The invention discloses a precise cutting device for a pile head of a CFG pile, which comprises a frame, wherein a horizontal control plate frame capable of ascending and descending is suspended in the frame, cutting mechanisms capable of moving left and right in a reciprocating manner are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the horizontal control plate frame in a rolling manner, the cutting mechanisms comprise motor supports which are connected to the horizontal control plate frame in a rolling manner through rollers, driving motors which are arranged on the motor supports, and cutting cutter wheels which are in transmission connection with the driving motors, the cutting cutter wheels on the left side and the right side are positioned on the same horizontal axis through adjusting the horizontal control plate frame, and the cutting cutter wheels on the two sides are sequentially driven to cut the CFG pile.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building pile foundation construction devices, in particular to a precise cutting device for a CFG pile head.
Background
The CFG pile is formed by mixing cement, broken stone, sand, fly ash and water. The CFG pile can use the industrial waste fly ash and stone dust as the admixture, so the construction cost is low, the CFG pile is widely used in the process of treating and constructing a building foundation, the construction quantity of the CFG pile is large, and the cutting efficiency and the quality of the pile head become construction problems.
At present, two common methods for cutting the pile head of the CFG pile in the prior art are as follows: a manual pile cutting method includes such steps as cutting piles by a hand-held cutter, cutting by about 5cm, symmetrically arranging 2 or 4 steel bars on the same horizontal plane at same angle, and beating to cut pile heads. After cutting, the pile top is flattened from the periphery to the middle by using a steel drill and a hand hammer until the designed elevation of the pile top is reached. The other is a manual auxiliary mechanical pile cutting method, wherein a two-wheel cutting machine is adopted to perform three-cutter circular cutting, and the number of the circular cutters can be properly increased according to actual conditions. The manual truncation method has the following drawbacks: (1) Placing steel drills along the circumferential cuts of the piles, and simultaneously beating the steel drills by using a large hammer to cut off the pile heads, wherein the cutting effect is low, and the risk that shallow pile breakage occurs in the pile body due to pile beating exists; (2) The cut piles have the problems of fracture, fracture inclined planes, poor flatness and the like on the top surfaces, secondary treatment is needed, pile splicing treatment is needed for severe damage, and cost is increased.
The auxiliary mechanical pile cutting method also has the following defects: (1) The manual auxiliary mechanical cutting is performed, most of the existing cutting equipment is a two-wheel trolley hand-held cutting machine, the cutting is performed by adopting a three-cutter or four-cutter cutting method, and the balance between the front and the rear of the two-wheel trolley is difficult to maintain by manual hand pushing; (2) the trolley with uneven and non-compact ground can incline.
