Abstract
本发明公开了一种防潮纸箱,包括箱体板。所述箱体板由外至内依次包括紧贴粘结的印刷面纸层和支撑层,且所述箱体板内侧表面设有防水处理层。本发明通过在箱体板的内侧表面涂布防水剂,形成防水层,既使阻隔纸箱内侧表面水汽的进入,达到有效防潮,又能同时满足高质量的彩色印刷要求、有较高的缓冲和抗压作用、环保且成本低廉、耐折耐破性能良好,可应用于水果类、冰冻保鲜类食品或易挥发水汽等物品的运输和存储,且本发明的防潮纸箱结构简单、生产方便,是一种有效的防潮纸箱,应用广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纸箱领域,特别涉及一种防潮纸箱。
背景技术
包装纸箱通常用来包裹商品或用作物品外保护层,作为现代物流运输和存储中必不可少的一部分,也承担着容装、保护产品、美观等重要责任,因此,包装纸箱的物理性能指标则成为其质量评估的依据。
在货物运输或存储过程中,当运输或存储对象为水果类、冰冻保鲜类食品或易挥发水汽的物品时,包装使用纸箱的防潮功能尤为重要。现在常用的纸箱一般为瓦楞纸箱,它具备重量轻、可折叠、成本低、绿色环保、规格容易变更、回收后可作为可再生资源等优点,应用范围越来越广。但瓦楞纸箱易吸水,在运输或存储水果类、冰冻保鲜类食品或易挥发水汽等物品的过程中,纸箱内壁一旦受潮,首先会从纸箱内部降低纸箱强度,甚至纸箱软化和塌箱、被霉菌等微生物污染,进而严重污染纸箱内部物品的质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种防潮纸箱,既能有效解决现有技术中存在的,在运输或存储水果类、冰冻保鲜类食品或易挥发水汽等物品的过程中,纸箱内壁易受潮,从而影响纸箱内部物品质量的问题,且本发明的防潮纸箱结构简单、生产方便、能满足高质量的彩色印刷需求、绿色环保又具有良好的耐折耐破性能。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:一种防潮纸箱,包括箱体板,所述箱体板由外至内依次包括紧贴粘结在一起的印刷面纸层和支撑层,所述箱体板内侧表面设有防水处理层。
借由上述结构,所设的防水处理层,可有效阻隔箱体板内侧表面与产品释放出的水汽接触,从而使纸箱内壁达到有效防潮。
防水处理层所选用的材料为防水剂。在生产瓦楞纸板时,在 120-150℃左右的条件下经生产线热辊涂布在纸板表面后固化形成一层防水层。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述防水处理层,在箱体板外侧表面也设有防水处理层。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述箱体板外侧表面的印刷面纸层选用的是克重250ɡ/㎡的灰底白板纸。印刷面纸层选用的灰底白板纸, 其具体尺寸可根据客户需要进行选择。灰底白板纸表面白度较高,油墨吸收性、平滑度和印刷光泽度都很好,可满足高质量的彩色印刷要求。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述支撑层为瓦楞层和牛卡纸层,由外至内依次紧贴粘结。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述瓦楞层选用的是克重为140ɡ/ ㎡的高级瓦楞纸。瓦楞层选用的高级瓦楞纸,在形成瓦楞后为纸箱提供较强的缓冲和较高的抗压性能,且是较为环保的材料。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述牛卡纸层选用的是克重为 160ɡ/㎡的牛卡纸。牛卡纸层选用的牛卡纸具有良好的耐折耐破性能,可有效防止纸板在有压痕时出现破裂。
与现有技术相比,本发明能更有效地解决纸箱内侧表面的防潮问题,是一种有效的防潮纸箱。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过在箱体板的内侧表面涂布防水剂,形成防水层,既使纸箱内侧表面达到有效防潮,又能同时满足高质量的彩色印刷要求、有较高的缓冲和抗压作用、环保且成本低廉、耐折耐破性能良好,可应用于水果类、冰冻保鲜类食品或易挥发水汽等物品的运输和存储,且本发明的防潮纸箱结构简单、生产方便,是一种有效的防潮纸箱,应用广泛。

参照图1,一种防潮纸箱,包括箱体板,所述箱体板由外至内依次包括印刷面纸层2、瓦楞层3、牛卡纸层4,所述牛卡纸层4内侧表面上设有防水处理层1,可有效阻隔纸箱内壁水汽的进入,维护纸箱的干燥,达到更好的防潮效果。
实施例2:
如图2所示,是在实施例1的基础上,所述箱体板外侧表面上也设防水处理层1,从而使纸箱内层和外层可同时阻隔水汽的进入,维护纸箱的干燥,达到更好的防潮效果。实施例2与实施例1的区别仅在于实施例2的箱体板外侧表面上设有防水处理层1,生产者可在生产前可根据客户的需求决定。
实施例3:
参照图3,一种防潮纸箱,包括箱体板,所述箱体板由外至内依次包括紧贴粘结在一起的印刷面纸层2和两层支撑层;所述支撑层由瓦楞层3和牛卡纸4由外至内依次紧贴粘结;所述箱体板内侧表面上设有防水处理层1,可有效阻隔纸箱内层中水汽的进入,维护纸箱的干燥,达到更好的防潮效果。
实施例4:
如图4所示,实施例4是在实施例3的基础上,所述箱体板外侧表面上也设有防水处理层1,从而使纸箱内层和外层可同时阻隔水汽的进入,维护纸箱的干燥,达到更好的防潮效果。实施例4与实施例 3的区别仅在于实施例4纸箱外层的印刷面纸层2的外侧表面上设有防水处理层1,生产者可在生产前可根据客户的需求决定。

1.一种防潮纸箱,包括箱体板,箱体板由外至内依次包括紧贴粘结的印刷面纸层和支撑层,其特征在于:所述箱体板内侧表面设有防水处理层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述箱体板有一层支撑层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述箱体板有两层支撑层,且两层支撑层由外至内依次紧贴粘结。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述印刷面纸层的外侧表面设有防水处理层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述防水处理层是由防水剂在120-150℃条件下通过热辊涂布在箱体板外侧表面及内侧表面固化形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述防水处理层是由防水剂在120-150℃条件下通过热辊涂布在箱体板内侧表面固化形成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述印刷面纸层是克重为250ɡ/㎡的灰底白板纸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述支撑层由瓦楞层和牛卡纸层组成,且瓦楞层和牛卡纸层由外至内依次紧贴粘结。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述瓦楞层是克重为140ɡ/㎡的高级瓦楞纸。
10.根据权利要求8所述的防潮纸箱,其特征在于:所述牛卡纸层选用的是克重为160ɡ/㎡的牛卡纸。
