本发明是一种增韧防晒的编织袋原料配方,由如下重量份数的原料组成:70份聚丙烯;20~30份茂金属聚乙烯;9~12份纳米碳酸钙;6~8份滑石粉;5~7份硅树脂;0.03~0.1份聚酰胺树脂;8~9份乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物;份1.3~1.5柠檬酸三丁酯;0.5~1.2份紫外线吸收剂UVP‑327;0.25~0.36份光稳定剂744;0.34~0.45份钛酸酯偶联剂;5~7份抗氧剂BHT。本发明通过增韧剂聚酰胺树脂、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物和钛酸酯偶联剂,增加了编织袋的韧性,添加紫外线吸收剂UVP‑327与光稳定剂744复配,解决了塑料编织袋在运输和存储过程中防晒效果不理想的问题。
