Under the condition that the intelligent mobile terminal is used as a third-party data source, data interaction is carried out with the data center through a software service built in the terminal and a data encryption card hardware device (such as a TF encryption card) as a data encryption and decryption module, and the data encryption and decryption module is used as a pseudo data center at the intelligent mobile terminal side and according to a pre-processing flow specification (including but not limited to an information encryption and decryption technical specification) approved by the data center.
In practical applications, please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic network topology diagram of a third-party information system in the system and method for implementing community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on a ring network according to the present invention. For a third-party information system capable of directly accessing data through the WEB SERVICE API, the third-party information system is used as a pseudo data center on the side of the third-party information system by deploying a local encryption database and an encryption and decryption server, is responsible for data interfacing with the third-party information system, and performs data interaction with the data center according to information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center. Through a network architecture of the pseudo data center, a local encryption database and an encryption and decryption server are deployed and used for butt joint packaging of a data interface of a third-party information system, processing is carried out according to information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center, data is encrypted before data is sent outside, or data is decrypted after data is obtained from outside. Whether the data are acquired from the third-party information system or the data center, the relevant data are required to be preprocessed such as conversion, encryption and decryption and the like so as to shield the difference between different information systems.
In practical applications, please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic network topology diagram of a third-party heterogeneous network in the system and method for implementing community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on a ring network according to the present invention. For a third-party heterogeneous network/private network of law enforcement agencies such as judicial authorities and public security, a local encryption database, an encryption and decryption server, a data security exchange server and cross-network data exchange equipment are deployed to serve as a pseudo data center on the third-party heterogeneous network/private network side, and are responsible for data file exchange and data docking, conversion and storage according to requirements of the heterogeneous network/private network and data interaction with a data center according to information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center. Through a network architecture of a pseudo data center, a local encryption database, an encryption and decryption server, a data security exchange server and cross-network data exchange equipment (including but not limited to a network gate, a grating and the like) are deployed, and the automation of data exchange is realized by the cross-network data exchange equipment in an asynchronous file exchange mode; the data security exchange server is supported to use a data storage technology required by a third-party heterogeneous network/private network, so that the technical requirements of temporary data storage and conversion are met; and the preprocessing rules of the local encryption database and the encryption and decryption server before receiving or sending the related data are supported.
In practical application, by the technical solution, data of a third-party data source can be acquired, sorted and subjected to preliminary preprocessing according to requirements, and then data interaction is performed with a data center through a pseudo data center according to information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center. Similarly, the data center and the third-party data source are similar in forward and reverse transmission and operation of data. The method can integrate several related links into a complete multi-department combined linkage whole body which is cross-network and cross-information system, and meets the requirements of big data summarization and analysis, data statistical report formation and visual data statistical report feedback to corresponding departments.
In practical application, the pseudo data center at the intelligent mobile terminal side combines a hardware encryption card (including but not limited to hardware devices such as a TF data encryption card) through a built-in software module of the mobile terminal, and according to a data encryption and decryption rule required by the data center, before data acquired by the mobile intelligent terminal is transmitted to the outside or before data received from the outside is transmitted to the inside of the intelligent mobile terminal, preprocessing of data encryption and decryption is required.
In practical application, a pseudo data center at the third-party information system side is established by deploying a local encryption database and an encryption and decryption server, and the server is responsible for butting and locally encrypting and storing data of the third-party information system; before data acquired from a third-party information system is transmitted to the outside or before data received from the outside is transmitted to the third-party information system, preprocessing of data encryption and decryption is required.
In practical application, the pseudo data center on the third-party heterogeneous network/private network side is established by deploying a local encryption database and an encryption and decryption server, a data security exchange server and a cross-network data exchange device, the cross-network data exchange device (including but not limited to a gatekeeper/a grating/a compact disc ferry, etc.) exchanges data files with the third-party heterogeneous network/private network in an asynchronous file exchange manner, and the files obtained through exchange are stored in the data security exchange server according to the storage requirements (including but not limited to an encryption form, a data format, etc.) of the third-party heterogeneous network/private network. The local encryption database and the encryption and decryption server use certain rules and algorithms to encrypt and decrypt and store the data of the data security exchange server; before the encrypted and decrypted data are transmitted to the outside or the data received from the outside are transmitted to the data security exchange server, the data are required to be subjected to secondary encryption and decryption preprocessing.
The system and the method for realizing community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on the ring network have the following beneficial effects:
effect 1: the server with the annular network structure is deployed on the data center side, credible data bidirectional interaction with the pseudo data centers on different third-party data source sides is supported, and the data acquisition, aggregation and information feedback in community drug rehabilitation or community rehabilitation services are met, and the technical requirements of connection with a third-party information system or a third-party heterogeneous network/private network are met.
Effect 2: at the intelligent mobile terminal side, after terminal data are sent out according to information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by a data center through a data encryption and decryption module realized by combining terminal built-in software with a hardware encryption card, a relevant data receiver needs to process the terminal data according to the information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center, and the data content can be correctly read. Similarly, the data sent by the data center to the terminal must be correctly interpreted by matching with the data encryption and decryption module at the terminal side.
Effect 3: in a pseudo data center of a third-party information system directly accessible through the WEB SERVICE API, the acquired data is stored through a local encryption database and an encryption and decryption server, and the data is preprocessed before being sent according to information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center, so that after the data is sent, a data receiver has to process the data according to the information preprocessing flow specifications (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technologies) approved by the data center, and the data can be normally interpreted. Correspondingly, data fed back from the data center to the third-party information system must be reversely decrypted through the pseudo data center to confirm that the data are real and effective, and are preprocessed according to the technical requirements of the third-party information system and then introduced into the third-party information system.
Effect 4: in a pseudo data center at the third-party heterogeneous network/private network side, complex, repeated and fussy file asynchronous exchange of traditional manual processing can be automatically completed through cross-network data exchange equipment; converting and storing the acquired data according to the technical requirements of a third-party heterogeneous network/private network through a data security exchange server; the acquired data is stored through the local encryption database and the encryption and decryption server, and the data is preprocessed before being sent according to the information preprocessing flow specification (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technology) approved by the data center, so that after the data is sent, a data receiver can normally read the data according to the information preprocessing flow specification (including but not limited to encryption and decryption technology) approved by the data center. Correspondingly, data fed back from the data center to the third-party heterogeneous network/private network must be reversely decrypted through the pseudo data center to confirm that the data is real and effective, and the data is preprocessed in the data security exchange server according to the technical requirements of the third-party heterogeneous network/private network side and then is guided into the third-party heterogeneous network/private network.

