Abstract

本发明涉及通风增氧装置技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能室内通风增氧机及其控制方法,包括通过管道连接的室内机和室外机,所述管道上设置有电磁阀,所述室外机上设置有室外进气口,所述室内机上设置有室内进气口、风机、出气口和空气质量监测系统,所述室内进气口处设置有电磁阀,所述出气口处设置有制氧装置。本发明所述的多功能室内通风增氧机可根据具体情况选择室内、室外进气,而且还具有空气净化功能和空气质量监测功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及通风增氧装置技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能室内通风增氧机及其控制方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的日益提高,人们开始逐渐重视室内环境的质量,其中室内通风增氧机是用于帮助室内实现通风和调节氧气含量的装置。现有技术中的室内通风增氧机一般是通过室内、室外换风来实现通风目的,然而在夏季和冬季,室内、外温差较大,若直接通过室外通风会使室内空气温度变化较大,影响室内舒适度。而且,现有技术中的室内通风增氧机不具有空气净化功能和空气质量监测功能,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种多功能室内通风增氧机。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种多功能室内通风增氧机,包括通过管道连接的室内机和室外机,所述管道上设置有电磁阀,所述室外机上设置有室外进气口,所述室内机上设置有室内进气口、风机、出气口和空气质量监测系统,所述室内进气口处设置有电磁阀,所述出气口处设置有制氧装置;所述空气质量监测系统包括控制器、显示面板和空气质量传感器,所述电磁阀、电磁阀、制氧装置、风机、显示面板和空气质量传感器均与控制器电连接,显示面板可以显示监测到的空气质量信息;所述室内机内设置有空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置包括除尘过滤装置、空气净化液吸附过滤装置和杀菌消毒装置。
作为优选,所述空气质量传感器包括PM2.5传感器、有机气体传感器、细菌传感器、O2含量传感器和温度传感器。
作为优选,所述室外机上也设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与控制器电连接。
作为优选,所述除尘过滤装置包括无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网,所述无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网均可拆卸,可以方便的拆洗和替换。
作为优选,所述空气净化液吸附过滤装置包括空气净化液过滤网、空气净化液储槽、空气净化液喷淋装置和水泵,所述水泵的进液口通过管道与空气净化液储槽连通,所述水泵的出液口通过管道与空气净化液喷淋装置的进液口连通,所述空气净化液喷淋装置设置在空气净化液过滤网的正上方,所述空气净化液储槽上设置有与空气净化液过滤网相连的空气净化液回流口,所述水泵与控制器电连接,空气净化液可以循环使用,节约资源。
作为优选,所述杀菌消毒装置内设置有紫外杀菌消毒灯。
作为优选,所述室外进气口和室内进气口外均可拆卸的设置有过滤网,可以初步过滤掉大颗粒杂质,防止堵塞管道。
本发明还提供了上述多功能室内通风增氧机的控制方法,包括:
设置工作参数,所述工作参数包括:空气质量控制参数、通风增氧机工作状态控制参数,所述空气质量控制参数包括:PM2.5含量控制参数、温度参数、细菌含量控制参数、有机气体含量控制参数、O2含量控制参数;
采集空气质量信息,所述空气质量信息包括:PM2.5监测数据、温度监测数据、细菌监测数据、有机气体监测数据、O2含量监测数据;
根据所述采集的空气质量信息,对比空气质量控制参数,对通风增氧机的工作状态进行调节控制,所述调节控制包括:控制进气路径、控制显示面板显示的空气质量信息数据、控制水泵运行、控制氧装置运行、控制风机风速。
作为优选,所述控制进气路径包括:对比设置的温度参数,当采集的室内温度和室外温度差超过设置的温度参数时,控制电磁阀关闭、电磁阀开启,使通风增氧机由室内进气;当采集的室内温度和室外温度差小于设置的温度参数时,控制电磁阀开启、电磁阀关闭,使通风增氧机由室外进气。
由此可见,本发明所述的多功能室内通风增氧机可根据具体情况选择室内、室外进气,而且还具有空气净化功能和空气质量监测功能。与现有技术相比具有实质性特点和进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

