Abstract

Description

管道的连接管件和其制造方法
本发明涉及一种带有一个锁紧件和一个连接件的金属连接管件,该连接件带有一个用热塑性塑料制成的管形配件用来嵌入一个与连接件相应的热塑性塑料管件的配件中,其中管形配件牢固夹持在连接件上;以及该连接管件的制造方法。
管道在建立支管时、安装吹气卡圈时或安装探测器时都需要钻孔。在钻孔作业后又必须将管道的孔封闭。为此,例如需要使用建立支管用的钻孔配件、安装终端帽。
欧洲专利EP-A-0 561 733公知了一种上述类型的连接管件或连接管。在这种先有的结构中,将管形配件用锚固环固定到连接件上。这种结构的缺点是,由三部分组成的连接管的加工方法相当复杂,而且锚固环范围内的密封部分在电焊时受热,因而不能保证连接处的完好密封性。
鉴于先有技术的上述缺点,本发明提出一种制作经济并在电焊后保证连接处密封性完好的上述类型的连接管件。
本发明的这个任务是这样实现的:从锁紧件伸出的卷边形成一个环形槽,并将管环配件的前端牢固嵌持在此槽中。
通过本发明在配件上压一个卷边而实现连接处对压力液体和气体介质的完好的密封性。
最好将管形配件设置在连接件的一个孔中,并将其与槽相反的一端紧贴在定位面上。
连接管件用金属,最好用黄铜、钢或优质钢制作。管形配件的材料,取决于管件或其配件的材料,适用的材料有聚烯烃类,例如聚乙烯。
在一种优选的制造方法中,连接管件加工成车削件,管形配件作为管段套装在连接件上并插入槽中。连接管件的圆筒端部亦可用塑料。卷边按公知的方法在压力机上压到配件上而实现连接处的密封性。
在卷边压制后,可将管形配件精车到要求的端部直径,或用压铸法将管形配件制造成精确的尺寸。
连接管件可插入各种不同的管件中,例如钻孔配件的出口、吹气卡圈、三通或直接插入套管孔中。连接管与管件的牢固连接例如可用粘接或用焊接套管焊接。
下面结合优选实施例和附图来说明本发明的其他优点、特征和细节,这些附图是:
图1表示带有嵌入配件的连接管的部分纵截面;
图2表示配件夹紧时图1连接管件的部分纵截面;
图3表示不同连接方案的连接管件纵截面。
嵌入热塑性塑料管件的管形配件中的连接管件或连接管10具有一个带外螺纹12和/或内螺纹14的锁紧件16。在外螺纹12上例如可拧上一个锁紧帽或一个其他的闭锁件例如球阀。内螺纹14用来连接密封堵头或别的管件。在锁紧件16上连接真正的连接件18,此连接件用来嵌入管件的管形配件中。连接件18有一个热塑性塑料管段26嵌入的孔20。
从锁紧件16伸出的环形卷边22构成一个环形槽24。管形配件或管段26的前端插入此槽24中,而其另一端则紧贴在由孔20构成的定位面21上。槽24的开口宽度a大致等于嵌入管段26的壁厚。
图2表示预制的连接管件10在管段26上压制有卷边22。连接件18的端部直径d通过配件26精车而成。
在实际嵌入时,连接管件例如插入一个电焊套管中而与另一管件连接。由于连接件18在电焊套管中只能推到卷边22的止挡为止,所以构成连接处密封性的夹紧区在焊接时不受热,并保证连接处的密封性。
图3表示带有嵌入管段26的锁紧件16,在这里附加地保证了锁紧件16和管段或管形配件26之间的连接和定位。为此,在导向部分16a中设置了异形槽27。用这些可具有不同横截面的异形槽与管段26相应的凸起28啮合,凸起28的几何形状与异形槽吻合。

Claims (8)

1.带一个锁紧件(16)和一个连接件(18)的金属连接管件,连接件(18)带有一个热塑性塑料制成的管形配件(26)用来嵌入一个与连接件相应的热塑性塑料管件的管形配件中,其中管形配件(26)夹紧在连接件(18)上,其特征是,从锁紧件(16)伸出的一个卷边(22)构成一个环形槽(24),管形配件(26)的前端嵌入此槽中夹紧。
2.按权利要求1的连接管件,其特征是,管形配件(26)设置在连接件(18)的一个孔(20)中,并紧贴在槽(24)对面的定位面(21)上。
3.按权利要求1的连接管件,其特征是,连接管件用黄铜、钢或优质钢制成。
4.按权利要求2的连接管件,其特征是,连接管件用黄铜、钢或优质钢制成。
5.按权利要求1至4任一项的连接管件,其特征是,锁紧件(16)的导向面(16a)具有与管形配件(26)的相应异形凸起啮合的异形槽。
6.按权利要求1至5任一项的连接管件的制造方法,其特征是,连接管件可以是车削件,冲压件或铸件,而管形配件(26)则推到连接件(18)上并插入槽中,然后将卷边(22)在配件(26)上压紧而构成对介质密封的连接。
7.按权利要求6的方法,其特征是,管形配件(26)在卷边(22)压紧后精车到要求的端部直径(d)。
8.按权利要求7的方法,其特征是,管形配件(26)例如用压铸法制造成精确的尺寸。
