本发明属于丝瓜种植技术领域,尤其是一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,具体方法如下:(1)将丝瓜种子浸没于磷酸二氢钾水溶液中保温浸泡,捞出,置入冷冻箱内进行冷冻处理;(2)浸没于浸种剂中保温浸泡,捞出,微波干燥至含水率为15%~17%;所述的浸种剂,由以下原料制成:硼砂、硫酸锌、加纳籽提取物、白藜芦醇、木犀草素、水;处理后不进行催芽即可进行播种,方便快捷,有效促进丝瓜种子的快速发芽出苗,使得出苗率达到98.5%以上,而且出苗后生长健壮,根系生长和伸长能力强,有效促进幼苗吸收养分的能力,抗病抗旱能力强,能够有效抵抗病菌和病毒,能够有效提高成苗率,成苗率达到96.5%以上。

技术领域
本发明属于丝瓜种植技术领域,尤其是一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法。
背景技术
丝瓜为夏季餐桌上的常见蔬菜,在瓜类食物中营养较为丰富,除了味道鲜美之外,还有药用、美容等功效,可谓好处多多;但是丝瓜直播发芽率比较低,通常需要经过催芽露白后才能进行播种,不但造成丝瓜种植工作量增加,而且播种后种芽容易发生断裂和霉烂的现象,从而导致出苗率和成苗率的大大降低;所以发明一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法必定能够减少丝瓜种植的工作量,避免种芽断裂和霉烂现象的发生,有效提高成苗率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将丝瓜种子浸没于质量分数为2.6%~3%、温度为46~48℃的磷酸二氢钾水溶液中保温浸泡32~36min,捞出,置入冷冻箱内进行冷冻处理,得预处理丝瓜种子;
(2)将预处理丝瓜种子浸没于浸种剂中保温浸泡110~120min,捞出,微波干燥至含水率为15%~17%;
所述的浸种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:硼砂1.6~1.8份、硫酸锌3.3~3.5份、加纳籽提取物0.25~0.29份、白藜芦醇0.065~0.075份、木犀草素0.12~0.14份、水440~460份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的冷冻处理,在温度为-2~-1℃的条件下恒温冷冻处理27~29min,以1.1~1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至-14~-13℃继续恒温冷冻处理16~18min,以0.6~0.8℃/min的降温速率降温至-24~-23℃继续恒温冷冻处理22~24min。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的浸种剂的温度为60~62℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的微波干燥的温度为51~55℃、频率为820~840MPa。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,处理后不进行催芽即可进行播种,方便快捷,处理后的丝瓜种子生命力强,活力旺盛,种子代谢能力强,能够有效促进丝瓜种子的快速发芽出苗,使得出苗率达到98.5%以上,而且出苗后生长健壮,根系生长和伸长能力强,有效促进幼苗吸收养分的能力,抗病抗旱能力强,能够有效抵抗病菌和病毒,能够有效提高成苗率,成苗率达到96.5%以上,从而为丝瓜的高质高产奠定良好的基础,有效促进其高质高产。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将丝瓜种子浸没于质量分数为2.6%、温度为46℃的磷酸二氢钾水溶液中保温浸泡32min,捞出,置入冷冻箱内进行冷冻处理,得预处理丝瓜种子;
(2)将预处理丝瓜种子浸没于浸种剂中保温浸泡110min,捞出,微波干燥至含水率为15%~17%;
所述的浸种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:硼砂1.6份、硫酸锌3.3份、加纳籽提取物0.25份、白藜芦醇0.065份、木犀草素0.12份、水440份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的冷冻处理,在温度为-2℃的条件下恒温冷冻处理27min,以1.1℃/min的降温速率降温至-14℃继续恒温冷冻处理16min,以0.6℃/min的降温速率降温至-24℃继续恒温冷冻处理22min。

(1)将丝瓜种子浸没于质量分数为2.8%、温度为47℃的磷酸二氢钾水溶液中保温浸泡34min,捞出,置入冷冻箱内进行冷冻处理,得预处理丝瓜种子;
(2)将预处理丝瓜种子浸没于浸种剂中保温浸泡115min,捞出,微波干燥至含水率为15%~17%;
所述的浸种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:硼砂1.7份、硫酸锌3.4份、加纳籽提取物0.27份、白藜芦醇0.07份、木犀草素0.13份、水450份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的冷冻处理,在温度为-1.5℃的条件下恒温冷冻处理28min,以1.3℃/min的降温速率降温至-13.5℃继续恒温冷冻处理17min,以0.7℃/min的降温速率降温至-23.5℃继续恒温冷冻处理23min。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的浸种剂的温度为61℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的微波干燥的温度为53℃、频率为830MPa。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将丝瓜种子浸没于质量分数为3%、温度为48℃的磷酸二氢钾水溶液中保温浸泡36min,捞出,置入冷冻箱内进行冷冻处理,得预处理丝瓜种子;
(2)将预处理丝瓜种子浸没于浸种剂中保温浸泡120min,捞出,微波干燥至含水率为15%~17%;
所述的浸种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:硼砂1.8份、硫酸锌3.5份、加纳籽提取物0.29份、白藜芦醇0.075份、木犀草素0.14份、水460份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的冷冻处理,在温度为-1℃的条件下恒温冷冻处理29min,以1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至-13℃继续恒温冷冻处理18min,以0.8℃/min的降温速率降温至-23℃继续恒温冷冻处理24min。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的浸种剂的温度为62℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的微波干燥的温度为55℃、频率为840MPa。

一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,与实施例1的区别在于,将步骤(1)所述的磷酸二氢钾水溶液用水代替,其他条件均相同。

将同一批绿胜1号丝瓜种子使用实施例的处理方法和对比例的处理方法进行处理,处理后进行播种,播种8亩,平均分为8组,每组播种1亩,除种子处理方法不同外,其他条件均相同,统计其出苗率和成苗率,结果如表1:

1.一种提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)将丝瓜种子浸没于质量分数为2.6%~3%、温度为46~48℃的磷酸二氢钾水溶液中保温浸泡32~36min,捞出,置入冷冻箱内进行冷冻处理,得预处理丝瓜种子;
(2)将预处理丝瓜种子浸没于浸种剂中保温浸泡110~120min,捞出,微波干燥至含水率为15%~17%;
所述的浸种剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:硼砂1.6~1.8份、硫酸锌3.3~3.5份、加纳籽提取物0.25~0.29份、白藜芦醇0.065~0.075份、木犀草素0.12~0.14份、水440~460份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的冷冻处理,在温度为-2~-1℃的条件下恒温冷冻处理27~29min,以1.1~1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至-14~-13℃继续恒温冷冻处理16~18min,以0.6~0.8℃/min的降温速率降温至-24~-23℃继续恒温冷冻处理22~24min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的浸种剂的温度为60~62℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高丝瓜直播出苗率的种子处理方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的微波干燥的温度为51~55℃、频率为820~840MPa。
