置。Darby试图通过提高带有外部高前底的鞋的中部侧面来达到上述目的。但Darby并未打算为有弯化平足症的人服务,这是因为有弯化平足症的人脚跟能保持在还算正常的位置上。不正常的解剖结构出现于距骨与舟骨的关节(距骨一舟骨关节)处以及跟骨与骰骨关节(跟骨一骰骨关节)内,这两个关节构成了中间跗骨关节。Darby所矫正的问题与本发明所矫正的问题,差别在于:在弯化平足中,只有前脚掌处于未矫正的内翻足状态。因此,Darby的发明并不能矫正弯化平足症,这是因为,该发明试图矫正不需任何矫正的脚跟部。
公布于1986年4月1日、Talarico的题为“前脚掌补偿鞋”的美国专利第4578882号说明了一种有角度的楔形鞋底,此鞋底从前脚掌的侧面朝向脚中部向上倾斜,从而减少了过度的脚内翻并使该脚起到一有效的支点及杆杠的作用,以便用最小的运动消耗的最小的正常脚的变形作走步运动或跑步运动。如果脚中部未处于外翻状态,那么,脚在中部处仍要外翻。Talarico所做的楔形底始于第五蹠骨的根部并呈锥形弯向第一蹠骨。这就使该脚的中部完全不受支承。对有一只正常脚的、能使该脚的中部外翻的病人来说,不会有任何事情发生。而对有弯化平足症的病人来说,他无法使其脚的中部正常地外翻,而且,该脚的整个足穹会塌陷,脚前掌也会落定在地面上。如Talarico的样品那样,如果脚前掌被一楔形物所补偿且脚中部不受支承,则会产生不合理的动作,即:该楔形物使脚前掌内翻,而脚中部则外翻。这正是引起弯化平足疼痛的原因并反映出该装置具有局限性。
先有技术并未涉及到一加高了的楔形物配合形式,该配合形式用于脚前掌及脚中部,同时使正常位置上的脚跟平放在地面上。
对本技术的专家来说,根据附图阅读以下的说明及描述,能够很容易地了解本发明的优越之处以及其它目的和优点。
本发明提供了一种与具有预定长度与宽度以及脚前掌部分、脚中部部分和后跟部分的鞋相配合使用的矫正用脚垫,它包括:

本文说明了一种矫正用脚垫,它在此实际是指一种具有一鞋底、鞋的内插件或鞋垫之类的、用于有未经矫正手术的前掌内翻足即通常所称弯化平足症患者的鞋。此矫正用脚垫是在不考虑脚大小的情况下,根据对脚形的研究表明每只外翻足均具有相同的形状而制做出来的。有两个区域为有缺陷的脚提供支承。脚垫的脚中部部分始于脚跟与脚中部连接部分并随即向前升高以支承脚的中部,这是调节内翻足的关键。由于Talaric的发明不具备这类脚中部支承物,所以本发明的脚中部支承物是优于Talarico的发明的显著特征。
本发明脚垫的前掌部分位于正常鞋底的顶部或用作可替换的鞋垫并从两个内脚趾的前端向后延伸一定距离,但未将脚跟包括进来。脚垫的前掌部分主要抬高前两个蹠骨并向前延续以支承这两个脚趾。随着脚垫的轮廓从中部到后部,其高度是减少的,从而使第三、第四和第五蹠骨处于自然平放位置。因而所述矫正用脚垫可通过抑制脚中部的内翻而调节脚中部的外翻。整个的第一、第二蹠骨以及两个内脚趾均被抬高到一定位置,以便补偿前掌内翻足,而且,该矫正用脚垫能在使用过程中保持整个脚部的正常配合,位置、运动以及功能等,同时还能使脚跟处于正常位置。而Darby的发明则使脚跟部分地抬高,这在本发明中是不存在的。

参照图1,它显示了矫正用脚垫3的脚前掌1部分与脚中部2和在矫正脚垫3顶部的人脚5的外轮廓的配合形式。本发明能起一矫正用脚垫3的作用,此脚垫可用于有未经矫正手术的前掌内翻足即通常所称的弯化平足的患者。所述矫正用脚垫3是在不考虑脚大小的情况下,根据对弯化平足形状的研究表明每只外翻足均具有相同的形状而制作出来的。
对所有弯化平足来说,上述“相同形状”之所以有意义的理由是:可用一种办法就能矫正所有的弯化平足问题。如果在要使脚趾离地时抬起第一蹠骨以便使脚的中部保持外翻,人就要靠大脚趾使脚趾离地,那么,就已矫正了未经矫正手术的弯化平足症中的前掌内翻。
有两个区域为弯化平足提供支承。脚垫的脚中部部分2大致为椭圆形,始于脚跟的前部边界处并随即升高以支承脚的中部,这是调节内翻足的关键。脚中部部分2还由位于其下方的脚前掌部分所支承。
脚前掌部分1位于正常鞋底4的顶部并从人脚5的两个内脚趾的前端向后延伸一定距离,但未将脚跟包括进来。脚前掌部分1的厚度和宽度基本上是均匀的,并且宽度扩展约为鞋宽度的一半,长度从鞋的前端延伸并终止于鞋跟部分前方。脚前掌部分,主要抬高前两个蹠骨并向前延续以支承这两个脚趾。
随着脚垫的轮廓中部到后部,其高度是减小的,从而使第三、第四及第五蹠骨处于自然平放位置。所述矫正用脚垫通过防止脚中部内翻而调节了该脚中部的外翻。整个的第一、第二蹠骨以及两个内脚趾均被抬高到一定位置,以便补偿前掌内翻足,而且,本矫正用脚垫3能在使用过程中保持整个脚部的正常配合、位置、运动以及功能等,同时还能使脚跟处于正常位置。
Claims (2)
1.一种与具有预定长度与宽度以及脚前掌部分、脚中部部分和后跟部分的鞋相配合使用的矫正用脚垫,它包括:
一有均匀厚度的升高了的脚前掌部分,此脚前掌部分扩展约为鞋宽度的一半从而能在两个内部脚趾之下延伸,此脚前掌部分还从鞋的前端延伸至小于鞋长度的距离处,即它终止于鞋跟部分的前方,而且,此脚前掌部分在整体长度上具有与位于所述两个内部脚趾之下的部分基本相同的宽度;以及
一基本呈椭圆形的用于支承蹠骨的脚中部部分,此脚中部部分与所述升高了的脚前掌部分的上面相连接并从其前端延伸至小于鞋长度的距离处,而终止于鞋跟部分的前方。
2.如权利要求1所述之矫正用脚垫,其特征在于,所述的脚垫是可替换的。
