Abstract
本发明提供了一种手动式切割工具,包括外壳以及固定装置,外壳中间设有定位轴,定位轴四周对称设有四个通孔,通孔内侧设有第一固定槽,第一固定槽内设有固定块,固定块设置在定位轴上;通孔外侧设有第二固定槽,外壳上设有第三固定槽,固定装置设置于第三固定槽以及第二固定槽内;固定装置包括旋转手柄、固定杆以及弹簧,固定杆上端设有旋转手柄,固定杆下端设有弹簧,弹簧下端设有固定板;定位轴一侧设有旋转轴,旋转轴上设有旋转盘,旋转盘一侧设有把手;旋转盘上设有切割槽,切割槽内设有切刀;可以同时对四根橡胶管道进行切割,有效提高了切割效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种切割刀具,具体涉及一种手动式切割工具。
背景技术
设备在使用的过程中,为了保证设备的密封性,因此,装置在进行安装时,需要加入O型密封环进行密封,但是由于有时会没有现成的O型密封环配件,因此会造成不能及时更换的问题,存在安全隐患,有时只有现成的橡胶管道,需要对橡胶管道进行及时切割,现有技术中通常采用手动切割的方式对管道进行切割,因此会造成切口精度低、坡口不规整、接触面密封不严,现有的企业也采用切割工具进行切割,但是切割工具只能对一根橡胶管道进行切割,会使切割效率低,从而影响工作效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种手动式切割工具,解决现有技术中存在的问题,具体方案如下:
一种手动式切割工具,包括外壳以及固定装置,所述外壳中间设有定位轴,所述定位轴四周对称设有四个通孔,所述通孔内侧设有第一固定槽,所述第一固定槽内设有固定块,所述固定块设置在定位轴上;所述通孔外侧设有第二固定槽,所述外壳上设有第三固定槽,所述固定装置设置于第三固定槽以及第二固定槽内;所述固定装置包括旋转手柄、固定杆以及弹簧,所述固定杆上端设有旋转手柄,所述固定杆下端设有弹簧,所述弹簧下端设有固定板;所述定位轴一侧设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设有旋转盘,所述旋转盘一侧设有把手;所述旋转盘上设有切割槽,所述切割槽内设有切刀。
优选的,所述切割槽为扇形切割槽。
优选的,所述切刀与旋转盘之间的夹角为30-45°。
优选的,所述定位轴为圆柱形定位轴。
优选的,所述外壳为圆柱形外壳。
由于采用了以上技术,本发明较现有技术相比,具有的有益效果如下:
本发明是一种结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、成本低廉的一种手动式切割工具,本发明中设有四个通孔,可以同时对橡胶管道进行切割,有效提高了切割效率;通孔外侧设有固定装置,可以对通孔内的橡胶管道进行固定,可以有效防止橡胶管道的位置发生移动,可以对橡胶管道进行准确切割。

如图所示,本实施例提供的一种手动式切割工具,包括外壳1以及固定装置2,所述外壳1中间设有定位轴3,所述定位轴3四周对称设有四个通孔4,所述通孔4内侧设有第一固定槽5,所述第一固定槽5内设有固定块6,所述固定块6设置在定位轴3上;所述通孔4外侧设有第二固定槽7,所述外壳1上设有第三固定槽8,所述固定装置2设置于第三固定槽8以及第二固定槽7内;所述固定装置2包括旋转手柄9、固定杆10以及弹簧11,所述固定杆10上端设有旋转手柄9,所述固定杆10下端设有弹簧11,所述弹簧11下端设有固定板12;所述定位轴3一侧设有旋转轴13,所述旋转轴13上设有旋转盘14,所述旋转盘14一侧设有把手15;所述旋转盘14上设有切割槽16,所述切割槽16内设有切刀17。
所述切割槽16为扇形切割槽16。
所述切刀17与旋转盘14之间的夹角为30-45°,可以实现对橡胶管道的切割。
所述定位轴3为圆柱形定位轴3。
所述外壳1为圆柱形外壳1。
本发明,具体使用过程如下:当需要对橡胶管道进行切割时,可以将橡胶管道穿过通孔4,并将橡胶管道的一侧设置在切割槽16内,当橡胶管道设置在一定的位置后,通过旋转固定装置2,并对橡胶管道进行固定,橡胶管道固定好后,通过手动扳动把手15并对旋转盘14进行旋转,切割槽16内的切刀17对橡胶管道进行切割,从而实现对橡胶管道的快速切割。
通孔4内的固定块6对橡胶管道的一侧进行固定,可以有效增加对橡胶管道的阻力,有效防止橡胶管道在切割的过程中位置发生移动。
固定装置2对橡胶管道进行固定时,通过旋转旋转手柄9,旋转手柄9带动弹簧11进行伸缩,并调节固定板12的位置,从而实现对橡胶管道的固定。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种手动式切割工具,是一种结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便、成本低廉的一种手动式切割工具,本发明可以对一根橡胶管道进行单个切割,也可以同时对四根橡胶管道进行切割,有效提高了切割效率;通孔4外侧设有固定装置2,可以对通孔4内的橡胶管道进行固定,可以有效防止橡胶管道的位置发生移动,可以对橡胶管道进行准确切割。

1.一种手动式切割工具,其特征在于:包括外壳以及固定装置,所述外壳中间设有定位轴,所述定位轴四周对称设有四个通孔,所述通孔内侧设有第一固定槽,所述第一固定槽内设有固定块,所述固定块设置在定位轴上;所述通孔外侧设有第二固定槽,所述外壳上设有第三固定槽,所述固定装置设置于第三固定槽以及第二固定槽内;所述固定装置包括旋转手柄、固定杆以及弹簧,所述固定杆上端设有旋转手柄,所述固定杆下端设有弹簧,所述弹簧下端设有固定板;所述定位轴一侧设有旋转轴,所述旋转轴上设有旋转盘,所述旋转盘一侧设有把手;所述旋转盘上设有切割槽,所述切割槽内设有切刀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式切割工具,其特征在于:所述切割槽为扇形切割槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式切割工具,其特征在于:所述切刀与旋转盘之间的夹角为30-45°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种手动式切割工具,其特征在于:所述定位轴为圆柱形定位轴。