Claims (7)

1. A system for realizing community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on a ring network is characterized in that the system is a data center system taking the ring network as a center, and the data center system can perform bidirectional data interaction with a third-party data source;
the data center system comprises:
the ring network is used for supporting different data services and data interaction;
the local encryption and decryption module is connected with the ring network and used for providing data service to the outside;
the remote terminal control module is connected with the annular network and used for sending out a control instruction according to a predefined rule;
the business server is connected with the ring network and is used for bearing business services;
the third-party data source comprises an intelligent mobile terminal, a third-party information system and data of a third-party heterogeneous network, and the third-party information system can directly access the data through a Web Service Api port;
the third-party heterogeneous network comprises a third-party heterogeneous pseudo data center and third-party heterogeneous intranet equipment, wherein the third-party heterogeneous pseudo data center is connected with the third-party heterogeneous intranet equipment and is connected with the data center system through a network;
the third party heterogeneous pseudo data center comprises:
the second data encryption and decryption module is connected with the local encryption and decryption module through a network and used for carrying out encryption and decryption services on the data of the third-party heterogeneous pseudo data center according to the pre-processing flow specification approved by the data center and finishing data interaction with the data center system;
the cross-network data exchange equipment is connected with the third-party heterogeneous intranet equipment, is connected with the second data encryption and decryption module through a data security exchange server, and is used for finishing the security interaction of data between the data center system and the third-party heterogeneous intranet equipment according to the pre-processing flow specification approved by the data center;
the intelligent mobile terminal comprises a built-in software service and a data encryption card hardware device which are used as a data encryption and decryption module, is used as a pseudo data center at the intelligent mobile terminal side, and performs data interaction with the data center according to the pre-processing flow specification approved by the data center.
2. The system for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on the ring network as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control command includes turning on the camera, turning off the camera, and acquiring the geographical location information.
3. The system for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on ring network as claimed in claim 1, wherein said intelligent mobile terminal comprises:
the service module is used for bearing external services;
the terminal controlled module is connected with the service module, is connected with the remote terminal control module through a network and is used for correspondingly processing the service borne by the service module according to the control instruction;
and the intelligent terminal pseudo data center is connected with the terminal controlled module, is connected with the local encryption and decryption module through a network, and is used for providing encryption and decryption services for the processed service data and finishing data interaction with the data center system.
4. The system for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on ring network as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inter-network data exchange device is a gatekeeper or a grating.
5. The system for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on ring network as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inter-network data exchange device exchanges data with the third-party heterogeneous intranet in an asynchronous file exchange manner.

The system for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on ring network as claimed in claim 1, wherein the data center system can interact with the intelligent mobile terminal, the third party information system and the third party heterogeneous network data bidirectionally, and form a visual data statistical table to feed back to the required department.
7. A method for community drug rehabilitation and rehabilitation based on the system of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
(1) establishing a data center system taking a ring network as a center;
(2) a local encryption and decryption module, a remote terminal management and control module and a service server are deployed in the data center system;
(3) performing bidirectional data interaction with the third-party data source;
the step (3) comprises the following three parallel processing steps:
(3.1) performing bidirectional data interaction with the intelligent mobile terminal;
(3.2) performing bidirectional data interaction with the third-party information system;
(3.3) performing bidirectional data interaction with the third-party heterogeneous network;
the step (3.1) comprises the following steps:
(3.1.1) the service module bears external services;
(3.1.2) the terminal controlled module receives the control instruction of the remote terminal control module and correspondingly processes the service loaded by the service module;
(3.1.3) the intelligent terminal pseudo data center provides encryption and decryption services for the processed service data and completes data interaction with the data center system;
the step (3.3) comprises the following steps:
(3.3.1) the second data encryption and decryption module performs encryption and decryption service on the data of the third-party heterogeneous pseudo data center and completes data interaction with the data center system;
(3.3.2) the inter-network data exchange device is used for completing the safe interaction of the data between the data center system and the third-party heterogeneous intranet device in an asynchronous file exchange mode.