下面结合实施例,并结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步具体说明。
实施1
如图1所示,一种多功能室内通风增氧机,包括通过管道3连接的室内机1和室外机2,所述管道3上设置有电磁阀 7,所述室外机2上设置有室外进气口4,所述室内机1上设置有室内进气口8、风机5、出气口6和空气质量监测系统,所述室内进气口8处设置有电磁阀 18,所述出气口6处设置有制氧装置16;所述空气质量监测系统包括控制器、显示面板和空气质量传感器,所述电磁阀 7、电磁阀 18、制氧装置16、风机5、显示面板和空气质量传感器均与控制器电连接;所述室内机1内设置有空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置包括除尘过滤装置、空气净化液吸附过滤装置和杀菌消毒装置,空气首先经过除尘过滤装置进行除尘处理,然后进入空气净化液吸附过滤装置内将有毒、有害的有机气体去处,然后进入杀菌消毒装置进行杀菌处理,最后从出气口处吹出到室内,出气口6处的制氧装置可以根据需要增加空气内的氧气含量。
作为优选,所述空气质量传感器包括PM2.5传感器、有机气体传感器、细菌传感器、O2含量传感器和温度传感器。
作为优选,所述室外机2上也设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与控制器电连接。
作为优选,所述除尘过滤装置包括无纺布过滤网9和光触媒过滤网10,所述无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网均可拆卸。
作为优选,所述空气净化液吸附过滤装置包括空气净化液过滤网11、空气净化液储槽12、空气净化液喷淋装置13和水泵14,所述水泵14的进液口通过管道与空气净化液储槽12连通,所述水泵14的出液口通过管道与空气净化液喷淋装置13的进液口连通,所述空气净化液喷淋装置13设置在空气净化液过滤网11的正上方,所述空气净化液储槽上设置有与空气净化液过滤网相连的空气净化液回流口15,所述水泵14与控制器电连接。
作为优选,所述杀菌消毒装置内设置有紫外杀菌消毒灯16。
作为优选,所述室外进气口4和室内进气口8外均可拆卸的设置有过滤网17。
上述多功能室内通风增氧机的控制方法,包括:
设置工作参数,所述工作参数包括:空气质量控制参数、通风增氧机工作状态控制参数,所述空气质量控制参数包括:PM2.5含量控制参数、温度参数、细菌含量控制参数、有机气体含量控制参数、O2含量控制参数;
采集空气质量信息,所述空气质量信息包括:PM2.5监测数据、温度监测数据、细菌监测数据、有机气体监测数据、O2含量监测数据;
根据所述采集的空气质量信息,对比空气质量控制参数,对通风增氧机的工作状态进行调节控制,所述调节控制包括:控制进气路径、控制显示面板显示的空气质量信息数据、控制水泵运行、控制氧装置运行、控制风机风速。
作为优选,所述控制进气路径包括:对比设置的温度参数,当采集的室内温度和室外温度差超过设置的温度参数时,控制电磁阀关闭、电磁阀开启,使通风增氧机由室内进气;当采集的室内温度和室外温度差小于设置的温度参数时,控制电磁阀开启、电磁阀关闭,使通风增氧机由室外进气。

1.一种多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:包括通过管道(3)连接的室内机(1)和室外机(2),所述管道(3)上设置有电磁阀(7),所述室外机(2)上设置有室外进气口(4),所述室内机(1)上设置有室内进气口(8)、风机(5)、出气口(6)和空气质量监测系统,所述室内进气口(8)处设置有电磁阀(18),所述出气口(6)处设置有制氧装置(16);所述空气质量监测系统包括控制器、显示面板和空气质量传感器,所述电磁阀(7)、电磁阀(18)、制氧装置(16)、风机(5)、显示面板和空气质量传感器均与控制器电连接;所述室内机(1)内设置有空气净化装置,所述空气净化装置包括除尘过滤装置、空气净化液吸附过滤装置和杀菌消毒装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:所述空气质量传感器包括PM2.5传感器、有机气体传感器、细菌传感器、O2含量传感器和温度传感器。
3.如权利要求1所述的多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:所述室外机(2)上也设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器与控制器电连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:所述除尘过滤装置包括无纺布过滤网(9)和光触媒过滤网(10),所述无纺布过滤网和光触媒过滤网均可拆卸。
5.如权利要求1所述的多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:所述空气净化液吸附过滤装置包括空气净化液过滤网(11)、空气净化液储槽(12)、空气净化液喷淋装置(13)和水泵(14),所述水泵(14)的进液口通过管道与空气净化液储槽(12)连通,所述水泵(14)的出液口通过管道与空气净化液喷淋装置(13)的进液口连通,所述空气净化液喷淋装置(13)设置在空气净化液过滤网(11)的正上方,所述空气净化液储槽上设置有与空气净化液过滤网相连的空气净化液回流口(15),所述水泵(14)与控制器电连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:所述杀菌消毒装置内设置有紫外杀菌消毒灯(16)。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述的多功能室内通风增氧机,其特征在于:所述室外进气口(4)和室内进气口(8)外均可拆卸的设置有过滤网(17)。
8.权利要求1-7任一所述的多功能室内通风增氧机的控制方法,包括:
设置工作参数,所述工作参数包括:空气质量控制参数、通风增氧机工作状态控制参数,所述空气质量控制参数包括:PM2.5含量控制参数、温度参数、细菌含量控制参数、有机气体含量控制参数、O2含量控制参数;
采集空气质量信息,所述空气质量信息包括:PM2.5监测数据、温度监测数据、细菌监测数据、有机气体监测数据、O2含量监测数据;
根据所述采集的空气质量信息,对比空气质量控制参数,对通风增氧机的工作状态进行调节控制,所述调节控制包括:控制进气路径、控制显示面板显示的空气质量信息数据、控制水泵运行、控制氧装置运行、控制风机风速。
9.如权利要求8所述的多功能室内通风增氧机的控制方法,其特征在于,所述控制进气路径包括:对比设置的温度参数,当采集的室内温度和室外温度差超过设置的温度参数时,控制电磁阀关闭、电磁阀开启,使通风增氧机由室内进气;当采集的室内温度和室外温度差小于设置的温度参数时,控制电磁阀开启、电磁阀关闭,使通风增氧机由室外进气。
