超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺,钢丝直径为2.0‑3.0mm,生产用原料选用沙钢70#或武钢70#,热处理工艺为线温935‑940℃,预热温度400‑420℃,铅温520‑530℃,生产车速12‑14m/min;钢丝磷化采用了搓线磷化的生产方法,钢丝拉拔采用专用的C型模拉拔,模具的安装顺序不能颠倒,生产车速为80‑150m/min,生产的钢丝卷径为600mm,螺距小于100mm;成品钢丝抗拉强度1600‑1800MPa,钢丝制成弹簧后疲劳性能达到10万次以上,抗疲劳性能好,使用寿命高。

超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺,属于金属制品加工技术领域。
背景技术
传统弹簧用钢丝疲劳性能差,使用寿命低,本发明的钢丝主要用于高档床垫中使用的弹簧,该类钢丝的规格为2.0-3.0mm,钢号含碳量在0.68%以上,钢丝强度要求在1600-1800MPa,要求弹性好、重量轻,成簧后疲劳性能要达到10万次以上。对产品的要求很高,使用过程中要保证钢丝为不断裂,不打扭,不得出现刮伤、裂纹等缺陷,端面呈C型,保证钢丝全部形状一致,加工生产难度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺,解决弹簧钢丝疲劳性能低技术问题。
本发明的钢丝直径为2.0-3.0mm,钢丝抗拉强度1600-1800MPa,钢丝制成弹簧后疲劳性能要达到10万次以上。
本发明的超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺,包括如下实施步骤:
(1)生产用原料:原料选用沙钢70#或武钢70#,钢号含碳量在0.68%以上;
(2)热处理工艺:钢丝线温:935-940℃,钢丝预热温度:400-420℃,钢丝等温索氏体转变温度:520-530℃,生产车速:12-14m/min;
(3)钢丝磷化:首次采用了搓线磷化的生产方法,即钢丝磷化4-5分钟后将各根钢丝间的相对位置发生变动后再一次磷化4-5分钟;
(4)钢丝拉拔:生产时采用专用的C型模拉拔,模具的安装顺序不能颠倒,生产车速为80-150m/min,拉拔粉用购买的进口润滑剂,生产的钢丝卷径为600mm,螺距小于100mm;
本发明的有益效果:
(1)钢丝热处理的钢丝组织均匀,碳量在0.68%以上钢丝破断延伸率可达9%-12%( 普通的只能达到6%-7%)。
(2)经过搓线磷化后,钢丝夹层磷化涂层均匀,磷化层重量散差由原来的3g/㎡减小到0.5g/㎡。
(3)经拉拔后的成品强度可控制在1600-1800Mpa范围内,钢丝卷径 600-750mm,螺距小于120 mm。成簧后弹簧抗疲劳次数达到了12-13万次。
(4)成品钢丝的润滑剂选择很关键,既要保证钢丝的润滑性能,又要保证钢丝表面干净,在拉拔时,我们通过使用进口的润滑剂解决了这一难题。
(5)通过对模具的合理设计和压缩率的合理分布,解决了拉拔过程中变形困难的问题。
具体实施方式
本发明以生产钢丝直径2.0-3.0mm为例进行详细说明:
本发明的超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺,包括如下实施步骤:
(1)生产用原料:原料选用沙钢70#或武钢70#;钢号含碳量在0.68%以上;
(2)热处理工艺:钢丝线温:935-940℃,钢丝预热温度:400-420℃,钢丝等温索氏体转变温度:520-530℃,生产车速:12-14m/min;钢丝热处理后破断延伸率可达9-12%,而普通钢丝的破断延伸率只能达到6-7%;
(3)钢丝磷化:首次采用了搓线磷化的生产方法,即钢丝磷化4-5分钟后将各根钢丝间的相对位置发生变动后再一次磷化4-5分钟,钢丝夹层磷化涂层均匀,磷化层重量散差由原来的3g/㎡缩小到0.5 g/㎡;
(4)钢丝拉拔:生产时采用专用的C型模拉拔,模具的安装顺序不能颠倒,生产车速为80-150m/min,拉拔粉用购买的进口润滑剂,生产的钢丝卷径为600mm,螺距小于100mm;
本发明的钢丝经拉拔后的成品强度在1600-1800Mpa范围内,钢丝卷径600-750mm,螺距小于120mm,钢丝制成弹簧后弹簧抗疲劳性能次数达到了12-13万次。

Claims (1)

1.超轻床垫用弹簧钢丝生产工艺,钢丝直径2.0-3.0mm,钢丝抗拉强度1600-1800MPa,钢丝制成弹簧后疲劳性能要达到10万次以上,其特征是包括如下实施步骤:
(1)生产用原料:原料选用沙钢70#或武钢70#;钢号含碳量在0.68%以上;
(2)热处理工艺:钢丝线温:935-940℃,钢丝预热温度:400-420℃,钢丝等温索氏体转变温度:520-530℃,生产车速:12-14m/min,钢丝热处理后破断延伸率可达9-12%;
