Abstract

本发明提供了一种臭氧水混合增压泵,包括泵体、电机,电机与减速机相连,所述减速机与偏心轮相连,偏心轮与连杆相连接,连杆与泵体内的连杆相连,泵体内的连杆与活塞相连,泵体上端设有臭氧进口单向阀和臭氧出口单向阀,泵体下端设有进水电磁阀和排水单向阀,排水单向阀通过管道与臭氧出口单向阀相通。本发明通过减速机带动偏心轮,带动泵体的活塞进行上下运动,向上吸入水,向下将臭氧与水同时排出进行混合,输出压力增大,有效地提高了臭氧与水的混合比例和输出压力,减少了臭氧的损耗。

本发明属于环保设备技术领域,具体地说涉及一种臭氧水混合增压泵。
背景技术
目前,臭氧水的混合大都采用臭氧混合泵和射流器制作,由于气水混和比例不高于10%,且输出压力不大,臭氧的损耗大,影响了臭氧在诸多领域的应用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种臭氧水混合增压泵,解决了背景技术中的臭氧混合泵混合比例低、压力小的缺点。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:臭氧水混合增压泵,包括泵体、电机,电机与减速机相连,所述减速机与偏心轮相连,偏心轮与连杆相连接,连杆与泵体内的连杆相连,泵体内的连杆与活塞相连,泵体上端设有臭氧进口单向阀和臭氧出口单向阀,泵体下端设有进水电磁阀和排水单向阀,排水单向阀通过管道与臭氧出口单向阀相通;
优选的,所述活塞上设有防腐活塞环。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过减速机带动偏心轮,带动泵体的活塞进行上下运动,向上吸入水,向下将臭氧与水同时排出进行混合,输出压力增大,有效地提高了臭氧与水的混合比例和输出压力,减少了臭氧的损耗。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:臭氧水混合增压泵,包括泵体1、电机2,电机2与减速机3相连,减速机3与偏心轮4相连,偏心轮4与连杆5相连接,连杆5与泵体1内的连杆6相连,连杆6与活塞7相连,泵体1上端设有臭氧进口单向阀8和臭氧出口单向阀9,泵体1下端设有进水电磁阀10和排水单向阀11,排水单向阀11通过管道12与臭氧出口单向阀9相通,活塞7上设有防腐活塞环13。
接通电源,电机2运转,带动减速机3,偏心轮4运动,连杆5和连杆6带动泵体1内的活塞7上下运动,当活塞7向上运动时,水经过进水电磁阀10吸入,当活塞7向下运动时,臭氧自臭氧进口单向阀8吸入,泵体1内的水自排水单向阀11排出,臭氧自臭氧出口单向阀9排出,水和臭氧在管道12混合后输出。
排水单向阀11的口径大于进水电磁阀10的口径,吸入的水自来水以降低泵体温度,减少臭氧的损耗,防腐活塞环13用防腐材料制作,保证混合泵的使用寿命。

1.臭氧水混合增压泵,包括泵体(1)、电机(2),电机(2)与减速机(3)相连,其特征在于所述减速机(3)与偏心轮(4)相连,偏心轮(4)与连杆(5)相连接,连杆(5)与泵体(1)内的连杆(6)相连,连杆(6)与活塞(7)相连,泵体(1)上端设有臭氧进口单向阀(8)和臭氧出口单向阀(9),泵体(1)下端设有进水电磁阀(10)和排水单向阀(11),排水单向阀(11)通过管道(12)与臭氧出口单向阀(9)相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的臭氧水混合增压泵,其特征在于所述活塞(7)上设有防腐活塞环(13)。
