step 5, loosening the pedal upper cover 32, and locking the rotating shaft 21 by powering off the band-type brake 22; the operator pulls the clamping plate 51 outwards through the handle on the clamping plate 51 against the restoring force of the second spring 53, two bolt clamping pieces 81 penetrate through corresponding bolt mounting holes in the instrument panel from the back surface of the instrument panel, then the handle is loosened, the clamping plate 51 is reset under the action of the second spring 53, at the moment, two compression rods 52 mounted on the clamping plate 51 correspondingly prop against the back surface of the bolt clamping pieces 81, and the compression rods are used for preventing the bolt clamping pieces 81 from sliding off from the bolt mounting holes when the clamping pieces 81 turn over the clamping molds;
step 6, after the clamping device 50 is clamped, an operator steps on the pedal upper cover 32 again, turns the clamping fixture back to the initial position through the handle 23, then releases the pedal upper cover 32, and the band-type brake 22 is powered off to lock the rotating shaft 21, so as to fix the clamping fixture 20;
step 7, an operator takes 4 nuts 82 and correspondingly installs the 4 nuts 82 on 4 screws 84 of 2 bolt clips 81 through a torque wrench 61 by moving the torque gun 60;
step 8, after the assembly of the nut 82 is completed, whether the four bolt mounting holes are in missing bolts is detected through four metal sensors 70 (position sensors), if missing bolts occur, the corresponding four indicator lamps turn red, if the four indicator lamps 15 are green lights, the metal sensors 70 send signals of complete assembly and missing bolts to the PLC 11, the PLC 11 controls the cylinder rod of the clamping cylinder 41 to move downwards, the pressing column 44 moves upwards to loosen the instrument panel, and an operator takes the assembled instrument panel down and places the instrument panel in a storage vehicle to complete a procedure.
According to the invention, the fixing of the instrument board is realized through the air cylinder clamp and the clamping fixture, after the instrument board is fixed, the pedal switch is stepped down, and the clamping fixture fixed with the instrument board is turned over; penetrating the bolt clamping piece from the back of the instrument board to the bolt mounting hole, and clamping the bolt clamping piece through the clamping device; the pedal switch is stepped down, the mould fixed with the instrument board is turned over, nuts are assembled on the bolt clamping pieces through a torque wrench on the torque gun, and after the assembly is completed, whether the assembly is neglected is judged through the metal sensor; the invention can realize the mechanical auxiliary fixation of the instrument board, reduce the labor cost, save time and labor, avoid neglected loading and ensure that the air bag can be completely opened when an accident occurs to the automobile.

the upper part of the equipment frame is provided with a torque gun capable of triaxial movement, and the torque gun is provided with a torque wrench for assembling nuts; a plurality of metal sensors are arranged at the upper part of the equipment frame corresponding to the bolt mounting holes of the instrument board;
and the cylinder clamp and the metal sensor are connected with a PLC controller arranged on the equipment frame.
