Abstract

本发明公开了一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,先将高碘酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠氧化‑磺化改性的微晶纤维素加入大豆蛋白‑聚乙烯醇溶液中进行接枝改性得到磺化微晶纤维素‑大豆蛋白‑聚乙烯醇复合液,再加入苯乙烯进行溶液聚合反应得到胶粘剂原液,与硼砂混合交联制备大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂。本发明制备的木材胶粘剂具有致密的网络结构,胶合强度高、防潮耐水性好、性能稳定,同时成本低廉、绿色环保,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。

Description

一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶粘剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,对木材胶粘剂的需求日益增长。目前的木材胶粘剂以“三醛胶”为主,在生产、运输、使用中会释放甲醛和酚类有害物质,不利于人们的健康和环保要求。大豆基木材胶粘剂具有来源广、价格低廉、可再生的优势,而且绿色环保,逐渐成为人们关注的热点。然而,传统的大豆蛋白胶存在胶合强度低、耐水性不好等缺陷,不利于实际应用推广。CN101812282A公开了一种耐水性大豆分离蛋白胶粘剂的制备方法,利用超声波、十二烷基磺酸钠和硼酸的物理、化学改性,提高了大豆蛋白胶粘剂的耐水性和胶合强度。但是,这种方法对大豆蛋白胶粘剂的耐水性和胶合强度提升有限,难以满足高质量木材胶粘剂的要求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种胶合强度高、耐水性好的大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-8重量份大豆蛋白和1-2重量份聚乙烯醇加入80-100重量份水中,然后用氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH至9.5-10,于80-90℃搅拌1-2h后冷却,将pH调至6-7,得大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液;
(2)将1-2重量份微晶纤维素加入20-40重量份高碘酸钠溶液中于30-50℃避光氧化反应2-4h,将得到的氧化微晶纤维素用水洗涤后再加入20-40重量份亚硫酸氢钠溶液于60-80℃磺化2-4h,再次用水洗涤后加入80-100重量份步骤(1)所述的大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液中分散均匀,于85-90℃搅拌1-2h后再加入1-2重量份苯乙烯和0.01-0.02重量份过硫酸钾在氮气保护条件下60-70℃反应3-5h,得到胶粘剂原液;
(3)将1-2重量份硼砂和0.5-1重量份消泡剂、0.1-0.2重量份防腐剂加入80-100重量份步骤(2)所述的胶粘剂原液中混合搅拌均匀,得到大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂。
所述高碘酸钠溶液的质量浓度为3-5g/L。
所述亚硫酸氢钠溶液的质量浓度为15-20g/L。
所述防腐剂为卡松。
所述消泡剂为聚山梨酯-80。
本发明的优点是:
本发明先将高碘酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠氧化-磺化改性的微晶纤维素加入大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液中进行接枝改性得到磺化微晶纤维素-大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇复合液,再加入苯乙烯进行溶液聚合反应得到胶粘剂原液,通过磺化微晶纤维素与大豆蛋白的接枝改善大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇材料的韧性,同时磺化微晶纤维素与大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇复合有利于形成致密的网络结构,提高体系的强度和稳定性;通过接枝苯乙烯改善大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇材料的耐水性,将得到的胶粘剂原液与硼砂混合交联制备大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂,使得到的木材胶粘剂具有致密的网络结构,胶合强度高、防潮耐水性好、性能稳定,同时成本低廉、绿色环保,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。
具体实施方式
一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将4重量份大豆蛋白和1重量份聚乙烯醇加入80重量份水中,然后用氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH至9.5,于80℃搅拌1h后冷却,将pH调至6,得大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液;
(2)将1重量份微晶纤维素加入20-40重量份高碘酸钠溶液中于30℃避光氧化反应2h,将得到的氧化微晶纤维素用水洗涤后再加入20重量份亚硫酸氢钠溶液于60℃磺化2h,再次用水洗涤后加入80重量份步骤(1)所述的大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液中分散均匀,于85℃搅拌1h后再加入1重量份苯乙烯和0.01重量份过硫酸钾在氮气保护条件下60℃反应3h,得到胶粘剂原液;
(3)将1重量份硼砂和0.5重量份消泡剂、0.1重量份防腐剂加入80重量份步骤(2)所述的胶粘剂原液中混合搅拌均匀,得到大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂。
所述高碘酸钠溶液的质量浓度为3g/L。
所述亚硫酸氢钠溶液的质量浓度为15g/L。
所述防腐剂为卡松。
所述消泡剂为聚山梨酯-80。

Claims (5)

1.一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-8重量份大豆蛋白和1-2重量份聚乙烯醇加入80-100重量份水中,然后用氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH至9.5-10,于80-90℃搅拌1-2h后冷却,将pH调至6-7,得大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液;
(2)将1-2重量份微晶纤维素加入20-40重量份高碘酸钠溶液中于30-50℃避光氧化反应2-4h,将得到的氧化微晶纤维素用水洗涤后再加入20-40重量份亚硫酸氢钠溶液于60-80℃磺化2-4h,再次用水洗涤后加入80-100重量份步骤(1)所述的大豆蛋白-聚乙烯醇溶液中分散均匀,于85-90℃搅拌1-2h后再加入1-2重量份苯乙烯和0.01-0.02重量份过硫酸钾在氮气保护条件下60-70℃反应3-5h,得到胶粘剂原液;
(3)将1-2重量份硼砂和0.5-1重量份消泡剂、0.1-0.2重量份防腐剂加入80-100重量份步骤(2)所述的胶粘剂原液中混合搅拌均匀,得到大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高碘酸钠溶液的质量浓度为3-5g/L。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述亚硫酸氢钠溶液的质量浓度为15-20g/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆蛋白基木材胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为卡松。
