Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥及制备方法,该药肥由下列原料组成:嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑、氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、腐殖酸、络合剂、助剂及微量元素。其制备方法为:按配方比例将氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、腐殖酸、络合剂及微量元素经砂磨机磨成细粉备用;按配方比例苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后备用;将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入水成悬浮液体装瓶包装即为成品。本发明产品具有杀菌机理独特,在作物表面形成保护膜并能杀死膜内病菌,持效期长,对真菌、细菌引发的疫病,病毒病有全面的预防治疗作用,多次喷施病菌不会产生抗性。悬浮剂剂型采用缓释控制技术,持药期长,附着率高,安全性好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农作物疫病防治技术领域,具体涉及一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥及制备方法。
背景技术
马铃薯属茄科多年生草本植物,块茎可供食用,是全球第三大重要的粮食作物,仅次于小麦和玉米,马铃薯在我国也被列入主食系列,也越来越被人们重视,种植规模和面积不断增加,深加工技术也方兴未艾,对马铃薯品质的要求也愈加严格,种植过程中,马铃薯疫病会造成大幅度减产。其疫病可发生在叶片上,也可浸染块茎,发病严重的叶片干枯脱落,田间植株成片枯黄,块茎染病产生暗褐色稍凹陷圆形或近圆形病斑,边缘分明,皮下呈浅褐色海绵状干腐,该病近年来呈上升趋势,其危害不亚于晚疫病,马铃薯疫病导致全株枯焦腐烂,极大地影响了马铃薯的品质和产量,也是种植马铃薯的农民最为担心的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥,该药肥对疫病的防治效果好,确保增产,提质增效,使用安全可靠,本发明还提供了该发明药肥的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥由下列原料组成:
嘧菌酯 10-30%
苯醚甲环唑 5-20%
氮肥 5-15%
磷肥 5-15%
钾肥 5-15%
腐殖酸 5-30%
络合剂 0.01-0.1%
助剂 0.01-0.1
微量元素 0.01-0.1%
其制备方法如下:
1、按配方比例将氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、腐殖酸、络合剂及微量元素经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例将嘧菌酯、苯醚甲环唑装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入原料重量1-20倍水,成悬浮液体经灌装机装瓶包装即为本发明成品。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰化合物的一种或多种
所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂和增稠剂,其比例为:1:1:1:1。
本发明产品具有以下效果:
1、杀菌机理独特,在作物表面形成保护膜并能杀死膜内病菌;
2、杀菌谱广,持效期长,对真菌、细菌引发的疫病,病毒病有全面的预防治疗作用,多次喷施病菌不会产生抗性;
3、剂型先进,悬浮剂剂型采用缓释控制技术,持药期长,附着率高,减少用药次数;
4、安全性好,首期使用安全可靠;
5、发病前期或初期,效果明显。可实现马铃薯的体质增产,耐储藏。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:本发明一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥,由下列原料组成:嘧菌酯30%、苯醚甲环唑20%、尿素10%、磷酸二氢钾5%、硫酸钾 5%、腐殖酸29.7%、络合剂0.1 %、助剂 0.1 %、微量元素0.1%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、腐殖酸、络合剂及微量元素经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例将苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入原料重量3倍水,成悬浮液体经灌装机装瓶包装即为本发明成品。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰化合物的一种或多种。
所述助剂为:分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂和增稠剂,其比例为:1:1:1:1。
实施例2:本发明一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥,由下列原料组成:嘧菌酯20%、苯醚甲环唑 10%、硫铵10%、磷酸二氢钾15%、硫酸钾15%、腐殖酸29.8%、络合剂0.05%、助剂0.05 %和微量元素0.1%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将硫铵、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸钾、腐殖酸、络合剂及微量元素经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入原料重量5倍水成悬浮液体经灌装机装瓶包装即为本发明成品。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰化合物的一种或多种。
所述助剂为:分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂和增稠剂,其比例为:1:1:1:1。
实施例3:本发明一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥,由下列原料组成:嘧菌酯10%、苯醚甲环唑20%、硫铵15%、过磷酸钙15%、硫酸钾15%、腐殖酸24.7%、络合剂0.1 %、助剂 0.1%和微量元素0.1%。
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
1、按配方比例将硫铵、过磷酸钙、硫酸钾、腐殖酸、络合剂及微量元素经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
2、按配方比例苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
3、将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入原料重量15倍水,成悬浮液体经灌装机装瓶包装即为本发明成品。
所述微量元素为:铁、铜、锌、镁、钼、硅、硒、硼、钙、锰化合物的一种或多种。
所述助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、防冻剂和增稠剂中,其比例为:1:1:1:1。
本发明药肥叶面喷施,使用时可根据预防和治疗对本发明药剂兑水200-1200倍后进行叶面肥喷施。
Claims (4)
1.一种防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥,其特征在于:该药肥由下列原料组成:嘧菌酯10-30%、苯醚甲环唑5-20%、氮肥5-15%、磷肥5-15%、钾肥5-15%、腐殖酸5-30%、络合剂0.01-0.1%、助剂0.01-0.1 %、微量元素0.01-0.1%。
2.一种权利要求1所述防治马铃薯疫病的组合药肥的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(一)、按配方比例将氮肥、磷肥、钾肥、腐殖酸、络合剂及微量元素经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
(二)按配方比例将苯醚甲环唑和嘧菌酯装入反应釜,加入助剂反应后,经砂磨机磨成细粉过200目筛后备用;
(三)将步骤1和步骤2得到的粉末加入反应釜内混拌均匀,加入原料重量1-20倍水,成悬浮液体经灌装机装瓶包装即为本发明成品。
