As an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 4, the bottom end of the supporting seat 1 may be connected with a universal wheel 5, so that the power dispatching warning device can be moved to a place where it is needed according to the use requirement, thereby greatly improving the flexibility of the device.
